Shady shady business! Domino's had special discount if you paid with Venmo which I did. A few days later there was an extra charge from Dominos on my Venmo account which I found odd. I tried calling them with no one picking up or actually hanging up. Not sure why they charged an extra $7 later without my authorization. I had to get Venmo to dispute my charges and was refunded. It's not about the $7 but the shadiness, fraud/scam that they didn't think customers would know they sneakily charge you. Not sure how many customers they have done this too but beware - pure shadiness! Never will ever purchase here again. read more

On 9/9/21 I visited Domino's Store #9057. Ordered two pan pizzas. Requested some crushed pepper and I was given two packs per pizza. A total of four small red crushed pepper packs. I requested if I could have some more and I was told that they're only allowed to give two packs per pizza. I asked for the manager who was on the phone at the time. Waited over 15 minutes for the manager. I asked the manager why there was a limit on only two small packets of crushed red pepper. The manager was very rude and said that that is all they can provide. This policy of providing only two small packs of crushed red pepper per pizza is ridiculous. Additionally, it seems like dominoes managers are not properly trained in customer service. I will no longer use Domino's when ordering pizza. I hope this issue is escalated to the management. read more

Rolled up to this Domino's at 12:46AM on a Friday night, just before their scheduled close at 1AM, after ordering a bunch of stuff for pickup on their app a few minutes prior. I want to reiterate that they were OPEN (as they should have been!) which I really appreciated. So many places around here say they're open but actually close down 15-45 minutes prior. Not this Domino's! Open and working 14 minutes before 1AM close. My order was super hot, and correct. They did their job and served exactly the purpose I wanted them to. First, I understand how busy Friday nights are so I am sympathetic to that. But ordered at 6:15 and food was ready at 6:26. Then I called at 7:05 and at 7:20 (still no answer) I left the house. Arrived at 7:32 (phone in hand still waiting). I walk in, it's busy, and the phone is just ringing. I explain when the food was ready according to the app. Delivery apparently just left (I figured that would happen). So I explain I understand busy but don't prepare food without a driver because no one wants to have food sit for over an hour before eating it. "Ok, I'm sorry, what do you want me to do?" I said I should get a refund and refunded me immediately which I appreciated. Then I laugh as I see they canceled the order completely (hilarious that they would contact the driver to cancel the delivery, who I was prepared to tip bc it's not his/her fault). Not saying I wanted free food but I sure hope they didn't throw it out when it could go somewhere. The place is dirtier than anything. I don't know how they're open. They have mozzarella cheese lean back on the prep table room temperature. Front door is dirty intake vents dirty floors walls ceiling countertop everywhere you look it's nothing but filth. my family has ordered from this location a few times with middling reviews, but tonight it was a little too much. we ordered online and was quoted a 55min delivery time; at the 1 hr 20 min mark we decided to call. the person on the phone made tons of excuses why the food hadn't left the restaurant, so i decided to go pick it up. of course the food was cold; the counter attendant, whom i assume was the manager, didn't make eye contact, didn't offer to remake the food, didn't offer a discount... really, didn't do anything to right the mishap. the store was a mess and clearly understaffed and the counter attendant was in a terrible mood. honestly, i'm not looking for free stuff, but remaking my food so it would have been hot would have went a long way. all this in mind, i don't recommend this location and won't order from here again. read more

This location is very hit and miss. About 1/3 of the time our order is incorrect. Wrong toppings, missing items, etc. Recently my husband asked for a refund for a totally wrong pizza (we didn't have time for them to remake it, which they offered) and the worker was very rude to him saying, "A refund? It's just a pizza!" When the manager is working it seems fine, but many if the other employees seem under-trained and prone to screwing up your order. read more

