I am pleasantly happy to have find this spot. The pizza is pretty good and so are the calzones. You can fill them up with just about anything you can think of. I think the next item I will try will be a sub sandwich. I think you can tell alot about a spot by the way they prep their sandwiches. Anyway back to the pizza. I like the sausage and meatball pizza they do. So delicious. The only draw back is thst the pizza could one time have lots of meatballs and sausage and the next time it can be like old mother hubbards cupboard. Bare . I think it all depends on which location you go to. As far as Pizza goes, I would say it is better than other chains. However, again, it absolutely depends on location. And some locations are pretty close to awful. So I really give a good rating unless I specifically call out one particular location. read more

This small pizza business has a lot of good options! I really enjoyed each of the items we had. My pizza was excellent. It was loaded with toppings and cheese. The crust was crispy and flavorful. They also had an appetizer of fried zucchini that was much better than I had expected. The manager or owner was extremely friendly. Ordered eggplant parmigiana and shrimp Alfredo "to go" along with a Caesar salad. I asked for a side of anchovies for the Caesar - no problem. Extra fresh garlic on the fettuccini - no problem. I will NEVER be back. My buddy and I ordered a half and half pizza and our order was botched and the entire pizza contained an ingredient my friend cannot eat. When we told our waitress that there was a mistake and that rather than having an entire pizza remade, we just wanted two slices of the pizza my friend can eat, she charged us 3.40 each for the slices that "made it right". Charge extra for ranch, don't get ranch. Order a grilled chicken salad but sub gyro meat and they charge you for the chicken and the gyro. Lunch slices to go are precooked and the second warning of them in the oven make them wonderfully crispy; however, order one to go and they don't go back in the oven-- sending you on your way with a cold slice. read more

Ordered a loaded veggie pizza for pick up. When I reached home found that the pizza had leaked on to the seat of the car. Opened the box , and found the pizza and box was super soggy. Called the manager and she refused to acknowledge the issue stating it was due to the veggies! This is not the first time I have ordered the pizza , and I have never had this issue. However the previous pizzas were ordered from another branch. This was shared with the management of the canton store... however she refused to acknowledge it. Such poor customer service! They just lost a customer. Dear Canton branch manager, you need to acknowledge customer complaints. Perhaps offer a replacement next visit. . Do not expect us to return with the box for replacement. I found out the owner keeps all the tips and doesn't give them to the employees. Sure hope they are getting paid well. Should be a sign that lets customers know where the tips actually go cause as a long time restaurant worker I find that sketchy and wrong. I'm not tipping the owner, I want to tip the employees! Back in the day, I love New York pizza was the place to get pizza from! Homemade, delicious, not a bunch of dough, conditioners and commercially made pizzas, but by hand and consistently good. Overtime it has not been consistent. It seems like you may or may not get a really great pizza. Sometimes they over bake a little, sometimes the sauce doesn't taste Flavorful enough, and for delivery, it doesn't hold up as well as having it completely fresh. If you are going to enjoy some of this pizza, I recommend going to the restaurant and either eating in or eating right after your pizza comes out of the oven. We've been going to one of their locations since 2007, and back then it was just amazing and consistently delicious pizza. it just seems like there are times now where it's so so, or they want a little light on the cheese here or there. Their garlic knots are to die for, and when I eat at the restaurant, it is always a good experience. We also have had their pasta and love, their penne w/ vodka sauce, and fettuccine Alfredo. Their ingredients are top notch, and it's a place that you would love to be able to get five stars to, but the occasional so-so pizza (overcooked or portions that aren't topped well/generously, and sometimes and unsalted kind of blend tomato sauce are the reasons I can't give it five stars. I do not usually do this type of thing, but I am livid. I placed an order at this establishment at approximately 7:02pm and ordered a large cheese pizza and garlic knots. I was told that the order would take 35 minutes and then I could come and get it. I arrived at the restaurant and paid at 7:32pm, a few minutes prior to the estimated finish date. They told me it wasn't ready and would be done in about 10 minutes, and gave me a free fountain drink to wait it out. I went back to the car and came back in at 7:48pm, almost 15 minutes after they had told me another 10 minutes and the pizza was still not done. When I asked them how long it would take, they didn't have an answer for me and told me they hadn't even started my pizza yet. At this point I was pissed off and went back to the car to sit and wait. After another twenty minutes (we're sitting at over an hour), I went back in and they still were not done with my pizza. I started yelling at them that I wanted my money back and that it was ridiculous and a waste of my time. They said that my pizza would be done in four minutes and to give them four more minutes. Then the cook asked what was wrong with me and after I told him he said that it was a busy night. The manager came up to me and said that he was sorry and then reiterated what the cook had said about it being busy and after I told him that if they didn't really mean 35 minutes from the beginning they should have said longer than that and he just walked away. About ten minutes passed and there was still no pizza. When I went up to the register and asked for my money back they handed me the pizza. This was at 8:16pm. An hour and fourteen minutes after my initial call to this location. The garlic knots were cold and the pizza tasted and smelled funny as well as being chewy. It is also important to know that the cook, an older man, was not wearing a mask or accommodating to the COVID-19 guidelines I do not recommend this location if you are looking for an easy or truthful wait time. read more
