Our food was a good portion and our server Ashley was sweet, caring and quick. It was a full house with even a 25 minute wait but she took care of us with a good attitude. Was grateful for her because it made our wait a little more easy. The food came out fresh and I loved the sweet potato fries . I ordered smothered chicken they gave me two chicken breast so I was happy for the value. The veggies were good, the chicken had cheese but no cream sauce which is what I expected due to its smothered name never the less everything was pretty tasty. My husband got the baby back ribs and he also enjoyed them. We all left full and they gave icecream to my baby with his kids meal. We all left happy :) very pretty place and very open and spacious. We've been waiting for the new Robbinsville Bar and Grill to finally open and went here for dinner on the second day of opening. It was busy for a Friday night, especially given they are the new game in town. The building is very large with an open space plan. There is a large screen TV on one wall and TVs over the bar. I can see this becoming popular with sports enthusiasts given the amount of open space. We ordered a Burger and the Vegetable Panini. Both were very well prepared and the fries were excellent. Overall, we had a good first experience and we look forward to coming back again. Robbinsville Bar & Grill is filling a need in the area for a non-chain bar and grill type restaurant. This is a fairly new place that's 5 minutes from our home. We wanted to support my son's school as they arranged a fundraiser with this establishment. We went for an early 430pm dinner. The ambiance was great! The foyer was clean and displayed various number of sports teams memorabilia. The dining area had a good amount of TVs. It took a little time for us to be greeted and seated. Our server was named Ashley, she was a pleasure to have. I ordered the pork belly/beet/arugala salad listed on the special menu. The pork belly was the best I've ever had. It was soft/buttery. My husband got the burger and my sons got the kids Mac and cheese and chicken tenders. We also ordered the mozzarella app. The app was ok, we would not order it again. Overall, food was okay, nothing memorable or special. Food is more on the expensive side for the quantity and quality. read more

I'm dropping this down 2 stars because of the inconsistency in food and service. We have been there quite a few times after my first review and it's just not the same. The server turnover is remarkable and it seems there are all new faces in there everytime we go. I have been getting the same dish (the drunken chicken sandwich) and every time it tastes different. So much so that last night I had to return mine to the kitchen (which I never do). I received a caeser salad in its place which had so much dressing on it that I couldn't take more than a few bites. My husband said his burger was as good as always. Maybe this is turning into a place where it's only safe to get a burger and beer. On the upside, they did get more draft beers and they now have a limited specials menu. We went on a Saturday night at 6:30 and there weren't many people at all. I like the feel inside with the great high ceilings. Side note - my husband said the bathroom was as freezing cold as it was outside and there is literally no heat in there. read more

Came here for an early dinner recently and enjoyed myself! Parking was easy since there's a huge dedicated lot. It obviously just opened, so they're still working out some kinks. It took us a while to get seated and the staff at front of house weren't super attentive. Our server was super nice but it also took a while for her to get to our table, and it did feel like she wasn't present enough throughout the meal. Beer selection wasn't bad, and my burger + fries were pretty good! They had a kids menu for our toddler and he enjoyed his mac and cheese, so that was nice. I also liked how spacious the restaurant felt - tall ceilings and plenty of space between the tables. Overall, I would definitely come back here! Yesterday my best friend & I came to eat, 03/09/25. My husband & I had come here once before around the time the restaurant first opened. The cocktails are well made & delicious. The right balance of alcohol and mixer! The first time I came here with my husband, we only ordered apps, which was perfect & they were very filling. We had gotten wings and the tendari poutine fries. Yesterday when I went with my best friend I actually got a meal, I got the adult grilled cheese. The soup wasn't too acidic and quite flavorful. The bacon on the grilled cheese was perfect & crispy. My only complaint with the sandwich would be that I don't think the cheese was melted enough for my liking, but overall, it's still a good sandwich. The only thing keeping me from rating this establishment 5 stars was the lack of customer service. The place was not packed when we arrived yesterday & we sat at the bar. Some of my coworkers and I decided to try this place after work. There was a good amount of cars in the parking lot at 5 o'clock on a Thursday. The dining room is very large along with bar attached. We were seated right away and greeted by the server. We put in our drink order and perused the menu a bit. We asked our server for some suggestions, but she said everything was very good. We decided to go with baby back ribs, the filet mignon sliders and subbing for sweet potato fries, and a house salad with shrimp. For our drinks we went with the cosmo on the seasonal menu. They were a little strong but very good. One was all you needed. Our food came out and all looked delicious. We had to wait to exchange the fries as the filet mignon sliders came out with regular fries instead of the sweet potato. We all tried each others meals and they were all delish. The baby back ribs were falling off the bone good. The regular and sweet potato fries were excellent. The right amount of crispiness and potato. The sliders were so tender. The amount of grilled shrimp on the house salad was amazing. They were flavorful and grilled to perfection. By the time we were done we were stuffed. We would definitely go back as there was a ton of things on the menu we would love to try. read more

