Driver went to the wrong address, Orchard Apts instead of Orchard Ave. It took him 30 minutes extra even though it's a 5 minute drive at beast. Pizza was soggy cold and inedible. Great customer service! The delivery driver was so kind and polite. And the guy answering the phone was great! There was a small issue (wrong drinks delivered) and he was so nice and apologetic- had the correct ones delivered with no issue at all! My pizza is cooked perfectly, and so is the brownie. I have been ordering from them for years (3+)it has gotten to the point it takes an hour + to get the food when you use the tracker it shows food waiting for 30 minutes before it is set for delivery and if you call the store they tell you it will be going out with the next driver . they offer you a free pie but if it takes an hour and a half to come and it's cold will not be ordering again read more

We ordered and picked up pizza and brownies from this location and the brownies were burned. By time I saw the burned brownies it was too late to call Dominoes. I called the next day and the manager told me that they typically don't do anything if you complain the next day. You would need to bring the brownies back the same day and she would replace the brownies. I don't live close to this Dominoes and by time I drive and return these brownies it would cost me more gas than the brownies are worth. So she told me then she can't do anything for me. I stopped ordering from this particular dominoes years ago, because I had an awful experience. We ordered for delivery, and after waiting TWO hours for the pizza we finally decided to go pick it up. After saying it was going to be free because they never found our house they tried to charge us for extremely cold and disappointing pizza. It was the worst delivery experience I've ever had. After years of anguish, anger, and dominoes-less nights, I was with friends and we decided to order dominoes for pick up. I'll say they have improved their customer service a lot. The service is fast and very efficient. We ordered a Hawaiian (pineapple and ham) pan pizza. The pan pizzas are the absolute best and my new favorite kind of fast food pizza to get. I never thought how anyone could screw up in cooking a pizza in a restaurant with an automated oven, This place managed to screw up. I internet ordered at noon for 4:45 PM pick up on Friday, 4-24-20. I used to go to the Hickory Corner, East Windsor NJ location every week to get pizza. Lately there have been many personnel changes and now this location is brutal. The last 2 times I went the order has been wrong: after waiting 30 minutes one pie had NO TOPPING on it and the next time I gave my name, they looked at pies that were ready and it didn't seem like my pies were there. 5 minutes later I asked if my pies were ready yet and they LOOKED AT THE SAME ONES that were sitting there and lo and behold they were actually mine. Sitting there getting cold. Ridiculous. Then, one pie only had HALF TOPPINGS on it. Interestingly enough I emailed Domino's corporate, and never heard back from them either time. Yes, maybe I should have looked very closely at each of my orders, but what would have been my solution? Waiting another 20 minutes to get a pie with correct toppings? It's PIZZA. Not brain surgery. I have never gone in to order pizza from this place. I usually order through the app on my smartphone which has always been great. Today, 7-22-16 at 2:00 pm, I went there to get a free pizza from a coupon I received in the mail about a week ago. Soon as I walked in the guy yells from the back of the store if I already ordered. I told him @ no sir" he then came up front and said it would be a 45 minute to hour wait. Seemed a bit long but I was willing to go make another stop while it was being prepared. Then he sees my coupon and says we aren't honoring that until tomorrow. Mind you the coupon only says it expires on the 27th, no date of when it begins but I've had the coupon for a week. I say ok but then ask how many toppings does it come with, and with an attitude he just says it comes with toppings. I said yes I know but how many. By this time I was starting to tune him out because I couldn't believe how rude and unprofessional he was being to a customer. I did, however get that it was unlimited topping. Let's see how true that is when I go back to get my pizza tomorrow. This particular Domino's does not deliver to me, despite my being only about 3 miles away and it is the closest to me. Also, their hiring seems poor - this site has been plagued by workers with bad attitudes (especially a manager who I don't believe works there any more, who was nasty when I told him he gave me a completely wrong order, then screwed it up again the second time), badly trained workers (like the one who gave out wrong orders to 4 consecutive customers when I was there once, with mine being wrongly sent out for delivery). Most recently, today, my wife picked up two thin crust pizzas that were overdone to the point of having black edges and having a burned taste to them. Had I picked them up, I would have insisted they be remade, but tried it. Dominos are Dominos, but this is pretty much the worst one in my area (will go to the Robbinsville Rte 130 one in the future, I think, even though it is more than twice as far away). read more
