Ordered a pan pizza regular sauce. The amount of sauce was negligible. Colin manager told me he made it himself and he put the proper amount. Next time ask for extra. Very defensive. Absolutely atrocious service. I just waited 40 minutes for my pizzas to get here and they arrived cold when I had called and told them it had been going on almost an hour. I was yelled at by the staff on the phone who had tried saying that I started yelling first. This is not the first experience I've had with this location and their food being subpar. Every time this is an issue and we bring it up. This is the reaction we are met with inside the store. Our pizzas arrived, and they were cold and disgusting by the time they got there because it had left the store and had been out in the car for almost 40 minutes. Upon asking the employee multiple times for the district manager's phone number I was met with a responsive call Domino's one 800 Domino's was the repo of the employee. The pizza was nearly an edible and cold by the time we had received it even though she said it had been in warm bags the entire time. This Domino's location consistently fails to impress me. As other reviewers have said, they skimp on toppings. Other than the pizza dough, nothing else resembles a standard Domino's pizza from ANY other location. The crust has very little to no garlic powder, there is hardly any tomato sauce, the cheese is spread only on the middle of the pizza and there are fewer toppings. Also they have forgotten to cut or miss cut the pizzas. Because this is my local Domino's, I keep ordering hoping that on a different night, with a different cook I might get a normal pizza. But NO! Time and again it's a disappointment. I now have to drive to Vista for pizza or plan on adding my own pizza sauce and cheese to this sad pizza starter of an excuse for a pie. I'm also sending my review to corporate because enough is enough. Edited to add: I spoke to a prior employee from this location. What a waste of time and money and dealing with incompetent employees. I ordered two pizzas today, and initially, the order was delivered wrong, and I received someone else's order on one of the pizzas. The app wouldn't make it right by reordering it and having to wait again, so I called to clear things up. The lady had nothing but attitude from the start like she didn't want to deal with their mistake, but after explaining over again and again what was wrong, which I hate repeating myself, the employee said she would remake it and send it out again. Upon arrival, the pizza showed mushrooms on top and no Philly Steak, which was what was ordered. Instead of turning the delivery guy around to try again, I decided to try it and see if there was any meat. The one slice I ate was straight mushrooms... I called back three times, and the call dropped after the Domino's greeting. My patience was gone; I got dressed and went to the store. I'll also mention that I'm a disabled combat Marine Veteran, hence the reason for delivery. Upon arriving, the first employee who had seen me tried to help but needed a manager to do the refund. I wanted the money for one of the pizzas, the delivery fee, and taxes since I was forced to come in person to resolve this issue. The manager wouldn't refund me and gave me an excuse: they weighed their meats now and that there was meat in the pizza and she can't refund me until tomorrow. I asked where was the meat and they pulled out two small pieces from one slice and tried finding more with little to no evidence. The unidentified manager lied to me again and told me that she had to wait until tomorrow to refund my money. One of my first jobs was working retail, and the customer gets a refund if they returned a product on the spot, not the next day, which is ridiculous! The manager, I'll add, had attitude yet again and wasn't even wearing a name tag or identifying herself as management, another big no-no in any service job. I've attached pics and a video of this terrible experience, and this is now the second time I've had to return food physically. $20 an hour, and these people can't properly make a pizza and deliver it to the correct address, and they won't refund your money when they mess up. so we all see the advertisement for Domino's New York style Pizza. Shows a really good looking pizza with food items, cheese and sauce all the way to the edges of the pizza. So we went ahead and ordered one knowing that it's never the same as the advertisement, but expect a reasonably decently prepared pizza. what we got was. The food items were a good 4 inches from the edge of the crust with no sauce or food items anywhere near the edge. They were all bunched up in the middle and what we got was about 3/4 of a pizza where the items were edible. read more

