We have been using this location for many years with intermittent problems throughout the time. We kept going back, thinking it would get better. However, today was the last straw. Placed an order for delivery at 2:26 p.m. Order finally arrived at 3:36 p.m. due to the driver having to go back due to a forgotten item. We only know this as we called to find out where our order was. We ordered the BBQ Chicken Pizza with EXTRA BBQ sauce and there was barely ANY sauce on the pizza, let alone any extra. Didn't enjoy eating dry pizza and unfortunately ended up throwing most of it away. We have far exceeded the opportunities in hoping that the service would improve. That was our last order. read more

I had pizza from Domino's this week due to the 50% off deal, but I definitely had to come back for some more. It was my first time at this location, and I am far from disappointed with their service. They've made some verbal mistakes, but are polite about correcting themselves and ensuring that the customer's order is accurate. They did not even take long with my pizza, so thanks for being mindful about that. One of the guys even asked me what my order is instead of ignoring me. So it was definitely professional of them to work hard and not take their job lightly. Place was as clean as any other place. Great service! I'm 100% satisfied with how things went here today! I ordered a Medium (12") Hand Tossed Philly Cheese Steak and a Medium (12") Parmesan Stuffed Crust Pizza last Friday. When my order arrived, the Philly Cheese Steak pizza was shocking because it had no steak on it at all, and the pizza was overcooked--the top was burnt. I tried to eat it since I didn't want to go back, but it was far too salty to eat. I contacted customer service to request a refund, but I haven't received any response even after two days. Everytime I add an extra topping on top of the regular allotment, they "forget" to add it. This was the third time, it's happened. After the first time I, I now know to check and they remade it (had to wait around for another 10-15 minutes). Absolutely no remorse. No, we'll make sure this doesn't happen again, nothing. Domino's Pizza was what I use to it when I was little or Pizza Hut But and haven't had it until recently. There aren't that many pizza stores around anymore which is kind of sad especially when you love pizza. My friend decided to come over and get two pizzas from here. One was a Hawaiian pizza and the other was mushroom and chicken. I was only able to rat the mushroom and chicken pizza but did notice that it did not have enough tomato sauce. I guess if you are ordering from here you should say extra sauce because if you don't it will just taste like bread with mushrooms on it. Next time I will give this place a try again. dominos is undeniably good esp with their special promotions! I started ordering from them for large gatherings as Medium sized pizzas only costs $6 a pie amazing deal! The online app to order is a bit confusing to use esp on the phone, but still efficient for placing orders ahead of time and gaining pie rewards. They even provide an online tracker of your pizza stages, so you'll know when it's ready for pickup. (PS get a $3 tip online when you choose to pickup the order yourself) The Diamond Bar location has a small viewing area for you to watch the pizzas being freshly made. When you walk in it smells heavenly, pizza GALORE!! Although I'm sure the employees are soo over the smell, but when I walked in hungry it was so comforting Staff were also very nice and provided status updates as well. I ordered 3 mediums -- pineapple & ham, sausage, mushroom & olives, bbq chicken + onions. All three delicious with a crispy Parmesan crust, I will say the bbq chicken was missing onions even though that was a topping added. Each slice I saw didn't have any will check my pizzas before leaving! I was sad to hear that the packets of cheese and pepper flakes they usually give out are now given at a cost. Get the Parmesan knots!! They're SOO soft and easy to pull apart, it's buttery and coated with a generous amount of Parmesan. No extra sauce needed! We order from here a lot but the last few times we were disappointed with the pizza. It was burnt all around the edges and some. Surprised they delivered it that way. It had no pizza sauce on it and the pizza was so dry and bland. YUK! But if you want extra sauce, they charge you for it. They do have some good deals but lack delivering an acceptable final product. Stay far away from this place! You will get ripped off, and they will feign ignorance. I recently made an online purchase for pizza pickup. I went go pick it up, all paid for. The gentleman (elderly Hispanic worker) says I didn't pay for it. He rings me up on the register as I am confused and I pay for it because I am on my lunch-break. He rings