I hate to write a bad review, but the pizzas we received were disappointing: the beef & sausage were dried out, and the crusts were extremely dry. We were alarmed when we opened the box after pick up. Unfortunately, we were both starved and choked down about three slices total. We gave our dog two pieces, then threw the rest out. We paid almost $30 for both pizzas - an insulting amount when we could've picked up a couple of Red Baron's from Albertsons for a lot less. Extremely disappointed. Haven't tried them lately because their prices just keep going up. Decided to give it a try even though prices have probably doubled in the last year. So, I ordered a couple of large pizzas online and picked them up. Like I said, prices were almost double from the deals they had a year ago. Still, I ordered and tipped them in advance as you're pressured into doing these days. Pizzas were the worst we've ever had. Ordered hand tossed crust and it was extremely thin and tough. Very disappointed with the recommended Special I got for 21.00! The pizza Was supposed to be a large 3 topping which was More like a small and the buffalo wings were terrible and were 4 gross pieces of chicken. When we ordered our 6 pizzas to go, they should have told us over the phone BEFORE that they will charge for crushed red pepper! We will never use this location again. This place is awesome for delivery! We are way up on a hill, 10-12 min from town, and the pizza and wings arrived quickly after ordering (within 1/2 hour). Not only that but the pizza had an abundance of toppings (no scrimping here!) The wings were delicious too, my only issue is that they didn't come with the customary carrots and celery with ranch or blue cheese (maybe PH doesn't do that ) Would highly recommend this place based on our experience, but minus one star for no dressing read more

This place deserves an updated review, seeing as most of the others are several years old. I ordered a medium pepperoni pizza and bread sticks for carry out. Friendly staff on the phone and quick, friendly service inside when I picked up the order. Pizza was good like any other Pizza Hut, hot and cheesy. We have been eating here for over 10 years and have never had an issue. We will continue to eat here in the future. read more

We wanted to try the Stuffed Crust pizza. We bought several pizzas. Some with stuffed crust. The Hand Tossed pizza was not edible. The crust was hard and dry, barely any cheese or toppings. Just awful. They also gave us a wrong pizza. Chicken wings were good, tasty and plump. We paid a lot for the pizza and still had to buy Parmesan and red pepper, and dressing for the wings...which are usually free when you spend over $120 on the order. Never going back. read more

Driver says, we don't accept $100. bills. I say okay, it should say that on your website. driver says, "we don't control website". So, I say, Okay, I can give you a check. Driver says, we don't take checks (news to me, paid many times with check). Okay. I can give you a debit or a credit card. driver says, well, you'll have to call for approval to do that. Customer "me" says, Okay what's the phone number? Driver says, I don't know. I go to look up the number, and realize, that I've got to weed through Pizza Huts expansive web site to find the Damn number for my store. Arggh. I've now tried paying with cash, paying with a check, paying with a debit card, and paying with a credit card. I give up. So frustrated I tell driver to leave. and not nicely! I find number and call store. Ask for manager. Hold on, manager picks up and says {I kid you not}, "yeah"? Not, Hello, this is George, how can I help you? Nope, "yeah"?. We couldn't and didn't receive what we ordered and paid close to $50 for 2 large pizzas some over done breadsticks (this was a $24.99) special and a medium one topping pizza. I asked for the specials. We are regular customers. And yet we are charged almost $50 for very poor breadsticks and pizza not made as we ordered. We are done! We will find another pizza place. We ordered the $10 dinner box delivery from this Pizza Hut. The service was super fast and friendly. The pizza arrived 20 minutes early. Big kudos for that. The breadsticks were good and the chocolate dippers were really good too. We didn't care too much for the pizza though. The overall flavor of the pizza was good. The cheese, sauce, and toppings were all good, if you could only taste them with all the crust on the pizza. The crust was really thick and overly dis-proportioned to everything else on the pizza. In other words, we felt they loaded us up on crust to be stingy with the cheese, sauce, and toppings. I wanted to give 3 1/2 stars, but settled on 3, because we didn't call Pizza Hut for their breadsticks and chocolate dippers, we wanted their main course (pizza), so I felt that rounding it down was fair. We'll probably try them again in the future with a different style pizza (thin crust/pan). Since the crust on their regular style pizza is going to be that disproportionate to the rest of the pizza, I'm not interested in the regular style. Just awful - I used to love their veggie pizza so we gave them a try. Medium veggie $ 16.69 is before tax - high for a sub par pizza! Got the pizza home, it was lukewarm, could have stayed in the oven at least 5 more minutes, not really baked and had minimal toppings...just blah! I've lived in fallbrook for a long time and pizza hut was my go-to but over the years the environment has died it's not the same anymore service wasn't all that great and waited bout 10 minutes just for our menus and they don't have the cup filled ice with the free refills anymore only the 2 liter sodas and 12 oz sodas and one size plate (small) the bigger plates are for the salads I'm her disappointed they're understaffed and serviced sucked. read more

No salad bar...seemed like it was a pick up and go ONLY type joint. And agree with a few previous comments about too much crust and too little sauce/toppings...incredibly bland. Lame! We use this pizza hut for their delivery service. Usually not a problem but when we ordered several orders of wings with ranch sauce and the ranch didn't make it, they didn't care. We had a group of people sitting around eating pizza but not the wings. We called and they said they would send the driver back. THAT NEVER HAPPENED. After everyone finished eating the pizza and the wings were cold we called back to let them know that the ranch was never delivered and they said they would make a note on our account and take care of it next time. THAT NEVER HAPPENED. The next order of wings and pizza showed up so salty we couldn't eat them. This Pizza Hut is not the norm and has a management issue. I would stay clear and use other pizza parlors in town that are more reliable and stand behind their product and services. read more

This is my first experience with online ordering and this location. I placed an order online for carryout of a large pan pizza and a cookie. The expected pickup time was 6:09 (20 minutes). The store called and left a message from the employee's personal phone (760) 917-4574 that they were out of the pan crust. When I finally got in touch with them I asked that it be switched to original crust. When we picked up the pizza I was charged for both items, and it was around 6:30pm. They gave me the pizza, and no cookie. I received a refund for the cookie, but if I hadn't noticed, I would have paid for an item that they hadn't made. They offered to make it, but it would be another 20 minute wait. The pizza I received is a thin crust pizza, and not what I originally or secondarily ordered.
