Really good pizza, love the thin crust. Even heats up the day after really well. New favorite on pizza night.

After an hour of waiting, that the map app said was less than 10 minutes away, I called the store and they told me that even though their website said the order was on the way, they told me that originally it was going to be their driver but it changed to Doordash. Now it has been over an hour since they said my order was READY and still no delivery. I started this pretty upset but after speaking with the manager, she handled the problem perfectly. I've gotten Marco's delivered a couple of times in the last week or two and it's pretty good. I got thin crust and a garden salad both times. The pizza was good but nothing special. I don't expect much from a chain pizza place, and especially one in Chattanooga. The Marco's in Huntsville, AL, for example, is better than this one even though the menu is the exact same. There always seems to be a measure of excellence missing from Chattanooga eateries. Because of this, I got very simple toppings: cheese on one pizza and fresh spinach on the other. Again, it was good, but nothing special. The first time I ordered, my salad came without croutons. The second time, I ordered extra croutons just to make sure they were on their. Both salads were good, though. The lettuce wasn't the old, dingy lettuce that comes from those store-brand salad bags....or at least it didn't look like it. It looked closer to fresh lettuce, which was nice. The salad was a decent size, too. Could easily feed 2-3 people, I think. I wasn't disappointed since I set my expectations correctly, but I also think I like Dominos pizza better. read more

We always looked forward to stopping at Marco's when in Chattanooga TN. I ordered one medium with a 2 litre of diet Pepsi. Waited 45 mins to get the pizza which is ok BUT when it was delivered it was regular Pepsi not diet as clearly stated on receipt. Delivery person said she'd go back and bring correct Pepsi, we paid, ate pizza with no pop and waited yet another 45 mins for pop to be delivered. We would have gotten vending machine pop had we known we wouldn't get our $3.00 2 ltr until AFTER we'd eaten. #1 I ordered correctly they screwed it up #2 I shouldn't have to go without drinks while her other deliveries were made because 45 mins is not "coming right back #3 Manager offered nothing to correct it not even an I'm sorry. Last time for Marco's. Oh? Pizza wasn't as good as last time either. read more

Ordered an XL Delux Pizza at the East Brainerd Road store. I buy there often. The pizza was loaded with onions, to the point of being inedible. I called and spoke to a male who stated he was the manager, and shared my experience. He was awful and rude. Never again for Marcos. Regretfully! read more

Our family has enjoyed the times we have had to order from Marcos. We are big fans of their Pepperoni Magnifico and their salads. If you order delivery, they are one of the fastest. Their drivers are kind and efficient at their jobs. We have not had any of our orders smashed our anything of the like. As far as quality of pizza, I give it a rating of 3.5 stars out of 5. I rank it so only because it doesn't just knock out your taste buds the way a Mellow Mushroom pizza does. But it is tasty and that's probably the biggest reason we order from Marcos. One thing Chattanooga needs is pizza delis that specialize in pies that knock your socks off. But we don't have many places of the sort. So Marcos works. read more

Marcos pizza is consistently good which is more than I can say about many other pizza spots. They allow for ton of customizations and free sauces for dipping pizza in. It's always fresh and doesn't look thrown together which I appreciate. read more

This is my first time at this location, and I was highly impressed ! I got the buffalo chicken with spinach on it, and I was in love. I also got chicken wings and they were very moist and good! I would say that this is the best Marcos pizza in the Chattanooga area! read more

I ordered an extra large supremo and it is the best pizza I have eaten in a long time. Papa John's sauce is too sweet. I used to favor Pizza Hut but Marcos tops them all in my opinion. I just finished the last piece that had been in the fridge 3 days and it was just as good as day one. read more

I've seen these franchises popping up all over the place recently here in the area and I love pizza. This pizza is very similar to Dominos. It's decent but I don't see coming back again as it didn't really stand out. The sauce was good but the cheese was chewy I'm not sure if it was the variety of mozzarella they use or if it's food service grade. The crust was on the thicker side and a little chewy. They weren't able to deliver (even though in the same zip code) so I called to pick up. The interior of the restaurant is pretty basic and small. You can tell it's mainly for pick up or delivery. Their box notes that it's "Authentic Italian Pizza". I didn't see any wood-fired brick ovens, andit was thick crust, maybe a different region of Italy makes it their way. We had half mushroom and there were about 9 pieces of mushroom. I noted that to the cashier, she asked if I wanted them to correct it but I opted not. The mushrooms looked to be canned (couldn't/didn't) verify. I gave it a three because it was decent not remarkable. read more

My wife and I haven't had Marcos in 2 years. We live near Pittsburgh and Marcos is not close by. While on Vacation in Chattanooga we stopped in to try the Pizza Bowl and a Medium pepperoni pizza. I must say the Pizza Bowl blew my taste buds away. Plenty of veggies and meat with lots of cheese on top. It was sooo good we stopped in a Marcos pizza in Columbus Ohio on our return home. That one was F-ing garbage. hardly any topping and barely any cheese. I don't know who to contact ,but either the TN location provided excellent value or the Ohio location is ripping people off. read more

This place is an overpriced dump. Pizza is about like Ci Ci's but worse. I wouldn't waste my money. Pizza Hut or the Papa is a far better product for less money. read more

Marco's is the best pizza for the money in East Brainerd! Excellent all around and they have gluten free options, as well.

Our office ordered lunch from Marco's. Since i paid for all I'll order again from this pizza joint as the salads and pizzas were very full of toppings. I thought the pizzas had good flavor from the sauce and toppings. All lunch items were delicious. The only negative was that we were out of the delivery area - about 3 miles away. read more

The meatball sub was frozen bagged meatballs in a salty sauce. The buffalo chicken bites were frozen bagged chicken nuggets in spicy ketchup. I don't know if their pizza is any good, but we won't know because we're never ordering from here again. read more

Rubber like crust. Sauce tasted like from a can. sparce toppings=not tasty at all. The bathroom was overflowing and who knows what the kitchen looked like. There was an old indian woman at the register and you know she didnt wash her hands. yuck read more
