When my aunt and I got there, the staff were very unresponsive to us as customers. The lady at the counter asked what we wanted and then started working on other things without telling us how long the wait would be or apologizing. We waited 15 minutes without getting help and felt ignored. I understand that they may have been busy, but I felt that my aunt and I were not valued or respected as customers. When they finally did get around to helping us, the lady showed attitude toward my aunt by saying she had asked for pizza, when she had clearly stated she wanted a salad. My aunt was very polite when correcting her. The workers did not communicate well as a team. When the guy got to my order, I felt like he was being inconsiderate and rushed me. The food was great, and I have no complaints about it, but I do have many concerns about the teamwork, customer service, and overall energy behind the counter. Please treat your customers with at least the minimum respect they deserve, and work as a team to be more efficient, productive, and considerate. This was the first time my boyfriend had gone to MOD (I've been a few times previously a few years ago in Salem)... one thing I wish we would have done was ordered through the app before going in (even if you order in person, the app shows you all of the available toppings). There was a huge line, and you could tell that the employees were feeling the rush, so you didn't have much ability to ask questions about which toppings were which, since they don't have them labeled. Now open | ordered online We're pretty happy this is in town now. We easily placed our usual orders online and went to go pick it up. Took about 40 minutes from ordering online to picking it up. (Usually 20 minutes estimated) They just opened and are figuring things out. Other than that, we're happy and will be coming back. They have outdoor seating. We have been here a few times and yesterday was the first time I decided we would not visit this location again. I went in with my 2 little who were both very excited to watch their pizza be built. My son was jumping and the girl making the pizza was like tell him to stop. I was like umm no he's a kid. Then my daughter started jumping and she was like please control them and tell them to stop. Okay first off they aren't being destructive they are 2 and 4 years old and they wanted to see what you were doing but because of your negative attitude the kids were loosing excitement. I believe this location is fairly new and it is nice and spacious. They had a pretty good pizza deal where you could get a mod-sized pizza and drink for about $14. The employees were very attentive and helpful. With them being nice, they were also kind of pushy (?). The employees who helped us were nice but they seemed like they wanted us to move through the line quickly, we didn't get to customize the pizza as much as we wanted to because of that sort of assertiveness. read more

Bad customer service. I order two pizzas online and when I arrived the restaurant was busy. I asked a worker about my order and was told to wait before I could tell her my name. After waiting 15 minutes, watching new customers come in and out, the same worker then noticed that a ticket had been over looked. Then I walked back over and asked about my order again. She finally took my name and told me my order would be out shortly, without apologizing or explaining the situation that I just had witnessed. When I finally received my order I had waited 25 minutes inside the restaurant and it had been 40 minutes since I placed my online order. Order placed at 6:40 Got food at at 7:20 I would of much rather been told what happened than lied to and given a free dessert, that I can't eat because I'm dairy free. read more

The worst customer service I have ever received from this establishment. The girl in the picture had so much attitude from the moment my husband and I walked up. She was pissed that we were taking our time looking at the menu. It's as if she was getting annoyed that we were trying to read the menu. I'm sure they have their regulars who come and order right away but what's the point of having a menu if you are going to get pissed that customers are readying it? The entire time she was making our pizza she seemed like she just didn't want to be there. She finally puts our pizza in the oven and when it came out it looked like . I can't even explain how upset I was. Just wasted our time. I paid for mega doe and my pizza came out completely flat. Instead of offering to remake it. The rude ass girl stated "well that's how it is. That's mega doe. If it didn't come out right then I don't know what to tell you". We requested a refund and left. I want this girl fired.