So happy that this place opened. A long time coming. We are regulars, and try to always sit at the bar. Very comfortable seats. The menu is varied and the food does not disappoint. What I particularly like is the subtle Indian food tie in. A great place to get your Indian food fix and combine it with traditional American bar food. Haven't been here in a while, and the 6 of us won't likely ever go back. Arrived with a group of 6 people at 6pm. There we approx 7 groups at tables including us in the restaurant. Took about 10 minutes to see a waitress for a drink order. We asked to place an apps order at the same time. 4 of our drinks came together, and the other 2 drinks took 10 minutes before they were brought to the table. Apps came within a reasonable amount of time. Unfortunately, dinner was a mess. 3 meals came out, then 5 minutes later another meal was brought, then 15 more minutes, after we pressed the waitress, the remaining 2 meals arrived, which resulted in the first 4 meals being cold when we ate. Food was overpriced and not well prepared. Service was poor, and they included a 20% tip on the bill. It was a VERY disappointing night. read more

Received our drinks, then food but she never came back to see if we needed anything or to ask if everything was okay. Never asked if we would like to see a dessert menu or if we wanted coffee or tea after our meal. It wasn't very crowded so it's not like she was busy serving others. the ambience was everything they say, and one can hear yourself talk with your friends! a rare treat in a sports bar setting to be able to hear yourself. the waiter was lovely as well. the food? all came at once so my friends watched their entrees get cold as they struggled to eat & finish their appetizers. the chicken parm was so overcooked it could not be cut. the burger medium requested also was more than well done... and the tandoori chicken sizzler was so oily/greasy and soaked that one would never know it went into a tandoori oven. the spices were non existent on these dark meat chewy chicken pieces with so much oil all over. it was a quiet night so there was no reason for three meals to be so poorly done. My girlfriends and I have been coming in over the last 6 months to Robbinsville Bar and Grill. We love a good local spot to make our weekly meet-ups at and unfortunately I don't think Robbinsville will be it going forward. Within the last 6 months the staff turnover has been quite noticeable - we've never had the same server /bartender and they are always "new" which I think is odd. They never have the same answers or know anything about the drinks they serve! It got to the point where they would have to run and ask someone else about simple questions (like if I could get mozzarella cheese on my burger, or which tap beer is hazy). The bar staff is embarrassing and looks like it ranges from ages 18-75, drinks take an extremely long time for a bar that has no guests. I now see a lot of a chubbier manager/server who clearly abuses the staff. She is loud enough so that we can always hear her from the tables or at the bar and is always in her phone which is a bad look for sure. Her profanity and comments are unprofessional and really bring the whole look of the place down. Whether the less, our experience this week was a little better. Our server was a nice girl and even though they were busy, the other staff members were willing to help her out. This place has a real shot at making it but with how things are run, it is clear that customers are not the top priority. read more

Gotta give them the benefit of the doubt because they are in a soft launch, and hopefully they get these things right down the road. Promising atmosphere inside but a weird layout. Either the tables are right on top of one another or awkwardly spread apart. Our drinks came with the wine glass being visibly dirty, with lipstick still on the rim from a previous guest. The server was super sweet and attentive, but the woman who was the floor manager was overbearing. Please don't call me honey or sweetie multiple times with each visit to the table. Felt more like I was at a hole in the wall greasy spoon diner with that kind of dialogue. The food was just ok. The meatballs were flavorful but a tad burnt. The wings were nice sized with good flavor, but not like anything you wouldn't find anywhere else. The wedge salad with steak was totally underwhelming. Not much of anything on the plate besides a big hunk of lettuce. I wish I liked it more. We live close by. Would love a place to frequent regularly. Went in to watch the baseball game yesterday and this place doesn't know what it wants to be. We planned on staying a couple hours but left after our first appetizer. When you walk in there are team logos everywhere but this is not a sports bar.there is a large TV with no sound and the other screens were largely blocked by large hanging lights. They sat us behind the wait staff station and people were constantly blocking the screen. The large pretzels were fine and there was a decent beer selection. It was a soft opening so the service was lacking in areas but that will improve. read more
