Peace, Love, and Pizza has always been one of those reliable spots for me. The pizza is great, the food is consistent, and my son and I have ordered basically the same thing here about a thousand times. Unfortunately, our latest visit left a bad taste in my mouth--and it wasn't the pizza. We ordered our usual meal and, like always, we were just getting water. I specifically told the lady at the register that we did not want fountain drinks. She acknowledged me, then proceeded to add two fountain drinks to the bill anyway. When I noticed, I refused to pay for drinks we didn't order and reiterated that we were getting water. She then stumbled through an explanation about it being some sort of "new policy," only for a coworker to immediately step in behind her and say not to charge us for water. What a completely unnecessary and questionable interaction from a place I genuinely liked. The pizza is still great, but trying to slip extra charges onto a regular customer's bill is enough to make me question doing business here again. Check your receipt before paying, because apparently you need to. Sadly, we'll be finding a different pizza spot. read more

Tonight we spent $60 on food. The delivery driver saw our no solicitor sign and did not ring the bell and instead left food on our front porch on a hot night. By the time we called to find out what happened and got the food it was covered in ants. Ruined our whole night. On the plus side the guy who answered the phone Trey was very nice and apologized. I normally have very positive experiences with PLP, especially with the pizza and usually the salads. Last night, I decided to try their "Beast Meatball" sandwich and a "Garden Salad" from the Milton/Crabapple location. With delivery and tip, it was almost $50. Last night, the food was horrendous. The sandwich smelled funny and tasted worse. I had one bite and had to discard the entire sandwich. I don't know if it was the "bread" seasoning or the sauce or the meatballs, but something was bad. On top of that, there was very little sauce and too much cheese. There were plenty of meatballs, nothing to complain about the quantity of them. I figured I'd recoup with the salad... Unfortunately, I was disappointed with that too. My special requests were honored, as usual, however, there wasn't much lettuce, and what was in the salad was severely wilted, as if it had been sitting in the bowl all day. With so many choices in Crabapple these days, I may not return to PLP, favoring Vintage, which for the money at PLP, is worth it. read more

Peace Love Pizza is my "go to" pizza when I want traditional pizza. The crust is crispy on the bottom and soft on top. It meshes perfectly with the sauce and fresh toppings I love a pepperoni, mushroom, onion, and bell pepper! The atmosphere is whimsy and fun... they always have a groovy playlist going. I've never had complaints about the food; however, my daughter worked there for over two years and went from being a valued employee to only being given three hours of work a week with no feedback as to why her ours were cut. This was my first time at Peace Love and Pizza. The restaurant itself is clean and spacious. I grabbed some pizza and wings to go, and was excited to try it. The pizza was solid. Not too thin and generous with toppings. I enjoy a fluffy thicker crust and this pizza was hitting the spot. The wings were another story, I didn't really enjoy them. I knew they were baked, so it's not their fault, but I really don't like baked wings. They're just not as crispy as fried wings and I really missed the texture and flavor of deep fried wings. Overall I would come back for the pizza. I wish I could give 3.5 stars, but I'll be generous and bump them up to 4. read more

/TL;DR  A theme reminiscent of Mellow Mushroom without the inconvenience of service and specifically suited for take-out. Prices seem a bit on the high side and food is decent. From what I can tell, this is a chain. /ATMOSPHERE   Casual dining area, mostly comprised of tables and a wall of booths flanking the window. You walk into an ordering counter with a impressive array of choices. Quite overwhelming. There are menus at the counter though so don't feel like you have to stand there in confusion like I did. /FOOD  Ordered the wings, calzone, and a salad. Nothing special here. The wings are baked so you're not going to get that delicious crunch like a fryer provides. They're not bad though, despite that. We requested for it to be fried hard which is apparently not a concept for baked wings. :) The salad arrived in an opened, take-out container. Really weird and a bit pricey for the small antipasto. Good flavor and balance. The calzone was also delivered in a weird kind of way where it was positioned on top of a corrugated piece of cardboard. Seems like a thing for take-out as well. It wasn't bad, but there's nothing which puts this place over others. It's called Demon's Spicy White Love Pie. It wasn't spicy. /SERVICE  Pretty much everything is self-service. Had a great experience with PLP last night. Ordered 2 pizzas and two salads. The cauliflower crust was delicious and I am not usually a fan of gluten free anything. The other pizza was a half and half Pepperoni and veggies and was tasty. Great crust! The Greek salad was good too! read more

