Domino's Pizza was what I use to it when I was little or Pizza Hut But and haven't had it until recently. There aren't that many pizza stores around anymore which is kind of sad especially when you love pizza. My friend decided to come over and get two pizzas from here. One was a Hawaiian pizza and the other was mushroom and chicken. I was only able to rat the mushroom and chicken pizza but did notice that it did not have enough tomato sauce. I guess if you are ordering from here you should say extra sauce because if you don't it will just taste like bread with mushrooms on it. Next time I will give this place a try again. dominos is undeniably good esp with their special promotions! I started ordering from them for large gatherings as Medium sized pizzas only costs $6 a pie amazing deal! The online app to order is a bit confusing to use esp on the phone, but still efficient for placing orders ahead of time and gaining pie rewards. They even provide an online tracker of your pizza stages, so you'll know when it's ready for pickup. (PS get a $3 tip online when you choose to pickup the order yourself) The Diamond Bar location has a small viewing area for you to watch the pizzas being freshly made. When you walk in it smells heavenly, pizza GALORE!! Although I'm sure the employees are soo over the smell, but when I walked in hungry it was so comforting Staff were also very nice and provided status updates as well. I ordered 3 mediums -- pineapple & ham, sausage, mushroom & olives, bbq chicken + onions. All three delicious with a crispy Parmesan crust, I will say the bbq chicken was missing onions even though that was a topping added. Each slice I saw didn't have any will check my pizzas before leaving! I was sad to hear that the packets of cheese and pepper flakes they usually give out are now given at a cost. Get the Parmesan knots!! They're SOO soft and easy to pull apart, it's buttery and coated with a generous amount of Parmesan. No extra sauce needed! Stay far away from this place! You will get ripped off, and they will feign ignorance. I recently made an online purchase for pizza pickup. I went go pick it up, all paid for. The gentleman (elderly Hispanic worker) says I didn't pay for it. He rings me up on the register as I am confused and I pay for it because I am on my lunch-break. He rings me up for almost $26.00 for 2 medium pizza. I found this weird, because I usually have deals. I bring back the pizza for my coworkers, and I look at the previous online order and it was for $16.95... I got overcharged.. I go back to dispute the charge with the manager. Here comes the story on why you should never come here. The manager comes in and say, "We can't double-charge you if the order is paid for." I show her the receipt, and I show her my credit card charge from my online bank account app. She says, "That charge can't be right." We only charged you $16.95. The employee that rang me up for the pizza was there making more pizza and just pretending to be dumb about the entire thing. He did not own up to his mistake, and just kept quiet. The manager begins to say, "You probably didn't pay for it, therefore he rang you up." The prices were different, and she refused to look at any further transactions. I understand that :some" people hate their jobs, but this manager needs to get fired or let go. The worker as well. It seemed like they didn't care at all working at the place, and with all the evidence, they refused to budge. We placed order and patiently waited outside in the car. Once got the ready for pick up alert, I was just gonna walk in, but seeing a guy coming out so I stood aside to let him out first. Turned out to be an employee, but he just let the door slammed on me though we made eye contact. Pretty bad impression already. Next disappointment: as I approached the counter, I told the cashier my name on the order, and pointed to the screen on the wall with "ready" status, but to my surprise the guy said my pizzas are still in the oven. The employees are great BUT completely overworked. You just can't win here. Last time we placed an order online, they it took an hour longer to make than we were quoted. It was the last day of school before break and they only had ONE person making pizzas. So for Valentine's Day, we knew they would be slammed again. We placed the order the night before. I show up 30 minutes early, hoping that they would start my order in a timely manner. Of course they are understaffed again. We were told that out order would not be ready on time. They could NOT even START making the pizzas until AFTER the pick-up time passed. What sense does that even make? Not the employees fault at all but where the hell is the management? What insanity is it that employees are told NOT to make pizzas until the order time has passed. Staff is nice. The pizza is pretty bad. It's like eating a warm wet gym sock. Ordered a pan pizza and a traditional. Both pizzas were cut unevenly. With really large slices and tiney-tiny slices. The pan pizza was missing sauce on half of it so all I was eating was bread and cheese. The toppings are sparse. I ordered sausage and bacon on the pan pizza and the sausage were pellet size, the kind you give to a baby hamster, and maybe a few bacon crumbles. I've decided, it's better to order a quality pizza, at a higher price, less frequently at another place than to ever order from Domino's again. I placed an online order last night at 8:30 pm while at my daughter's high school graduation hoping to pick up the order by 9:30 pm. When I arrived, I see the employee looking flustered and confused. Then she drops one of my pizzas that was on the bottom of the oven and still decides to put that in the box. Then she tells me she doesn't have my order ready yet and that I have to come back in 10-15 minutes.
