I called this evening because my order was completely wrong. A young gentleman named Tim answered and was very helpful and respectful. He did everything he could on his end and then transferred me to another gentleman named Manny for approval. Both were amazing. Manny offered to remake my full order or give me store credit and told me he would even deliver it himself since I had ordered through DoorDash. When Manny got to my house he told me he made me a large McKinley instead of the medium I ordered and also brought me a 2 liter Pepsi for the mix up. We came in from out of town to visit family. We ordered one chicken club and one pepperoni/cheese pizza for pick up. The pizza's were ready on time, they provided plates, parmigiana and pepper flakes. They were super nice, restaurant appeared clean and the pizza's were delicious. Price was reasonable. Note that this 5 star rating is relative to chain pizza parlors. The Fallbrook Mt Mikes has, for years, been consistent in it's pizza quality and service. Today we were served by Timothy, and in spite of being very busy handling the lunch rush, was friendly and polite and gave us great service. We had the pizza/salad lunch buffet and for $12 this is a total bargain. I appreciate that they use romaine, not iceberg, like other pizza places, in their salad bar. I was in here today to do some work on my laptop, it was a relaxing visit. As a server/bartender myself there's nothing else I love more than visiting a place that shows great hospitality and service. Jaiden was great and poured me a perfect beer! Exactly what I needed today. My daughter and I have came in a few times and it was easy to get a split; only cheese and a split; with toppings I wanted. I had a great time here. There are games to play which a few are play until you win which is great. Service was fine and the food was excellent. The pizza had a butter crust which is just how I like it. Good mozzy sticks and ranch too. It was a great deal for the pizza, sticks, and dessert. All under $40! Stopped here on a Wednesday night around 7PM and was pretty empty. Had chicken wings and pepperoni pizza. Wings were pretty much swimming in the sauce so much it made them less enjoyable. My husband and I went to mountain mikes, which is within our community and we haven't been here in a long time. We went at dinner time and the salad bar was still open. So we got a large pepperoni pizza along with one salad bar. While we had gotten the salad bar in the past, this was at lunchtime though in the past it was good. Dinner time, I would not do the salad bar. It's the end of the day. Everything has not been refreshed and you're getting leftovers from lunch. However, the pizza was really good. The service was good. The atmosphere is always fun. They have, I think 3 or 4 big screen TVS in some games? Video games you can play so I like the vibe. But I would pass on the salad bar. read more

So it turns out we paid 2802 for our lunch all you can eat along with two drinks and a salad but what ends up happening we were billed and additional two times for 28 02. The young man behind the counter mentioned that is very possible it could be our financial institution so we called our financial institution while we were there what do you know it is not our financial institution it is mountain Mike's POS computer credit card billing system so we have to wait 2 to 3 days to see if the additional two charges fall off, if they don't we have to call our financially ution headband down to mountain Mike's and say WTH!!! Absolutely not acceptable how many people are double in triple charged that don't check their account... Mountain Mike's not cool!!!!
