I ordered online and picked up my order. I ordered 1 chicken club with NO tomatoes! It appeared to have EXTRA tomatoes. I ordered a personal pizza with pepperoni sausage and onions. only had pepperoni. And the cheese was black burnt on half of it. They did manage to make the large pepperoni pizza correct. My husband and I ordered take out. It gave us a time it would be ready and he went in there to pick it up and they said the ticket didn't print it would be 20 mins. It's close to home so he came back waited and went back. The pizza was still not ready. So he waited. Got home with the food and the pizza was awful. I don't know if the sauce was made too strong or they put to much on it, but all you could taste was sauce. The meat was buried under so much cheese and sauce that you couldn't tell it was on the pizza. Then on top of that it was cooked all the way and it was doughy. This has been an issue there before with it being doughy. Same with bread sicks they weren't fully cooked and we're very doughy. It was just the bad experience with the food it was also the horrible customer service we got when it was their system error that didn't print the ticket. They were rude. I won't go back there again. It was the worst experience we have had a a restaurant in a very long time. read more

I LOVE the delivery drivers here, they're respectful and super nice. This is about the quality of the food. Don't waste your money on extra cheese. It's like when you say extra, they assume you MUST mean you don't want any cheese. Today was the worst. I got a personal pizza and ordered extra cheese. Only one piece of pizza has any cheese on it. You can't even blame that on sliding around in the car. I've wasted my money MANY times on extra cheese and it's always a disappointment. The pizza is only ok at best, so to put no cheese on it is a disservice. The convenience of delivery and the kindness of the drivers is all that keeps me coming back. read more

Watched the person boxing pizzas yesterday and couldn't believe how the pizza was thrown into the box. Slices were on top of each other toppings hanging half off the slice. All I could think "I hope that's not my pizza" sure enough it was. They said they gave me an upgrade because I had to wait. Upgrade my backside. read more

Only giving them 1 star because I can't give them zero stars. I have been ordering from here for many years and I have never had a problem until now. I ordered and paid for my pizza in full online including delivery fee and tip. My card was charged at 6:58pm. My confirmation shows what I paid as well as my address and that my pizza would be delivered by 7:45pm. At 8:10pm we called to check on our pizza because it is never late. We were told that we ordered it for pick up and that our pizzas were there waiting. They could deliver those pizzas to us but it would be an extra $3 for delivery. I explained that I paid already for a delivery fee it shows on the email I was sent. I was then put on hold for 9mins, passed to another employee, put back on hold till finally someone came on and said that they found my order, she confirmed the address and said that they would make 2 new pizzas and get them out to me right away probably about 20mins. I was annoyed but hungry so I said ok. Not even 5 mins later at 8:22 I get a text message from the delivery driver that says he was given the wrong address and could he have the correct one so he could bring me my pizzas. So of course I called back to say I no longer want the pizzas that were made over an hour ago, that I paid $44 for, that were never delivered to me. I would just like the money I paid back. I was told to hold because the girl would need to get her manager another 10mins went by then the girl came back and said it was an online order and they could not refund my money all they could do was credit my account $44. As if I plan on ordering anything from there again. I told the girl no that was unacceptable. I paid for a pizza and you guys didnt deliver to me any pizza. That is stealing from me. I then told her to put her manager on the phone. Not sure why the manager would not have gotten on the phone in the first place. But, when she did get on the phone she was worse I was told by her that they did deliver my pizzas they just delivered them to a different address. I explained that I did not give them a different address. I explained that my receipt had my correct address on it. So if they went to the wrong address that is on them not me. She told me she could make me new pizzas and send them out (by now it is almost 9pm) I said no, its too late! I would just like my money back. She said she will have to let the owner know tomorrow. I said that is not ok. Call the owner now because this is just wrong. Never once did she apologize for screwing up my order or screwing up my dinner. Some management. Instead she asks me what i would like her to do? As if I have not said over and over I want a refund for the pizzas I never recieved. She even went so far as to try and blame me and say someone called and changed the address where my pizzas was to be delivered. I told her No, because the address has always been the same I have been at this same address since 2004. And again the address is on my receipt that I received via email at 6:58pm. I am so dissappointed with this place. They stole my money and were completely rude about it the whole time. I will never order from them again. Altough, it seemed to me like they could care less if I stop ordering from there. I am a reasonable person, I know businesses get busy, people make mistakes. But, to not apologize and to blame the customer and then try to deliver a pizza that you already took to someone elses house by mistake over an hour ago and still charge me full price for them is just bad business. read more

Horrible service. Ordered online and still had to wait an hr for order to be ready. After 40 minutes of waiting..they finally remembered to start cooking my hot wings. Very expensive for mediocre food. Pizza ok..wings half cooked..terrible rude workers with no sympathy for you waiting and waiting. If you dare ask where your order is..they are rude. Not sure if it is because I'm not white or if they are just rude to everyone. Never again. I've ordered here plenty of times the past few years, lots of pizzas. They've all been mostly okay with some mishaps here and there. This past experience was not pleasant at all, mostly due to the employee. I ordered an item and when it got here it wasn't what I ordered, so I called up the place and explained that I got the wrong pizza (I ordered online so I'm wondering if it was a glitch) and the employee on the phone was immediately rude and defensive like I was trying to rip them off, and said in the snootiest voice "Well you're going to have to give back the other pizza" I completely understand and wasn't trying to keep the other one, she just said it in such a rude way it insulted me a lot. The pizza did get here in a good amount of time after, I will give them that but it seemed under cooked. A little more professionalism on the phone would be nice. read more

I have to give them a lot of credit. Almost everything that could go wrong with my order today did go wrong and they were extremely accommodating throughout the entire process. I have ordered in the past and had no issues with service or food quality, so my gf and I found the situation to be rather humorous.
