ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING ‼‼‼ Get your establishment under control with this bullshit. The way this employee treated a customer was completely unacceptable. Watching a worker laugh at someone because they didn't have enough money to pay for their food is cruel, humiliating, and incredibly unprofessional. You don't have to give someone free food, but you absolutely should have enough basic decency to not mock them when they're already in an embarrassing situation. What makes this even worse is that this employee was representing Domino's while behaving this way. Customers should not have to worry about being laughed at or belittled by an employee simply because they're struggling to afford something. Honestly, the behavior was disgusting and showed a complete lack of empathy and professionalism. I hope management takes this seriously and makes it clear that humiliating customers is NOT acceptable customer service. If an employee can't treat people with basic respect, they shouldn't be interacting with customers in the first place. read more

Pizza was fine--Manager or whomever I spoke to was legitimately rude as all get out. Don't treat customers like they're stupid and maybe you'll have people utilize this location more. Pizza arrived but didn't actually show up until 10 minutes later. So I had canceled and tried to call the store to pay again. If i could've used AI instead I would've actually opted for that. Do better; I'm respectful to you--perhaps do the same. read more

Absolutely the worst Domino's experience I've ever had. The pizza wasn't even sliced--just one uncut, sloppy pie. The order was wrong, the food was gross, and to top it all off, there was a hair in my chicken bites. Completely unacceptable. The staff was unprofessional and could be heard loudly cussing in the background when I picked up my pizza. Everyone there was messing around. The franchise owner seriously needs to watch the cameras and take a hard look at what's going on inside this location. I've had plenty of Domino's in my life, and this is hands down the worst in town. Save your money and order elsewhere. Gross. read more

The pizza was almost thin crusted and the wings I mean??? There was hardly any buffalo sauce on it and it was soft and soggy. I have loved dominoes but I probably would've been better off ordering at Little Caesar's. At least their wings aren't as sad as these. read more

Employee tried to tell us our toppings were "INVISIBLE"! Can you believe it?! Dominos now has invisible toppings y'all! TWO trips for pick up, over TWO hours wait, and TWO remakes to get the correct order! We didn't even order anything special! One Stuffed crust Pepperoni and jalapeño pizza and one stuffed crust with bacon. How hard is that? We ordered online for pickup from Domino's and when we got home realized they gave us the wrong order. I called the store and they said there were two people with the same name who ordered and they accidentally switched the orders. I asked if they could remake our pizzas and told them I would bring back the ones we received by mistake. When we got there, they hadn't even started remaking them yet because they said they were waiting for us to bring the other pizzas back first. So we waited another 20 minutes. When they finally brought the pizzas out, one was supposed to be pepperoni with jalapeño and one with bacon. Instead, they brought out a pepperoni and jalapeño and a plain cheese pizza. We pointed out that there was no bacon on the pizza, and the employee actually said, "Oh... you just can't see it!" We asked for a manager, and were told "She won't come out". Another employee confirmed there was indeed no bacon and that it definitely wasn't "invisible bacon." At that point the person up front said, " Well now you will just have to wait for us to remake the bacon pizza". I asked for a refund for that pizza instead, but they said they couldn't refund it and could only remake it. So we had to wait another 20 minutes. So now the first pizza is nice and cold while we wait for them to try to correct it AGAIN. We placed our pickup order for 5:00 PM and didn't get home with dinner until 7:00 PM. Extremely frustrating experience and very poor customer service. We will not be returning. Worst Domino's experience ever. read more

Ordered 2 pizzas, the gave us 3 and it was the wrong one. When I called to fix the issue they gave us a refund and said they would resend my pizza. I waited an hour and called and when I got ahold of somebody, they told me they just canceled it with out telling me something changed and told me I wasn't in their area. The store is only 1.5 miles away! Dumb and will not ordering here again read more

been buying from this dominos for years never had any food related issues until today first they gave me the wrong pizza so I had to drive all the way from my house back to the store then when I got the right pizza it was definitely the worst pizza I've ever had completely soggy and I couldn't even get a slice when I pulled on it to try to get a slice the only thing that came off was the crust leaving me with a deconstructed pizza I just ended up throwing it away read more

