Placed a large order for my team at work. The total came out to about $260 ish I believe, close to $300 worth of pizza was purchased. When I asked if I could have a few of the parmesan/chili packets they held onto my credit card and insisted they were $1 each. Even if this is policy, with how many pizzas I got, any establishments or small businesses would've gave me at least some napkins and parmesan. 99% of the time the parmesan comes with the pizza... just felt a bit extra and greedy. I order from dominos in east ridge TN, and when I do, i spend anywhere from 50.00 to almost 100.00. On 8/8/25, I had ordered from dominos last night, and was not the best experience at all, my pizza was not great tasting, the pepperoni was all curled up on the ends, very crisp, burnt tasting, the pasta bowls, was rough on top of the noodles, the parmesan bread bites was not tasting, was hard, there was no dipping sauce, chicken sandwich only had about 6 small pieces of chicken, and a little sauce, more bread than anything, on top of that, the bread was a dark brown on top, crunchy, and crispy. this order costed me about $72.oo dollars, and was a delivery, not great at all. This will be the very last order I will do, I just know if you are going to spend the money for good service, and the food, it should be great. I normally don't complain, this is one time i will. From WRCB 9/3/2020 In Hamilton County, Dominos Pizza on  Ringgold Road in East Ridge scored a 72. This is still a passing grade. Per the inspector, the manager on duty (MOD) was not very knowledgeable about food safety and did not have ANSI approved food safety certification.  The MOD was also not aware of employee illness policy.  The inspector saw an employee drinking in the prep area from an unapproved container, plus it was stored too close to the food and prep table.  A chemical bottle was not properly labeled, to-go items were stored on the floor and the pizza oven and the neighboring wall were dirty, plus there were excessive flies in the building.  The employee restroom fixtures were dirty. I came to pick up my food in drive though after I ordered online but was told I couldn't pay at the window. I didn't bring a coat because I was expecting the convince of the drive through window. As I came in an employee named Charles was mocking me for being a little upset about having to come in. I asked to speak to the manager and a guy named Freddy doubled down on them not caring about me having the expectations of drive through since thats how I ordered. I eat here often and something is almost always wrong. My son loves their bread bowls or i wouldn't come here at all. For example, I usually get a bread bowl and 2 pizzas, one pizza light sauce but they ALWAYS put light sauce on both. So light u can barely see any anywhere. Today all I got was a bread bowl. I ordered online like always and when I got there I waited until I got the notification that it was ready and drive up to the pick up window, girl couldn't find my order. She was very friendly but the guy she was talking to and asking about my order was extremely rude. She finds my order in the computer and gives him the order number, he says they haven't even started it. So why did I get the notification that it was ready?! I get that they are busy and don't mind waiting longer than usual when they are but they do crap like this all the time. I worked fast food for years, I know they are timed so they put in the system that it's ready when it still has a few minutes, usually no big deal. I get it, I been there when corporate only cares about your times but don't put it in as ready when you haven't even started it! So I wait another 20 minutes, pick it up, different girl at the window but she was super nice, and I go home about a mile and half away. My son said it had cold spots in it and tasted weird. He's not little, he's a teenager so I know he wasn't just saying it. He was disappointed bc he loves them so much and was really looking forward to it and I'm pissed bc well, everything i already said and it wasn't even done all the way. On Sunday December 3rd 2017 I ordered from the dominos pizza on Ringgold rd in Chattanooga from the website at approximately 11:30 am and paid with a credit card. A few minutes later the driver called me and said the he have to look at the card when he gets there. When the driver showed up he said rudely "where's your card" I handed it to him then he said "I need your id" "so I can verify that your card ain't stolen" I was confused he then said "what's your problem buddy?" I said to him well it's the first time that I've ever carded for a pizza I made him leave I then called the store to find out what going on, the shift manager was rude as well Only thing she said was " I'll talk to the driver and what do you want me to do about it?" And then she hung up on me. I called back she then said " I don't have time to deal with this" and hung up me again. I again called back and asked her for her manager name she refused to give me the info and told me to stop calling. A couple of days go by and the owner calls me and asked me to tell my side of the story. I typically do not like ordering pizza from large chains like Domino's because everything seems to always be bland, however, this particular location makes really good pizza! They are always quick with deliveries and it never takes as long as they estimate. The staff is also very helpful: I once ordered several pizzas online and mistakenly ordered one of the pizzas without cheese. I really don't like ordering from pizza delivery places, but this specific dominos makes great pizza, and has great customer service.

I never do this, but the staff at this Domino's is the best! I always get my pizza super fast, which is important with 3 hungry boys at home. The pizza is tasty and the deals are good. The restaurant is clean when I go in for pickups, but the drivers are so fast that I just sit back on my couch and wait for them to knock on my door with steaming hot pizza! read more
