You know, I honestly used to love this place. They have great deals on prices and I loved the point system where you could save up to get a free pizza. However as you can see this is a one star rating. Lately every time we order something for delivery it's been old, cold, forgotten or disgusting. About a month ago we ordered a couple of pizzas and bread bites. Instead of giving us the right order, they gave us one pizza and a double order of bread bites. (This was after over an hour's wait...) I immediately called the store and informed them of what had happened. The young man on the other end was very polite and said he would get it fixed. We waited another hour and a half before that one came. The delivery lady was rude and the pizza was cold. We decided to try them again tonight because they did try to fix their mistake. And for us, we will never order again. One of our 2 pizzas was old and the other was so overly salty that we couldn't eat more then 2 pieces. It was sad and disgusting. I honestly used to love this place. This has been heartbreaking to watch it go from good quality to complete disappointment. read more

Better than I remembered. Better than Little Caesar's and Pizza Hut, but not quite as good as Papa John's. Reasonable prices and options.

The food is always great! Especially on late nights when we don't want to cook! We got a medium extravaganzza pizza, a 2 liter of coke, cinna twists, and jalapeno cheddar bacon bread all for $32!!! do not order from this lousy location. last nite we ordered a med pizza with a chicken side. the pizza was raw, dough was uncooked it was the 2nd inedible pizza in the last months we were subject to. i called and explained to the mgr what was delivered was not edible and we would like our money back less the cost of the chicken. i was laughed at and denied by this pompous ass. at a time when restaurants need local business & we have a choice were our funds go. it will not be to this location ever again ...I urge everyone to follow suit until this dominoes franchise takes their responsibility to the public to serve food that is completely cooked . my next call is to the health board. this is no time to play with the publics health. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! It's my daughters birthday today and she wanted a pizza from Flat Earth in Carson. I live in Dayton and my car unexpectedly broke down on the way to pick up the pizza order from Flat Earth. I called them and they refused to deliver to me despite already being in Carson, them knowing I drove from Dayton, and my order being ready. Basically made me feel like an inconvenience for even asking. SO I CALLED DOMINO'S AS A LAST HOPE.... I believe it was the Domino's manager I spoke to and he not only worked with me to get a pizza delivered to us while we waited for a tow truck, he also threw in some lava cakes for my daughter at no charge. The pizza was delivered to us in a timely manner and everything was great. I will forever be grateful for Domino's outstanding customer service tonight. Y'all really saved a little girls birthday tonight! Thank you! read more

DON'T PATRONIZE THIS PLACE!!! This place is a big rip-off! They charge for condiments! ($.99/0.5oz of Parmesan cheese sprinkles!) I canceled my order as soon as I found out that this was the company policy... I mean, my kids use that much on each slice, so if my pie has 8 slices, that's almost $8 extra to get enough sprinkles! After registering a compliant with Dominoes Pizza main customer care center, they gave my Email address to the smart-ass franchise owner (basically the person who I was complaining about in the first place, since it is HIS company policy to be stingy) who rudely informed me via email that there are plenty of other pizza "restaurants" (obviously he uses the term loosely) in town that can "meet my financial needs"... basically saying, "if you don't like it, go somewhere else you cheap SOB"... I should have expected no less from someone who thinks it's good business to gouge his customers. If you find yourself calling Dominoes Pizza in Carson City, it's probably because there is nothing else open at that hour that delivers... that is the only reason I gave them a call in the first place.. I called in on a Thursday night at 11:35 and was told they were closed and I told the girl that answered the phone, it said online that they were open till 12:00 am. She proceeded to tell me "yeah well, I decided to stop taking orders 15 mins early" (Which it was in fact 30 mins early.) Do not put that the hours are open till 12 if you are not open till 12. Being open till 12 means you are taking orders till 12. Very lazy girl and dominos branch. read more

I just called and purchased a chicken carbonara bowl and a triple mushroom pizza, I have to say I was rather unimpressed with the pizza. I of course ate the bowl first and have to say it was one of my favorite bowls, the pizza however tasted like it was made hours ago, cold not enough cheese to even cover the whole pizza. I have eaten a ton of pizza's from Domino's out in Las Vegas, sadly it is not as good up here in Carson. Guess I will have to find a new pizza place.. read more

I wrote an earlier negative, but honest review of this place. I have since been in touch with the regional manager and he has done his best to make it right, full cash refund delivered to my door, then the delivery guy turned around and got my free pizza and delivered that. These people went out of their way to make this right. So I have to give them good marks. read more

I've only ever been to this location twice and my experience has been bad both times. First time I online ordered at this location I arrived 10 minutes after ordering my pizza and they hadn't even started making it. I even verified with the online tracker had said my pizza was ready for pickup. Today I ordered again and when I arrived they had made my pizza wrong. Half was supposed to have cheese and the other wasn't. They put the cheese on the side with the wrong toppings. Very disappointing dominos. Get it together. read more

The "new" Domino's is pretty great, if you ask me. The revamped recipes make for a delicious pizza, and I really enjoy the sandwich and pasta options when the family wants pizza and I'm just not in the mood. We order from here more than I'd like to admit. We use both delivery and carry-out options, depending on weather and how we feel. The online tracker lets you time your trip to the store to carry-out well, or lets you know when it's time to turn on the porch light for delivery. Friendly delivery staff! They're always smiling and great. The in-store staff is lackluster at best and somewhat hostile at worst. I don't enjoy walking in. The food is always hot and fresh. The pizza crust is delicious, I love the chicken parmesan oven baked sandwich, and the lava cakes make a sinfully delicious dessert option! If you're looking for standard delivery-fare pizza, this is the best option in town. read more

I ordered a pizza from domino's it took an hour from the time I ordered it to the time it took to get to my door. It took 30 min. for them to deliver it ordered it online so it shows what time it left the store. The bad part is the store is only about 3 miles away. I recommend if you want a pizza in Carson City don't order it from Domino's. Unless of course you like cold pizza. This is the second time in a row this is happened. I had the same problem last month. So much for giving them another chance. read more

Can't really complain about this particular restaurant. They always get my order right, show up on time and are polite. The quality of the pizza, at least in my humble opinion, is good. I'm not too hard to please and I'm definitely not what you'd consider a pizza connoisseur, but hey, it tastes good. If you are expecting super high quality pizza you're probably barking up the wrong tree by going to a chain restaurant, but I think for a chain, these guys are doing a good job. I also love the chocolate lava cakes. Put them in the freezer for about an hour and fill the top with peanut butter, it's delicious! read more

Domino's hwy 50 horrible. This was approximately 3-6 months ago. Ordered my pizzas and delivery said 30 minutes. 45 minutes later I called. A rude lady stated they were busy and would be here as soon as they could. Well, as I approached an hour later I called and cancelled my order and asked for a manager. A man got on the phone and told him what was going on and all he said was well sorry maybe next time. I told him I would not order from this store again as I have had other issues with this store also at which point I was hung up on. The delivery driver came to my house 20 minutes later with the stuff I had cancelled, told him I canceled the order and he said ok and walked off into the sunset. This dominoes store in particular is very bad in customer service and the people that work there are horrible. I have not ordered any pizza from there since nor will I. Horrible staff and management decisions by dominoes sad to say. Just ordered my pizza from pizza hut and its great knowing they will be here shortly WITHOUT sarcastic remarks and with my food and if I have an issue which I rarely do they work their hardest to make it right. read more
