I had a terrible experience today, the server sucked. While ordering i get interupted while ordering by the manager saying "hey you have a plate thats about to get cold", 10 minutes later she comes back and i order my drink which they cant make they bring my bfs drink. After 15 whole minutes she comes back and i tell her im not ordering a drink from you, and she responds with a smart ass remark. Not happy with my service. I hope they don't work their long. "If you guys are mad about the drink no need to be, don't be sorry" we weren't mad about the drink just the time it took for her to come back also the audacity. Ive never been mad at the creamery i drove 30 minutes to get there, this time it sucked

The food was so delicious. Mac and Cheese was creamy and delicious with the crusted top. The fries were crispy and so good. The vibe inside was lively and nice.

I met my friend at the pub for an afternoon cocktail. They have a full bar, but only a few cocktails are listed and none of the good ones. I do remember a long cocktail menu that had all kinds of delicious options. So I was a little disappointed. I had the sidecar which ended up being quite delicious. You can have it blended or on the rocks. Our waitress was really kind and friendly and fun. She took good care of us. It was Sunday afternoon and our intention was to visit for a while. We ordered two cocktails each and one of the flatbreads to share. It was the end of our waitress's shift and she was hovering around. Apparently she had to close out her tab for the day before she could leave. So she was hustling us for the check and to pay, even though we were not done. This puts this waitress in an awful position and could have ruined her tip. I asked specifically who is the manager and why can't you get your tip after you leave? She said it had something to do with the system and she wouldn't get a tip at all if she left without wrapping us up first. Whatever the system is, it needs to change. It is plain rude to ask somebody for their payment when they are still enjoying their cocktail and appetizer. We were sitting outside at a small table, not taking up much space, and it had been less than two hours. It was not as if we had been there all day. The cocktails that I purchased was $16 for each. My friend ordered a similar priced cocktail. We spent close to $100. And were easy patrons. Yet we were treated as if they couldn't wait for us to go. Because they wanted us to pay. What if we had wanted to have another drink? After she closed out our tab no one came to our table to see if we wanted another drink. It was as if we were being ignored and they wanted us to go. This is unacceptable. This is not customer service. The place was empty and not very busy. Music blasting on the inside. I am disappointed in the pub, and will likely not choose to go there anymore. The inside is so loud if they have any music playing it is impossible to hold a conversation.

The bar staff was great while we waited for our table. Great green tea shots and again really attentive friendly bartenders. We had a large group so we expected a wait but there was some discombobulation with seating is. The table sat empty for 15 minutes. Anyways. It was pretty good food. Took a little longer than we would like to get the food out since we had children with us, but the food was good overall I tried something different, which I normally don't do and had the broccoli and beef rice bowl and it was pretty tasty The waiter was really nice and he did his best to take care of us One thing I would recommend is to not have a jukebox right by the door that doesn't sound great. It's just one big speaker blaring, I feel bad for the people sitting next to it. My wife did love the burger. I would say that was the highlight. I don't remember anybody else in our group raving about the food I loved the bar and the set up of the bar and the overall size of the restaurant just not sure I would go out of my way next time I'm up there.

Nice place to hang out with friends and family for beer and hamburgers along with chicken wings battered in Korean BBQ sauce or muerte, buffalo, Sriracha, lemon pepper or garlic Parmesan sauce for cool $16 but $2 extra for boneless. They have the most amazing pizzas fired in the proper wood burning pizza oven and usual Salads. I love the variety of forty tap beer for all kinds of flavors and the reasonable price of less than $6. All the locals hang out here! There is a large area with a pool table and seats, huge bar that can seat fifteen people, several booths that are comfortable for four to six people and tables for four. The service staffs are fast and observant. The beer served quickly in chilled glass and excellent tasting. The two dishes were made quickly. The truffle tots were delicious but the salad was too salty. Overall good vibes and fabulous location with friendly people.

Check the specials. They're awesome choices. Really good service and great ambiance. A bit loud, perhaps due to the very high open ceiling, but acoustics aside, it's a great look. Philly cheesesteak was tasty and not overly huge. Does not come with fries or anything so you might consider adding a salad or fries. Cesar salad is a very generous portion - came tossed with an over abundance of red onion, but easy to eat around. Fried garbanzo beans replaced the traditional croutons which was an okay thing, but I personally prefer a great herb crouton. Lots of cocktails, wines and beers. Would like to see a couple signature desserts added to the menu. Pricing is on the higher end.