Awful. Would give zero stars if possible. Took over an hour and 1/2 to get a cheese pizza delivered. Tried to call..it rang for over 20 minutes and I could hear people in the background but no one ever answered and they hung up on me. This franchise owner should be axed. Ridiculously awful customer service read more

The most disgusting food in the world it gave me a nine slice when I asked for a four slice And I did not like the place they're so mean so I'll give this a one star review so if you wanna go, you wouldn't like it because this place will give you bad service it has bad listening so yeah read more

We have had issues with this location the last two times we have ordered from here. I wish it gave you the option to leave 0 stars, or even negative stars. The first time we waited two and a half hours for our pizza to arrive couldn't get anyone to answer the phone at the store so we had to drive up there to get them to refund our order. Tonight we decided to give them another try because we really wanted pizza. We have currently been waiting an hour and a half for our order to be delivered (the app says it was take out of the oven 59 minutes ago) and I've been sitting in hold waiting for someone to answer the phone for 25 minutes and counting. Avoid this location at all costs, even McDonalds would be a better option. This place is a joke. If they're this short staffed, they don't need to have their doors open. I'll be going back up there again tomorrow with yet another complaint. read more

DO. NOT. GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME; IT WILL END IN ANGER AND DISAPPOINTMENT. I ordered from them online for the first time as we rarely eat pizza and when we do its papa John's. I dont care for them either but now after having domino's id give papa John's a fucking trophy. My order was simple. Specialty chicken and medium 2 topping pizza, thin crust. Some sauces. I waited over an HOUR just from the time that the tracker said that "the manager; Mikayla?? Kayla? I think?? Did a 'quality control check' on my order" which i assumed to mean checking to make sure it was correct before it left the store til it showed up on my porch well over an hour later. So two hours from the time I placed the order. TWO HOURS. I ORDERED 2 SIMPLE ITEMS. PAID FOR DELIVERY TIPPED AHEAD OF TIME ETC. it took him another hour just to get less than two miles from the store to my house?!?! Are you effing kidding me?! Ohh and it gets so much better from there. My order was wrong. No chicken; but inside a box that is printed Specialty Chicken was some huge carby bread loaf with cheese bacon and jalapeños (yuck yuck yuck!) Folded inside. Oh but the sauce that I had to pay extra for that went with the chicken was there. With nothing to eat it with as it was the jalapeño pineapple? Chicken with mango habanero sauce . Minus jalapeños. Was what I ordered with the sauce. And I what I got had no chicken and many jalapeños. The pizza was correct but so cold it tasted like it had been made yesterday. Let me just say that every frozen pizza I've ever bought was ten times better than this piece of s***. So I try calling them on their number thats listed here and on Google and their app and it goes like this First call: you get a recording the entire time as you wait for them to pick up. Laughably; a recording telling you how wonderful their food and service is and that you should share this with all of your friends and follow them on all the social medias!!! I was on hold while someone "would be right with me" . This went on for about 6-7 min before I could hear it click over and hang up on me. No hello. Just straight hung up. Second time: same. No hello just hung up as soon as they answered. Third time: waited on hold for a total of 20 min before giving up. Fourth time: same except it was 35 min. Fifth time: same except 5 min. Little miss makayla or kayla; whatever her name is--if shes the store manager then this is frightening for this company and she should be fired. If she cannot properly check a 2 item simple order before allowing it to leave the store ; or hire employees who can read since the box said chicken and clearly wasn't-- hell maybe she can't read either let's see if she reads this...she is ill equipped to manage a restaurant. This goes beyond poor training on every level it is common sense. And not answering any phone calls?! How can we contact you to let you know that our order is wrong??? Theres no other option. And Herbert is no shining star either since it took him over an hour to drive a mile and a half down the street. Did you stop and smoke a blunt; ese? I will be in contact with a manager tomorrow if I have to ambush the store myself. I look forward to the full refund that WILL be given to me . :) read more

