The caramelized onions were wet and flavorless and were likely the dinner rush leftovers, and the pickles were equally sorry. The fries were the best part and legitimately good. Wish they were thicker. I also appreciated that they gave me a boba tea-sized straw for my shake. Wish the shake was tastier. As for the service, there's no real service here. You order from a kiosk and someone shouts your name 10 minutes later and you pick up your food from the counter. And of course the self-service kiosk does the tip meme too. Another time it was that the fries were "overheating." Meanwhile, the car in front of us ordered and got their food just fine. It's beyond frustrating to sit in line only to be told a different story every visit. If you're closing early or can't serve food, just be upfront about it instead of making things up. The inconsistency alone is enough to keep us from coming back.