We came here for dinner while traveling through the area. It was a cute place, nice and lively - great service! The staff was very helpful and friendly, the beer, cider and drink menu quite expansive. There were even some fun mocktails! The food was pretty tasty... I had the green salad with lemon vinaigrette and the lemon pepper bone in chicken wings. The wings were nicely cooked, hot and fresh and the salad ingredients as well. My son ordered the Nashville hot chicken sandwich. We had to order fries on the side.... The fries were super good! Very crispy and hot. The sandwich was good, but the portion of chicken a bit small. To drink I had the peach cider (tasted more just like a sour beer) and a Cadillac Margarita - which was great! All in all a solid and fun place, I would go back!

I cannot rate this place. We couldn't dine here. First, the…read moreone handicapped parking stall was blocked by the restaurants dumpster. We managed to nose our truck into the stall with a bit less room and walked around to the front entrance. Our disabled son has a service dog. She happens to be a standard Poodle that is clearly tagged, working-dog vested in hi-viz optic yellow with 'Service Dog' patches clearly worn and tethered to our son with a matching hi-viz short traffic lead. Imagine our surprise when walking into the restaurant we were told by the woman at the register that the dog was not allowed inside. We would have to put the dog outside on a hook. We politely countered, gesturing to the dog and explaining that as a service dog, she was legally allowed inside, to which the woman again stated that the dog would have to remain outside. On a hook... We chose rather than continue to waste time trying to get a seat or even place an order, to simply leave. We would spend our money elsewhere. FYI: California Vehicle Code - VEH § 22507.8 states that it is unlawful to block the access or use of the handicapped parking like that: https://codes.findlaw.com/ca/vehicle-code/veh-sect-22507-8/ And the ADA has clear direction about service animals and their permitted access in a restaurant setting: https://www.ada.gov/resources/service-animals-2010-requirements/ These are very real legal issues. And we feel that the staff member made a choice to discriminate against us. Rather than raise a complaint with Humboldt County, we just won't return to this place, nor will we recommend eating here.

Not much flavor, texture was fine. Cheese was also okay, 5/10. Didn't stand out by any means but didn't taste inherently bad. Pepperoni and sausage was fine, 5/10. Definitely not great but not terrible. Overall very underwhelming, I'd prefer dominos for 1/3 the price, and definitely most other chains at the same price. Next day reheating via microwave after refrigeration; bread/dough was soggy, everything tasted similarly underwhelming but a bit more so.

I ordered the appetizer sampler. For $13 I thought I'd get more than 4 thin small slices of pork, 2 frozen eggrolls, 2 frozen pieces of fried shrimp and 2 small cream cheese wontons. The only thing good in the sampler were the wontons. We also ordered from the combo option in the back page. We got the dumplings, chicken fried riced, and orange chicken. The dumplings were good. The sauce it came with was just soy sauce and chili. The fried rice, although a decent amount, was very greasy and seasoned with just soy sauce. The orange chicken was not orange chicken. The chicken was beyond crunchy. Like very hard when you try to stab it with a fork. The sauce was just sweet soy sauce. No sense of any kind of citrus. The order itself looked like a half order that they tried to spread out across the plate to look more full. The ratio of rice to chicken was very odd. The food was just not good. We should've known not to come when it was around 1pm and the place was completely dead. We were the only table the entire start to finish of our meal there. We will not be going again.

Slices and knots came out first which is odd (usually it's salad first). I went to the counter and asked if they could make the salad to go since it was taking a while and also asked if they could put the dressing on the side so it wouldn't get soggy. Well, we finished our meal, our salad was delivered to the table and of course, no dressing on the side so it was soggy by the time we got back to our home. Had to throw it out. Sauce for the garlic knots was ice cold (just out of the refrigerator) and here's a hint...serve warm sauce with knots or mozz stix. It's not rocket science. Overall, the pizza is exactly what I would expect for NY style if I were in NY or NJ. Staff still needs some more training in customer service.

Their pepperoni was greasy, but not overwhelming, though it was pretty densely salted which off set the flavor profile of their sauce. I wouldn't say it was spectacular, though their La Bruchetta was exemplary. The sauce was flavorful, the crust had integrity, and it had a manageable amount of grease. The cheese was thin, as was the crust, but this is what you'd expect if a pizza joint that styles itself after New York. The ambience is typical of a dedicated pizza joint; the seating is a bit plain, not much going on in terms of music, but it's carried by other patrons and their interesting conversations. The staff is polite enough, but you can tell they get overwhelmed by all the patronage they receive, so don't expect to make small talk. Overall, it's a middle of the road experience. The flavors are good, for their specialty pizzas anyway, and the culture surrounding the restaurant is exceptional for a Cali pizza place. Very good for a relatively small college town in the Pacific Northwest. I'd recommend going at least once.