I had Covid and asked for a touch-less pizza delivery. Delivery guy calls upon arrival and yells for me to come down. I ask him if he can please drop off at my door as requested in my order, he refuses, so I go downstairs I tell the guy "dude I can get you sick" the guy angrily shoves the pizza at me, I tell him what is his deal, and he storms off whispering God knows what to himself! Most disrespectful delivery guy I've ever encountered. 2 weeks later I place an order again and they refuse to deliver to me because of a note a manager put on the system regarding me having Covid. I told him I had already tested negative and I no longer had the virus but they still refused to deliver me anything so I said ok that makes sense I guess I'll order in a week or 2 more. 2 months later, Today I tried to place an order and the manager now said that they are not going to deliver to me because I was extremely rude to the driver and they can not do business with me. I asked him for his name and refused to give me his name. As a manager he could have supplied me with a solution of some kind, but instead he chose to decline service, and made me feel like I'm some kind of bad person. Took an hour and a half to receive our pizza's. We tried to call the location to get a status update on our order but there was no answer for 30 minutes so we finally gave up. Once the pizza's arrived they weren't even warm and did not taste good. Very bland, the dough tasted off. We ended up trashing both pizza's. The delivery guy said they were extremely understaffed and only had one person cooking the pizza's. If you do not have the staff you should close the location. Horrible customer service and horrible pizza. We will never try this location again. It's much better to go to a local pizza place, faster, friendlier, better service and better tasting pizza. read more

Health warning - I advise not to go here. I ordered on the app in the parking lot and watched in the window from my vehicle. I saw a guy SUCKING a sore or something on his finger several times at the front counter. Then he goes to start making pizza. I run inside to see if he is making MY pizza - indeed he is. He didn't wash his hands, apply a bandage or anything! Not only did he knead his spit and sore in the dough, he contaminated the containers of two toppings that he reached his hands into. I asked to speak to the manager to tell them and cancel my order. Darned if HE wasn't the manager! I have also seen other times the pizza makers swiping their hair back while making pizzas and checking customers out touching dirty money and credit cards only to go right back to making pizzas without washing their hands. I started going to this location because the one in West Chester does the same thing. I mean come on, this is not a burger place. They are making pizzas, which involves serious touching of the food. I am pretty much a pizza snob. I really enjoy a good thin crust pizza normally, but I have to say I really enjoy the pizza from my local Dominos. These guys do a good job. They make the pizza exactly like I like it. I have had absolutely no issues with my orders from them and lets face it, a lot of pizza places muff up your order. The pizza is always hot, always delivered in a short period of time and I really enjoy it. The sauce is great. Anyway, I would really recommend it to friends. It isn't going to win any culinary awards, but it keeps me coming back. Also, the people that work there are great tool. Very friendly and hard working. I only order from here because it's the only chain pizza restaurant that delivers to my apartment. I find their food good, but not necessarily equal to the price I pay for it. I would rather have a Pizza Hut or a Papa John's available to deliver, because the locally owned pizza shops are too expensive. Dominos has become to me the lesser of several evils. But I still do enjoy their food, it's just not the best. And I don't feel it's the best value for the dollar. I will still continue to order them for delivery because, again, they are the only chain restaurant from my location, and their prices are better then the privately owned pizza joints (which do have better pizza). read more

I am giving 1 star because the customer service was horrible. I went to pick my order this evening and the lady at the front desk was very rude. She printed the receipt for my order and walked away leaving the receipt on the machine. I had to wait for her to return as I thought she was going to get the boxes. When her colleague asked her if she was done with me then she started saying she left the boxes on the table and the receipt on the machine for me. I'm giving this Domino's location only 1 star because we have had good experiences previously here but our recent experience was awful enough to take away giving this review even a 2nd star. We usually have no issue ordering with a gentleman named Sam who is polite and efficient. We recently called to order delivery and asked if we could use an online coupon that we couldn't apply online due to our delivery area not showing on the website. The guy we spoke to was so incredibly rude that he refused to answer the question regarding the coupon, was silent and then said "what do you want". We hung up and then called back to speak to the manager who was equally as rude and said that where we were located was out of the delivery range but they deliver there anyway. When you have people answering your phones, they should be well equipped in customer service and if they didn't know the answer then they should ask the individual to hold and find out the answer. We would've responded well to a simple, "I'm sorry but we cannot use that coupon for this such and such a reason" instead we received extremely rude customer service and will no longer be ordering from this location.
