This place is really convenient and the prices are pretty good if you sign up in the app. They offer many deals and discounts that make it pretty affordable. It's much cheaper to do pick up. You also acquire rewards points that lead to free add ons or eventually free pizza. My go to is the the thin crust with jalapeño peppers, black olives, mushrooms, and sometimes pineapple. This Domino's pizza delivered the wrong drink, which is a simple error and should be a simple fix. I asked that he deliver what we ordered so when the driver got back to the store & told the "manager" on duty (Rasheem), I got a call. Rasheem was very clear - I could drive in to pick up my coke zero or go without. He hung up on me after telling me he refused to deliver our drink, which we paid for. Apparently there was a problem in the ordering system since they showed we ordered something we did not (coke instead of coke zero) as well as incorrect pizzas. I called back to get the district manager's information and all he would give me was the person's name - but he once again started arguing with me. I asked him to look up our order history because we always order the same thing - and he verified that yes, we always order the same thing...yet he refused to send a driver out to deliver the right product. I explained that I would be posting this on Facebook, Yelp, Twitter, within our HOA, and finding the personal contact information for his DM - making sure to use this "manager's" name - all over a $3 coke zero. He said he didn't care, that they would not be delivering the coke zero and proceeded to AGAIN start arguing with me about what I ordered. He said I was rude to the driver - yet I never spoke to the driver, I was upstairs - and we gave the driver a 20% tip. I order from this location at least once a week for "pizza night". We have for over 6 years. I have never been treated so poorly as a customer and frankly, if an employee of mine treated a customer the way Rasheem treated me, they wouldn't be employed. I gave them one star because they actually got my order right this time. Unfortunately, this dominos can't deliver a correct AND edible pizza. My pizza was being "checked for perfection" (sitting under the warming lamp while they waited for someone else in my area to order so they could deliver the pizzas at the same time) for at least half an hour and once it finally got to me all the hot sauce on my buffalo chicken pizza was burnt off and the pizza itself was as dry as.... okay I don't have a family friendly analogy for what it was as dry as but basically if they told me they had a leftover buffalo chicken pizza from two days ago that they trashed and then fished it out of the dumpster when they got my order and then put it in the microwave for 15 seconds I would whole heartedly believe them. Let me start off by saying that I'm not a huge Domino's fan to begin with. I really am not crazy about their sauce and pizza selections. Now with that said, this is our local Domino's and they do a very good job given the negatives that I've already mentioned with the franchise as a whole. The one feature Domino's offers that I absolutely love is the computer interface that tells you when your pizza is done. I always go and pick them up since they are so close to me. If you need a decent pizza in a pinch, these guys deliver a product just as good as anyone else. If you are looking for a much more home made or gourmet pizza then you should probably look somewhere else. Price wise, Domino's is about average for the area. read more

It seems like something has changed. My last two orders have been perfect. Robert has delivered the orders piping hot. He has greeted me with a very positive attitude and has taken the time to confirm the order and let me know that my special request had been met (I prefer the thin crust cut in triangles, not squares). I'd love to see Robert promoted, assuming he's the reason for the better pizza and service, but I'd hate to lose him as a delivery driver.
