Service has improved over the years. Has been more consistent with quality of food and service. Haven't had many issues with any of the dishes ordered in some time. Is it amazing? The closing time for Domino's Pizza is 12 AM and I ordered food at around 10:55. They canceled on me and locked the door at 11 an hour before the time that was on the door and on Google maps. I knocked on the door for five minutes and the worker there obviously ignored me when I was there. read more

We have chain pizza in town (except for the bowling alley and I don't want to go there to get it) so Domino's is the king. The pizza here is good and the prices better. Today, they have a large pizza with 2 toppings for $5.99. We will have a piece and freeze the rest since we are a ways from town-and it's actually better after the toaster oven crisps up the crust. Domino's has expanded to have salads, sandwiches, wings and pasta. I've never tried it but people seemed to order it while I was waiting. We called on the way but no answer. We would get there before they answered so we hung up. It took exactly 12 minutes from the time we ordered until it was done-exactly what they said. It looked good, as ordered and we were happy. I got an upside down pizza delivered 60 minutes after ordering and was raw uncooked so disgusting I took pic I wish I can post.

This place is great with Covid 19 precautions. A mask is necessary to enter/pick up your pizza. I arrived a little early on Tuesday afternoon. There was a table outside with a sign to ring the doorbell. A worker was outside by the table and checked that ai did have a couple more minutes to wait. The worker went inside to work and another customer came up and rang the doorbell. They did ask him to go back to the circle on the cement before they walked out. You can tell that the workers were trained and knew what to do to keep themselves and the patrons safe. Yes, our pizzas, wings, and sandwich were excellent! read more

When the decision is made to order pizza 90% of the time it comes from Domino's they have a decent coupon for two medium pizzas with 2 toppings and they create, bake and deliver your order with record speed. They also have a pizza tracker after your order is placed so you can track it from the oven to your doorstep and I have to say it is pretty acurate! Although there may have been some confusion on some items on my orders Domino's does everthing possible to make it right and I even got a free pizza for their mistake once which was nice. read more

This is what I sent to the Dominos people to their complaints e-mail: After seeing your advertisement on TV of the "Oven Baked Sandwiches" I went in to the El Centro store to give it a try. I usually go to Subway and thought I'd give Dominos a chance. Well, to say the least I am never, EVER going back into your store and I'll advise all of my friends and family of the poor service at Dominos. First of all, it took almost 30 minutes to get my order. How are you supposed to compete with Subway when it takes about 5 times the amount of time to get a sandwich. Your TV advertisements constitute FALSE advertising. Secondly, the sandwich was all soggy and the box was covered in cheese and pizza sauce. The box was just handed to me and not placed in a bag, so my car seat got stained from your stupid box. This is the most aggravating part, because I tried removing the stain, but since it is oily it is hard to remove. Today June 21st, 2019 I had the worst customer service. I ordered online and paid online, I was in a hurry and it would make the transaction faster; since I was in a hurry. I got to the store a lady in front of me had a big order, which I didn't mind waiting(There were like 6-7 other employees behind the counter). More people started walking into the restaurant and none of us were greeted or were told that they were gonna be with us in a few. I kept on waiting, for some reason the lady's transaction took longer than expected, I became inpatient since I was in a hurry; and I had been waiting for like 10-5mins already. Until I told the guy helping the lady in front of me, that I was just there to pick up my pizza and it was paid for and I was in a hurry, he looked at me like upset and just told me "I'll be right with you". Note that none of the other employees came to assist him in any type of way. I waited another 5mins, the guy was still helping the lady; when finally someone other employee comes and asked for my name and hands me my pizza. I got hime pizza was cold, I called to speak to manager on duty and he gave me an I don't care attitude. The so called manager Alejandro was just like "okay" "we were busy" and "well it's 3pm and it's rush hour", never did he say sorry for the inconvenience. Tried a lot of pizzas in El Centro. Ordering from Domino's online was easy and convenient. Ordered the thin crust Pepperoni with double meat. Crust was great! Right up there with CPK's Sicillian (which is not available in El centro). The brief service was friendly. (It was a carry out order). Next time I'm loading that pizza up! Almost forgot...also ordered the chocolate molten lava cake. While on the small size, the taste was large! They got her pizza wrong the first time (instead of a cheese pizza they made a sausage pizza). When presenting the mistake, they made her pizza one size bigger to apologize, but still. DISGUSTING!!!!! I placed an order for delivery. The guy I spoke to was very short and trying to rush me off of the phone. He told me the total and hung up. I had to call back so I could pay for the pizza. When the pizza arrived it was nasty like it had been sitting out the whole day and I just happened to be the sucker that ordered it.