This is my new favorite pizza place in the Roswell / Alpharetta area. I've lived in Atlanta for 15 years, and last week I experienced the best pizza I've had in the Atlanta area. I recommend going on Tuesdays when they offer up to 5 free toppings. My pizza was loaded with toppings and very cheesy. They offer cheddar cheese which reminds me of pizza back in California. Take the time to complete their survey on your receipt, and they'll reward you with $10 off your next purchase the following month. Peace and Love Pizza in Milton, Ga seem to give UNFAIR treatment to kids / people with DISABILITIES. The manager told us that my child had to leave the restaurant because my child was making noise due to their disability. I explained to the manager that my child made the noise due to a disability. The Peace and Love Pizza manager didn't care that my child had a disability. The manager told me that my child still had to leave regardless of having a disability. I told her that we ordered pizza and was sitting down at the table waiting on it. We were planning to eat our pizza there inside of the restaurant. She told me that we could eat outside, despite that it was pouring down raining. She was so mean. I pointed out to her that it was pouring down raining. She told me that we'd have to eat our pizza outside in the rain. She told me that my child was disturbing other customers even though the restaurant was almost empty. There was one couple on the same side of the restaurant who said that my child wasn't disturbing them. The unprofessional manager told me that one of the people in the couple was her roommate. There was also one family across opposite end of the restaurant who had kids up out of their seats, running around making more noise than my child. This other family didn't appear to have kids with disabilities and were white. My child is a black child with a disability. These 2 parties were the only other people in the entire restaurant. These were the only other 2 tables that were occupied. Even though we were sitting at a table waiting to receive the pizza we ordered. The manager of Peace and Love Pizza told us that my child had to leave and therefore, we, the entire family had to leave. I had my husband there and another child. The manager was very mean and cold. Peace and Love Pizza doesn't seem like people with disabilities. I feel that they are unfair to those who have disabilities. I feel that it was unfair treatment to those with disabilities. I tried reaching out to the owners with some type of email that I was given when I asked the manager about how to contact them. I got no response from the owners. Our Special Needs Advocate tried reaching out to the owners as well. She got no response from the owners of Peace and Love Pizza. I feel that the owners of this Peace and Love Pizza in Milton, Ga, don't care that they're employees treat special needs people unfairly. And tell people who had disabilities, and who are making noise due to their disability, to leave their restaurant because of the noise that they're making. Then when you tell the manager, making the manager fully aware that the person has a disability, the manager still tells the person to leave. To add to the insult, the manager told me that we can eat outside in the pouring rain. My kids, my husband, and myself. She didn't have to add that we can eat outside in the rain. That was just nasty. She and Peace and Love Pizza in Milton, Ga clearly doesn't like those with disabilities to the point that it's disrespectful and say that they can eat on the outside of the restaurant in the rain like people with disabilities aren't human beings. A 2nd manager / a different manager boxed up our pizza in a To Go box. She came out to hand the boxed up pizza in a to go box to me. Her tone was nicer than the 1st manager. She told me that she wanted the kids to at least be able to eat the pizza at home. Even though the tone was nicer... it was still the same message that my child was STILL being put out of Peace and Love Pizza for making noises, due to a DISABILITY. This 2nd manager DIDN'T ask us to stay and eat our pizza at the restaurant as we intended to do before we were nastily told to leave. She told me that she also was a manager. I made it clear to her that my child was making a noise due to a disability and my kids were very hungry, and looking forward to eating their pizza inside of the restaurant at the table. Instead of waiting until we get home, when the pizza may have gotten cold. I felt that this 2nd manager could have made that call for us to stay if she really wanted to. Especially making her aware (like I did with the other manager) that my child made the noise due to a disability. But her tone was and delivery was nicer than the manager who told me that we could eat our pizza outside in the pouring rain. I felt that the message was still the same... that they were telling me that my child had to leave Peace and Love Pizza restaurant because of making noises due to a disability. It's just this message came through the action of giving me the pizza that I ordered to eat inside the restaurant in a to go box. With a bow. The bow is her saying that your kids can eat this pizza at home. But not in their restaurant. read more

Pretty decent pie. This restaurant is located downstairs from where I work, so I hit it up occasionally for a quick lunch. The biggest of shout outs to the Milton Peace, Love and Pizza (zahhhhhhhhhhhhhh)! The skinny -- my lady and I LOVE Peace, Love and Pizza. We probably order from them once a month (not always this location, but sometimes). Today, we decided we would get a pizza and some cheesy bread to celebrate her "21st" birthday. I called in the order and asked if they could do something special for the occasion -- make the cheesy bread in the shape of a heart. The lady who answered the phone said they would give it their best shot, and if it didn't work out, they'd make a heart shape out of pizza sauce in the middle of the regular shaped cheesy bread. Delighted, I agreed, paid and headed to pick it up. With all the COVID stuff going on, there is no way to go into their restaurants right now (curbside pick up only). I phoned to let them know I was there, and within minutes my order was brought out to me. When I got back to the car I opened the box to see how the bread turned out (photo attached). Thank you Peace, Love and Pizza for helping me make my lady's "21st" birthday a special day! About the food -- this place offered vegan options across the board. They offer different sized pizzas with tons of options and toppings (we usually go for the veg-a-rita). In the past I've gotten some Zahs with beyond meat on them, too. All great! About the service -- I've never had an issue with any order I've placed from any Peace, Love and Pizza. All the employees are super nice, very knowledge and always willing to accommodate (reference the above review to see what I mean). Overall 5/5. I try and eat here every time I am craving a pizza. The Vegan's Dream!! Ahhhhmazing pizza. Good prices. (Especially free toppings Tuesdays -- $6 for a personal pizza what a deal.) Fresh ingredients. One of my favorite pizzas I've ever eaten. We received an advertising mailer for PLP in Milton. It contained several coupons so we thought we would give PLP a try. We phoned in to place an order for pickup. There was confusion over the coupon but they finally agreed to accept it. Parking is kind of challenging in the business complex. The order was ready on-time and the coupon was accepted. When we got home we were shocked to find the Caesar salad was made with arugula type lettuce and not romaine. First time we had ever had that happen and even their menu says the Caesar is made with "romaine hearts". We called the store to complain and they agreed to take that off our bill. We ate the salad but it was weird tasting with the bitter arugula. We had a two topping pizza with the salad and it was mediocre as pizzas go. The crust was somewhat greasy and the pepperoni was skimpy. We have been long time Vintage Pizza (just down the street) customers and will continue to be Vintage customers.