me up for almost $26.00 for 2 medium pizza. I found this weird, because I usually have deals. I bring back the pizza for my coworkers, and I look at the previous online order and it was for $16.95... I got overcharged.. I go back to dispute the charge with the manager. Here comes the story on why you should never come here. The manager comes in and say, "We can't double-charge you if the order is paid for." I show her the receipt, and I show her my credit card charge from my online bank account app. She says, "That charge can't be right." We only charged you $16.95. The employee that rang me up for the pizza was there making more pizza and just pretending to be dumb about the entire thing. He did not own up to his mistake, and just kept quiet. The manager begins to say, "You probably didn't pay for it, therefore he rang you up." The prices were different, and she refused to look at any further transactions. I understand that :some" people hate their jobs, but this manager needs to get fired or let go. The worker as well. It seemed like they didn't care at all working at the place, and with all the evidence, they refused to budge. We placed order and patiently waited outside in the car. Once got the ready for pick up alert, I was just gonna walk in, but seeing a guy coming out so I stood aside to let him out first. Turned out to be an employee, but he just let the door slammed on me though we made eye contact. Pretty bad impression already. Next disappointment: as I approached the counter, I told the cashier my name on the order, and pointed to the screen on the wall with "ready" status, but to my surprise the guy said my pizzas are still in the oven. So I said "it's ok and waited patiently. 15 minutes later, another cashier asked me what was I waiting for. I reluctantly told him my name, again, and he grabbed two pizzas from the bottom of a stack that have been there all this while. Once I got home, and opened the pizzas with excitement, but to my disappointment, again, they were cold and hard, on top of that, the crusts were not what I ordered(I asked for one hand tossed and another NY Style, but they were both thin crusts). The employees are great BUT completely overworked. You just can't win here. Last time we placed an order online, they it took an hour longer to make than we were quoted. It was the last day of school before break and they only had ONE person making pizzas. So for Valentine's Day, we knew they would be slammed again. We placed the order the night before. I show up 30 minutes early, hoping that they would start my order in a timely manner. Of course they are understaffed again. We were told that out order would not be ready on time. They could NOT even START making the pizzas until AFTER the pick-up time passed. What sense does that even make? Not the employees fault at all but where the hell is the management? What insanity is it that employees are told NOT to make pizzas until the order time has passed. Why isn't the manager here on a holiday he I finally got my order 40 minutes after I got there and 15 minutes after the time it was supposed to be ready and it was WRONG. read more

Staff is nice. The pizza is pretty bad. It's like eating a warm wet gym sock. Ordered a pan pizza and a traditional. Both pizzas were cut unevenly. With really large slices and tiney-tiny slices. The pan pizza was missing sauce on half of it so all I was eating was bread and cheese. The toppings are sparse. I ordered sausage and bacon on the pan pizza and the sausage were pellet size, the kind you give to a baby hamster, and maybe a few bacon crumbles. I've decided, it's better to order a quality pizza, at a higher price, less frequently at another place than to ever order from Domino's again. I placed an online order last night at 8:30 pm while at my daughter's high school graduation hoping to pick up the order by 9:30 pm. When I arrived, I see the employee looking flustered and confused. Then she drops one of my pizzas that was on the bottom of the oven and still decides to put that in the box. Then she tells me she doesn't have my order ready yet and that I have to come back in 10-15 minutes. Seeing that she was completely by herself, I felt bad so I didn't push back despite having placed the order an hour beforehand. When I came back to pick up my 3 specialty pizzas,which cost over $75, I asked for some crushed red peppers. She then says there's a $1.25 charge for crushed red peppers. Are you kidding me?!!! I'm spending over $75 for three pizzas and you dropped one of my pizzas, and you have the nerve to want to charge me another $1.25 for just crushed red peppers? Sad and unacceptable. This is why I don't come to Domino's Pizza as a regular customer. Only when there is no other Pizza place open for a late dinner. I would like to be refunded the cost of the dropped pizza.
