We bought three thin crust pizzas during the 9.99 promo and never again. The pizza was like eating a burnt dry cracker and the same on two different style pizzas. Their website is obtuse and deceitful. Their coupons omit information and you cannot see what items cost what until it's in your cart. The pizzas cost too much to begin with, and at 4$ upcharges for things like mushrooms or olives; do yourself a favor and just don't get Domino's. They have a minimum delivery value of $25, but with a coupon and delivery fees the cost of a 3 topping medium pizza is just under 25$. I'll pass on that thanks. It feels awful to use the website to order a pizza. It feels worse to call and try and order; they upcharge you, argue with you and tell you that you are wrong, and don't get orders correct. The business itself doesn't have seats for pickup, nor allows customers to eat in the store. The waiting area is literally just a box in front of the cooking area. The pizza tastes ok at best and is super greasy. At the price they want, you can go get artisanal pizza from a mom and pop business. We ordered medium hand tossed veggie pizzas. Both pizzas were very well made and baked to perfection. Light cheese requested on left side of both pizzas was well taken care of. Yesterday I took a pizza home after specifying that it be crispy crust vegetarian. In the 5 minutes I took to get home, the pie was totally cold and the vegetables were old and dark as though it had been sitting for a long time. The crust was soggy. The manager/owner Rick should lose his store at the very least the people working there should find somewhere new to work where the boss isn't a verbally abusive child. After waiting an hour and a half for my order 15minutes of which was standing outside in the rain my order was marked delivered but never arrived. When I called to find out what was going on I was passed to this person Rick who began screaming at the top of his lungs pretty much immediately when I said to just cancel my order since I couldn't wait any longer to eat due to medical issues. He then proceeded to hang up on me when he was done with his beligerante screaming not once but twice (wanted to make sure my order was refunded). The third time I called to get his full name I spoke with a terrified sounding teen who said "I don't think you should talk to him right now" (Rick could still be heard in the background throwing things screaming and cursing). Absolutely horrible experience. I'd give 0 stars if that was an option. I ordered my pizza around 12:45pm, and the website listed that my pizza would be delivered within 20-30 mins. About an hour later. Still no delivery. I called the dominoes location and was rudely told that they were overwhelmed with orders. Around 2:40pm almost TWO HOURS later. Our pizza finally arrived and after waiting for so long for our order. The pizza was INCORRECTLY made with the wrong toppings. I then called the location to speak to the manager on duty and he was so rude about my concerns for a refund on my order, he showed without any care after explaining that this experience was terrible for me and my family. It's not the customers problem if your job doesn't meet your expectations of happiness but there's no reason to treat customers in such a way of disrespect for our feelings on the matter. Their pizzas never rise correctly anymore. The crust is completely flat through the middle and the texture is off. I think this location has an issue with their pizza oven, a hugely expensive piece of equipment that does a very specific job. I wouldn't be surprised if the issue was brought up to corporate and they just brush off the manager as long as the location makes a profit. Dominoes corp needs to take this seriously but I guess they just don't care about their pizza quality. Workers are great. I love their bread bites. I'm kind of addicted. read more

The pizza is what it is. Not a problem with driver or pizza necessaril, but I had to call the restaurant to speak about a missing product from my delivery order. The customer service was lost by the persons whom answered the phone. This Domino's quality has declined drastically. I called when my double pepperoni had less than 10 pieces of pepperoni & cheese pizza had mostly pizza sauce & a light portion of cheese. I was told by the GM, that they are going by weighted portions. As i explained double pepperoni should be more than 10 pieces.. He agreed, and when i asked if they would replace, he said, because I have called before, and have been given free pizza, they would no longer be offering to replace a pizza. The GM said he would call owner and then get back to me... Starting off this review with the fact that one of their drivers ran over my cat and I never got a call back from any Managers or Supervisors a few months back. Since my last review I haven't had any problems with dominos. Actually I was having a really crappy day on my daughters birthday cause nothing was going right. I called at 11 am to place a 3pm order of 6 pizzas. They showed up at 2:50, even with plates and parmesan cheese and the guy was super nice and helpful. Ordered pizza for a family with 3 children, they messed up both pizzas. Called and spoke to some guy who was so high he couldn't understand anything I said. He just handed the phone to some young girl who claimed she was a manager. The "manager" who refused to give her name argued repeatedly and wouldn't make it right. She offered to replace one of the mistake pizzas but wouldn't change it to a just cheese for the kids. Was rude and hung up on me. The large 2 toppings were 12.99 with a coupon and she tried to charge me 22 dollars for a medium cheese pizza just so I could feed the kids. (The other pizza was supposed to be half cheese half meat) Absolutely disgusting behavior from some young girl who is very clearly in the wrong business. This particular location has got this weird policy that no other chain pizza place I've ever seen has - where their big, signature deals (such as the current 50% off, or the 2 for $5.99) are NOT available on delivery orders. Dude... it's a chain pizza place... delivery is kind of a staple of the concept. So frustrating and disappointing. It doesn't even say so on the actual add, you find out via a pop-up ad, so there's no way to tell if the hot new deal will work until you're part way though trying to order it. Maybe if it were disclaimed right on the add, I wouldn't be so frustrated. I've lived in the bay area and on the east coast and have never seen a Domino's (or any other pizza chain) do this. There's a minimum purchase of $10 to even be allowed to order delivery, so it's not that they'd be losing money on a $12 (2/$5.99) order - what gives? No way am I paying $14 for a pizza when I can see a deal where it should be 50% Off This Week Only - or $5.99 if I order 2! I guess, since I can't get in my car and go anywhere right now I'll just have to buy one of the protein bars we sell on the impulse rack and call that lunch. In my opinion Dominos pizza has always been a pretty good value but years ago the taste was ok things have changed, the pizza is outstanding, two medium pizzas for $5.99 each for takeout. You can pay $3.50 up to five dollars for just a slice other places in town and the pizza is not as good! These guys are always on top of their game the place is clean ,the people are friendly and they get your pizza done quick, usually about 15 minutes from the time I call till I go pick it up. read more