They have a timer on the ordering app that counts down to give you a free pizza if they are late, to avoid being held accountable for a late pizza they came out and told us the pizza would be right out, stopped the timer with 40 seconds left, then proceeded to bring out our pizzas 3 minutes later. I worked for this company for 3 years and I can tell you that they will cheat you in every way possible when it comes to pizza. They have rules like there should be 40 pepperoni on a large pepperoni pizza but usually they give way less. Cheese is supposed to be 7oz and they give 5... it's worse if you order extra, they just give you regular. I was a manager too, managers can give anything away for free. If anything is not up to standard, you can demand it to be remade and keep the old and new for no extra cost or get a full refund. Some people get both. You can complain about the crust, sauce, cheese, and toppings. If anything is off and you have the time, get a new one. Tell them to make it as if OER was in town and you will get a perfect pizza. As a job, it's fine for anyone who still lives with their parents or delivering pizza. How crazy is it to know that delivery drivers make just as much or more as the general manager! The people who actually make your pizza probably make $30 for each shift... I've worked at 4 different locations and all of the general managers have their own issues. They are typically on a power trip and will get upset if you don't respond to their every demand. All while being passive aggressive about it. The moment your general manager doesn't like you, that is when you become an outsider to the entire company. Depending on what level you are as in CSR, Lead, or Shift runner, they will either get you fired, transferred or just stop scheduling you which means you have no job. You can go from 30/hrs a week to 4 without notice and no one will help you. If you call out sick, they won't use your paid sick time unless you literally tell them to use your paid sick time. If you work there and you have an issue, please feel free to ask me how to deal with it. I know how they play people and I can help you figure it out. Here's a pro-tip: take notes on all of their discrimination and mention lawyer and just like they they want to be on your good side again. TLDR; You can get anything you want for free if you complain and you should never work for this company. read more

I just moved to Fallbrook and my son love's dominoes pizza. I have been ordering from this specific dominoes for about 6 month's every weekend ! Every weekend I order the same item's each time. Those item's are a pizza for my son and a sandwich extra everything sometimes 2 sandwiches both sandwiches extra everything. About 2 months ago the quality has just fell off. The extra was less and less until this recent 1/3 of the sandwich was bare. My food look's thrown together then in/out the oven. Then a quality check ? Quality my A$$ Ordered same again got a jalapeño stem... This WEEKEND ordered same and again a stem in my sandwich. Your QUALITY check missed a jalapeño stem in a sandwich 2 x really ? Your quality check failed!!! What if I choked on that stem and was hospitalized ??? Piss poor performance produces poor product !!!! Put it this way... I'm not even going to call and complain. It took five hours to get what I ordered. No lie. Ordered at 5:30. 6:30 my order arrives - it's the wrong thing. Call domino's to request correct order. Felt like I was inconveniencing the employees by requesting the correct order. "We'll look into that and call you back - we're really busy right now." Guys, it's garlic knots, not state secrets. Finally convince them to send out the correct order. Another hour goes by. 7:30, I call back - they said they just dropped it off. Nope, no call, no knock, no food. Have to convince them again to send out my correct order. Another hour goes by and here's dominos. At 8:30. With the same incorrect order as the first time. And they looked really bummed out when I explained that I still wanted the correct food because at this point, I wasn't confident I would get a refund. "Yeah, you'd have to go in person in the morning and request a refund." I've had surgery approved and scheduled with less issues. TBF, it was a truly complicated order: garlic knots and lava cake. 9:30 and I still don't have what I ordered. I call back, speak with Elijah, have to explain the situation AGAIN. I'm told it's just now in the oven(???) "It will be there in 10-15 minutes." Not to worry, I now have two orders of cinnamon knots that I didn't order, a $10 off after the fourth call) and a 20% off coupon off my next order for submitting a "claim" on the app. Yippee. 10:30 I finally got my garlic parm knots. I ordered a Brooklyn style pizza thru online to be able to deliver to my home, it was late for about 10mins but its fine with me, and when i open the box my pizza is saggy and it was soak and wet of moisture from it self box.. My complaint is about the manager Harry who argued with me on the phone for 10 minutes claiming that we never had a pizza delivered to our house and that his delivery driver never offered us a $20 credit for the delivery taking over 45 minutes to arrive. I told him her name and the time of delivery from the day before, and he still denied it. He blatantly told me I was a liar trying to get a free pizza. I couldn't believe his unprofessional phone manner. He ended up shouting at me and then hanging up on me. As a business manager, I can say that this guy should not be employed here and I'll never eat here again because of him.
