I finally convinced my daughter to not get Dominos. I was craving better pizza and my wife used the app to order a loaded pizza. When it got here it was a cheese pizza. I was disappointed so I called. That's what the order said but they offered a credit or a re-order. I paid the tip again to the driver. Saved the day. After looking into everything I think what happened was she put in the wrong date for the credit card. Then corrected it. But in doing so lost the toppings and did not notice. But I wanted to say to the guy that took the call, Thank You. He was awesome and gave us another. Hit the spot after a softball tournament and was better than Costco or Dominos. Pizza is great!! I have a gluten intolerance and they did an amazing job keeping everything separate so I could have a good experience. My pizza was delicious! However, I think they felt a bit rushed because my partners pizza was undercooked. And not just a little bit, it was pretty raw in the crust! The manager too was really unkind and obnoxious. She was yelling at her employees to weigh the cheese properly because they were putting too much. Which I get if you're trying to make sure food isn't being wasted but considering the minuscule amount of cheese they put on our pizzas I think she was being ridiculous. Also a good boss shouldn't yell at their employees like that! I felt so bad for the female employee who was cooking the pizzas for having to put up with a boss like that. If you want your employees to do things the way you want, try kindness! Don't order online. 4x in a row now and I hear, "yeah it's being made and it'll be 8 minutes." Why am I pre-tipping for a broken system? Call ahead. Pizza is good but save yourself the time if you're think you're skipping the line. This time I asked if it's better to call instead of use the online system. The answer was, "yeah. Food APP delivery guy here. I waited for 40 minutes. It was 30 minutes before they even started the order. It was crazy! "We got slammed." is no excuse. Turn off your online presence if you literally have one guy working there and one guy making the deliveries for your specific store literally, ONE GUY was having to manage and make like 5 orders. It was a Sunday. I was running family errands to grocery store and Costco. Decided to put in a pizza pickup order. Placed order at 4:09 pm and it said it would be ready at 4:32pm. I timed all my shopping so I arrived at 4:33pm. Went in to pick up the pizza and they told me they hadn't started it. I had ice cream in my car and couldn't wait while it melted. I understand places get busy and mistaken happen but when I told them I needed to cancel the order as I couldn't wait there was no apology. Then I noticed there oven had 15 pizzas including my sitting on a rack in front of oven. I stood there 10 min and watched as zero pizzas were fired in oven. Then a delivery person came in and started loading pizzas, putting mine after pizzas that were made after mine. Four people in the kitchen went ten min without any pizzas being cooked. I love Bellagios Pizza! What I don't like is their customer service. I showed up 15 minutes before the door opens to find out there were already seven pre-orders in front of me. I wasted an hour because I'm not smart enough to use technology. They have no policy for a human arriving to make a purchase. Call me an old fuddy-duddy but I think person-to-person customer service prevails. I won't make this mistake again because I won't be using Bellagios Wilsonville again. The assistant manager just came out, was very polite, but was very clear when she stated that online orders are priority and by the slice orders with walk ups or a priority. This is a tough one to score. The food is amazing. It always has been. It's easily some of the best pizza in town. We've used this location for years intermittently and it was always near perfect. Something has changed recently though. I've had 4 orders in the last two months or so and there was something wrong with 3 of them. In one case I ordered three pizzas and went to pick them up to find they had only made 2 of them. It took another half hour to get the 3rd. The next time we went they had made one of my pizzas twice and the third one was missing. I mean, at least we had 3 pizzas ready this time. The last time we ordered, a few weeks later, we got all 3 pizzas only to realize toppings were missing from one of them. Lessons learned. Check your pizzas before you leave the restaurant. I don't have the faith to not do so anymore, especially after waiting 30-45 minutes in the first place. Again, the pizza itself is 5/5, but that doesn't matter if you don't get the right one. read more

Both times I called they say the driver will be leaving in five minutes and still waiting 45 minutes later...good pizza terrible service. Pizza is good, staff is friendly, but they need to work at their processes. First, we ordered by phone, 30 minutes. We showed up a few minutes late, and then waited for almost 10 minutes in the lobby before anyone so much as gave me attention. They were busy, but not attentive. When I told them the name on my order, they could not find it and then said it was made but not yet put in the oven, so they were going to add extra ingredients. I had to offer to pay now, so it would not be more delay. Paid cash so that I could pay tip. When I got the pizza, the guy asked if I had paid for it, but he didn't believe because it was not marked on the ticket. I told him the price of the Pizza and the amount that I paid with tip, to which he conceeded. When I got to the car, I realized it was only a large when we paid for extra large. Back into the shop, they first tried to guess that it was an extra large squeezed into a large box. When they realized their mistake, they said they could give me credit for the next pizza. I came in with my mom for a quick bite, and while we were almost deterred by the "30 minute" pizza prep, it was well worth the wait. They managed to get it to us in about 20 minutes, and the guys working inside were super friendly. The pizza had good coverage of toppings, a solid crust, and it came to us piping hot. The first two were over 2 hours to get the pizza. I had to call each time and ask where the pizza was. The 3rd time they said my pizza was delivered when it wasn't, they had to remake the pizza and deliver again. Not sure what the heck is going on but it's disappointing. Ordered a pizza, a half and half; pretty simple order. Got the estimated delivery time of 3:55. They call at 4:15 to say it will be another 20 minutes before we get our pizza. So now we have had to wait twenty minutes, expecting our food, before they decide to call and say it will be another twenty minutes. No apology, no sense of remorse.
