It's Domino's. You get what you pay for (if they don't bait & switch your order on the app). Pizza is ok if you get a deal. It is what it is when you're in a crunch for a quick meal for several people. The employees I interacted with were friendly, so that's a plus. But: twice I've been here, twice the delivery person has been parked in the handicapped spot. Newsflash: that's illegal in America. Had I felt like being a Karen, I'd have called the police to teach you a lesson the second time. I'm sure it's a common thing. Also have to agree with the other reviewer that commented about the smokers on the side of the building. I don't want to know that your nicotine fingers are touching my food. Go around back. I used the app to order wings and cinnamon sticks. The app was very easy to use and very straight forward. I could see using the app again because you can see the process every step of the way. They were running some pretty good specials, so with all that , I thought , why not get some and give it a try. Honestly I will not order again. The wings were burnt and the sauce was not very good. Maybe it was just a bad day, but we were told 30 minutes for delivery. After an hour we called and were told he was 5 minutes away. After another half hour, we were told the delivery was complete. To be clear, nobody knocked. Nobody rang the doorbell-- we have dogs who LIVE to alert us when someone is at the door. First, I apologize to the sweet delivery man who was not tipped after delivering the wrong order to me. Second, I have never been treated more dismissively in a customer service situation ever. After ordering a thin crust pizza with no cheese and extra veggies, I received a regular cheese pizza. To correct the mistake in my order, i was told that rather than refund my order it would be easier to give me 2 free pizzas. I'm a business traveler and these pizzas would only be available to me from this location. When I asked for my money back a battle ensued. Delivered fast, and driver took it all the way to our actual apartment door.. unlike other local pizza places that make us walk out to the parking lot. Super nice. This review is for the Mars location on Mars Valencia road. While I think Domino's has figured out the ordering and notification status process, I will never order pizza or wings from Dominos again. Buffalo Wings with just a drizzle of the worst wing sauce on the soggiest wings ever. Pepperoni pizza with pepperoni that tastes like nothing I've ever had...it did not resemble any pepperoni I've ever had. We can't even eat this crap. Absolute garbage. Seriously. The first time I ordered from them it took 2 hours to get my pizza. It was Super Bowl night so I excused it because I'm sure they were busy. I gave them another shot last night. Ordered at 7:13. At 7:22 the tracker said my pizza was "checked"...it sat in the store until 7:52 when it finally said "the driver is on the way"...at like 8:18 (I live a mile from the store), the pizza finally arrived. It was ice cold and looked like garbage. On top of that, the rest of my order was wrong as well. I definitely would not order from them. I just got back home from my order at this location it's probably the worst store I've ever had there's barely any sauce on the pizzas and worst of all when I pulled up three Domino's employees were outside smoking. I don't care if you smoke or not it's not something that employees should be doing in the public's View there should be a designated smoking area outside of The View of the public in your customers. But the pizza was awful this location is now off the books for me and I will never go back. read more

I am in a new house in Wexford and was denied delivery even when I called in. Pizza Hut will deliver here. I normally love Dominos but someone in management needs to correct this simple problem of letting me pay for pizza I'm the phone and deliver in their area. We ordered some Dominos a week or so ago and when we called, we asked if they had any specials beyond their medium pizza special. Specifically, I asked for specials on large pizzas. The person on the phone told me they didn't have anything so we ordered the medium special. Well we get to the store and right out front is a huge promo sign for large pizzas!! I decided to say something when we went inside and Dave, the manager at the store quickly explained to us that he apologized for the specials not being communicated but he threw in some cheesy bread and drinks with our order. Quality of gluten free pizzas varies considerably, from being amazing, to being something similar to eating cardboard with greasy stuff on top. Despite their request for feedback on your order page, they have NEVER contacted me in response to my input/issues. Delivery times are also sporadic from being amazingly quick to being horrendously late. Late orders do NOT arrive hot. If another delivery pizza place offered gluten free pizzas in my area, I would never order from Domino's again. read more

Memphis Bbq Chicken Pizza - Just moved to the area and I have been ordering Domino's for years. Got a very burnt pizza, I'm sure that happens once in a while. The pizza got through the 'quality check'. I'm sure that happens too. Heres's the part I have an issue with: when I called to request a new pizza be delivered, I spoke directly with the manager. He argued with me that he had checked the pizza himself and that 'the cheese was a bit burnt' but that was it. I'm not sure how that's okay, but I told him that we weren't happy with the pizza and we would like a new one delivered. He told me that there had been several calls and that I should probably come in and pick up the pizza if I wanted it any time soon. I feel that this is completely inappropriate and that to make it right, they should deliver a pizza as soon as possible. I told the manager that and he said 'yeah' and he would have it out soon. An hour and a half later, the pizza was re-delivered. It was not burnt but judging by the attitude I got from the manager, they probably spit in it. I have ordered from this Domino's for a few years -- I loved Papa John's where we used to live, but they didn't have a franchise that delivered to us. But we were pleasantly surprised at how good this Domino's pizza was (after they changed up their recipe a while back). This store has been very efficient and helpful when we place our order. Typical. Ordered after a crazy Long day of work to my hotel. Of course they forgot the soda I ordered then said they would have to go back to the store and then bring it back... Ordered my food at 9pm. Came at 10pm, really don't want to wait that long. Can't give me credit so they "owe" me. And while they guy offered to bring back or owe me... He never once said he was sorry. You know that's what bothers me more than anything and hit me to post. He never said sorry... First he disagreed politely and had to validate. He was in suck a hurry he just wanted to move on. Never said sorry. You know you see family owned on these Yelp ads for franchise places and you think and expect it will be spot on. I live up the hill so this location is a convenience but their service isn't worth it. I'd rather drive farther into Wedford. On 2 occasions they handled things terribly and won't be seeing my business anytime soon. One time I ordered a medium pan for pickup. 20 minute pick up time is understandable. I leave my house 15 minutes later and go in for them to tell me it should be out soon. No sweat. 25 minutes later they handed me my pizza and didn't say a word or apologize. I made the mistake of paying before or I would have told them this one was one the house. HIGHLY RECOMMEND PAYING AFTER COMPLETION. The cashier will ask right when you get there but seriously hold off. The second time I double checked their local website to see if they accepted Discover before I ordered and it said they did. I was picking up on my way back to work so I was looking forward to it. Get to the store to find out they weren't accepting Discover and my actual wallet was at work. I've been pleasantly surprised by every Domino's I've eaten at.. And then I ordered from here. Every time I've ordered from this location something has gone wrong. Orders screwed up, orders over 30 minutes late, and being told the order would be ready for pick up in a certain amount of time only to show up and wait in the store while the employees goofed around for 15 minutes. The last straw came when we placed an order online for delivery 30 minutes prior to the end of their "delivery hours" and received a phone call saying they were too busy to complete our order.
