The meat was tender and the pork fell off the ribs good. I wish the burnt ends were a little crisper, but it was tender and I honestly didn't care because it was so good. The potato salad is simple, not complicated. And that's what it made it so good. The coleslaw was creamy, again just cabbage and the dressing, and somehow they made it work well together. Recommended? Yes. This will be my go to for BBQ in Cañon City.
