She is super rude and not helpful at all considering they are out of every thing and I then have to figure out something else I want or honestly whatever she says she can give me. Plus she puts me on very long holds multiple times during the call. While I like domino quite a bit they are still just a pizza chain. For a pizza chain they are good and better yet they are cheap and available most times I need pizza. Still they taste a wee bit manufactured. That taste of refrigerators and freezers. Not bad but not special. read more

Worst dominos pizza I've ever experienced. They never get my order right. One time I ordered a pizza for delivery and it was raw and inedible. Every time I order pizza from here I get it baked "well done" just to make sure I never get that gross floppy raw dough ever again. The next time I got pizza here they did not season the crust (normally my favorite part). I called to let them know the crust was not seasoned at all and the employee proceeded to tell me that I was wrong and that he highly doubted there was no garlic seasoning on my pizza. Would have loved if he came and tried a slice to taste the complete lack of seasoning and realize he was wrong. read more

My advice is NEVER EVER order over the phone and expect them to honor it. I attempted to get them to honor a order and the so called manager tells me sorry thats only carry out when it clearly allows you to order it for delivery when i call back I am told after asking to speak to another manger an idivigual tells me they are the owner after the first person I spoke to says no one is there at level. When I let the second person try and dazzle me with thier bull I let them know either they or the supposed manager who supposidly had never taken a phone order were lieing to me the supposed owner became very rude and started yelling. I hate to leave a bad review darn it. Before covid-19 the staff was fantastic and I never had a problem with them up until about 6 months ago... The new staff....dang.... just the entire overall attitude is just awful they're really rude they are really snotty they just have really awful attitudes and I can't even imagine why?! I have ordered from this location on several occasions for lunch at work. I often order around 11:30 in the hopes that they will deliver my pizza during the 12-1 lunch hour and they are ALWAYS late. Often times being delivered after 1pm. Waiting for a pizza delivery for over an hour is not acceptable. And the majority of the time the pizza is cold and the driver is rude. Complaining to a manager gets you zero results. I've finally come to the conclusion that my business is going elsewhere. read more

The people that work here are nice and awesome. They make little to no mistakes. (The only mistake I've ever seen is forgetting a ranch cup.) It's cheap, their online tracker is pretty accurate, and I'm always treated well. The pizza isn't the best, but the sides are pretty good. It all tastes great for the price. read more

This place is one of my guilty pleasures. It's one of my top choices for pizza in Eureka, the first when price is a factor. They frequently have online specials and carry out is really cheap. The store is always clean and food is ready promptly and exactly as I expect it to be. read more

DOMINOS ROCKS!!!! i was a confirmed dominos hater until i called eureka dominos for a gluten free pizza it blew me away it was SO good!!! it actually had toppings on it (compared to pauls live from new york most horrible pizza in eureka) i have become a big dominos fan especially after having a problem one time with my order ,,WOW DID THEY BEND OVER BACKWARDS TO MAKE IT RIGHT within 30 minutes i had an entire replacerment order!!! i must say Richard knows how to manage his store and take care of his customers, he does business right,,,,, i will never again try round table as they never have g/f crust available, and pauls live from new york refuses to put resonable amount of toppings on their pizza,,,,, maybe one day i will meet Richard in person but i always order delivery and dont go into store delivery people and whoever answers phone have always been very courteous and polite read more

Here's the deal: I'm fussy and spoiled and used to crazy awesome food quality in my adopted hometown of some 30+ years, Chicago. Here visiting relatives and ordered from Dominos tonight. We got the thin crust, with rustic tomato sauce, Asiago/parm cheese (light amount option), spinach, onion, green pepper, and black olive (light amount option). THIS WAS AMAZING. SERIOUSLY DELICIOUS. Perfect, crispy paper thin crust, almost no tomato sauce but perfect acidic element just brushed on, toppings were fresh and delicious. Arrived in under 30 minutes via a smiley, nice delivery gal. No joke, this was really very good and I am so shocked and pleased!!! Thanks, you awesome Dominos people! Made an order to go and the girl who answered the phone was horribly inept. I had to call twice to make sure they would deliver to king salmon even though I spoke to the same person on both calls. The food arrived and I was missing half my order. I tried to get delivery again but was turned down because no one was heading this direction even though they offer delivery for two more hours. 14 miles is not that far. Food was decent but service is pathetic, except for the driver who was willing to do what it took to make things right. I will never order from them again. It's probably bad that I happen to be a regular at this particular location. I always carry out so I can't comment on delivery, but more times than not the food is just fine. In the three years I've been coming to this location, I can only think of twice that my order was incorrect. I've had the occasional uninterested phone answerer as well as the new-to-the-job answerer. It's really not a big deal. It is a chain, it is usually always busy, and it hires local kids that need to gain some work experience. For what I'm getting and what I'm paying. I am satisfied. read more

Love it!! I work down the street and love being able to order online and everything be ready when I get there. I love the sandwiches and the salads are very good- I always have enough to have later in the day. If you want good quality food for a very reasonable price then you won't be disappointed. I will never eat at another Domino's because of this one. Ordered one large pizza. Waited for 40 minutes. Then when i got home the pizza was missing toppings and had no sauce worst experience ever.
