Lucky to get 1 star. Point blank and to the point. I'm deadly allergic to onions and ordered a sandwich with no onions and have proof that I done so. When I called the store which picked up, the wanna be manager threatened me and hung up on me. So I called back, and a different manager answer and when I questioned the way the last manager acted, I was told to shut my mouth unless I want to be black balled and no be able to order from the Columbia location again. Even said they were going to call the police on me if I don't let them get off the phone to get home. They lost my respect and future money. Lucky they weren't still open or I would have had taken a ride!! read more

My order is always right! I often order from here! Sometimes they forget a dipping sauce but other than that I love this location! The drivers are always cool and if you tip em 5 or more bucks they can actually afford food! Soooo tip your driver good and you'll get your food right! TRUST read more

Yikes this place is bad. We had some fairly mediocre experiences... but this last one was enough to write a review about. We ordered a pizza with a double topping. There was barely enough in the pizza to say it was one topping. I checked the pizza upon pick up and told the young man at the counter. I said... hey could you just give me some of the topping on a cup or something? He was like... we don't do that. Huh? I paid for it and I was willing to leave with the ingredient in a cup to heat up at home. He looked over at some young woman behind the counter... I'm assuming the manager. Without missing a beat she said, "we don't use cups, they are too expensive." So I said, "so basically, I paid for an extra topping for nothing." He shrugged his shoulders and I said, "Thanks." Of course I was mad. Contacted corporate 3 times. Nothing. They don't care about anything there. Avoid this location. Actually avoid domino's. They were never that good to begin with. read more

I ordered at 3:50pm for a 5:00pm delivery time...trying to save the time of making the kids dinner before football. However, the pizza literally came at 5:25pm and I still had to make dinner for my kids! When I called the location, the manager mustered up a "we tried our best" response when asked why it didn't leave their store till 4:55pm. Well, clearly your best is NOT good enough. read more

Every experience I've had with them has been positive. Quick friendly delivery and my order is always accurate and hot when it arrives.

Tried their $7.99 with three toppings large pizza. Can't say we were impressed or feel its any better than Caesar's for $5.00 with one topping. We only have tried Domino's 2-3 times in the 12 years here in Columbia, doubt I will be returning. read more

This location has always been a hit or miss. Mostly a miss for me. They keep messing up my pizza orders, and I have pretty much given up on ordering again from there. The times that they didn't mess up were great, but that has only happened a handful of times. I will stick to making my own pizza at home, which tastes better anyway. read more

Been ordering from this Domino's (Columbia, PA) for a couple years now...only ever had 1 ordering SNAFU in that time-frame. The only problem we had was when we ordered via telephone...they blew it on our breadstix order. Ordering online is usually a painless procedure...as long as Domino's website is working 100%. This is by far the best Dominoes location! We have been ordering here for a while now. Our food is always correct, hot, and arrives quickly. The drivers are friendly as well. it's domino's so i don't think i need to go into great detail...but the food is always ready right on time (usually 15 minutes), is pretty good, and their employees are friendly. also monday-wednesday they have a special for large pizza $7.99. this location also does delivery. read more

When we order pizza online it's usually from here, The kids love watching the online timer and the food always arrives hot and tasty. The countless time we've ordered from them we have never had an issue with a single order, The delivery people have all been super nice and polite.