If I could give a zero I would! Years ago, this Dominos kicked ass, now... not so much. It has declined in quality and professionalism from the staff! The cashier Marissa (or whatever her name is) turns out she may have been giving a fake name, but she is extremely rude and disrespectful! Ordered online at 1259pm and thats what the email confirmation said... my husband finally got a refund at 230p after waiting at the store for an hour, on top of the 30 mins we gave them to prepare our order totaling in a complete waste of our time! The wait time on the email said 19-29 mins. The manager who finally intervened after "Marissa" was no help what so ever, said 2 of our pizzas got "misplaced" and we would have to wait even longer! I called the store and asked for Marissa, because she was helping my husband, I didn't wanna bother the manager yet and the little girl on the phone said nobody by that name worked there. I asked to speak to the manager, and you will NEVER believe what happens here... the same girl I was talking to, puts me on hold for 2 seconds and picks back up and says she is the manager! LOL After asking her what was going on and why we are still waiting almost 2 hours for 3 large pizzas and a coke, SHE HANGS UP ON ME! So you have disrespectful employees lying about their names and status, a manager that cannot manage her employees correctly and teach them respect and responsibility!! Marissa (or whoever the cashier was) needs a customer service class and to respect people and her customers who are paying to keep her damn job to begin with! This is not the first time we have had issues with this store either. The google reviews are HORRIBLE, something needs to happen to this store and the employees! Unbelievable waste of time and the very last time we will EVER order from this store! read more

We placed an order and waited an hour. The tracker said the order was in the "Quality check" phase for 45 minutes. We called to see if they were short staffed if we could just come pick up the order and were told that the order had been cancelled and they had to throw out the food because it had sat out too long and they were closing, two hours earlier than what every website said they would be open, so we were not getting the order at all. No call to let us know that the order had been cancelled, my wife had to sit on the phone for 10 minutes before someone answered and told her. The website still showed the order was in the Quality check. All the guy that answered the phone had to say about it was "Yeah, we suck" Absolutely ridiculous, non-existent customer service. read more

Worst pizza I ever had. Ordered the new stuffed cheese bread, bacon cheese tots, and pepperoni pizza. On tv it looked great. Not the case. The bread was pretty dry and almost burned on the bottom. The tots weren't terrible but not very good. The pizza could barely be called pepperoni pizza. There was basically one pepperoni slice on each pizza slice and I paid for extra cheese, I would hate to see it with regular cheese! There are too many pizza restaurants that are so much better. Will never have Domino's again! read more

Don't make people's food and then let it sit there nearly an hour before delivery it cold and disgusting to the customer. If I could rate this lower than 1 I would! Horrible experience from beginning to end! Pizza should be a simple experience, especially with Dominos. I attempted to order online, and attempted, and attempted.... It kept giving me an error saying call the store, so I did. After waiting through 2 minutes of advertisements I finally got ahold of someone. I explained that I was trying to order online and the site advised me to call the store. I wanted to use the large specialty pizza coupon for 12.99 as is given online. She quickly said I cannot do that at the store level, so I asked for a manager. She states she is the manager, and cannot accommodate the online price. I replied with the fact that it is not my fault that your website is not working. She stated again she could not help me. I tried again online, and this time it went through. I immediately called the store to make sure they got it. My friend Ms. Manager answered and said they received the order. I hang up, but noticed Dominos handy track your order feature. My pizza sat in the window for 20+ minutes before a driver left the store. I am 3 blocks away. Upon arrival, the driver says I'm supposed to pay cash. At this point I am done, I call and give My Best Friend Manager my card number and tip the driver..... I will NEVER order from this Dominos again, and sadly for your company, I think the only other pizza place near me is Papa Johns read more

September 14th I placed an order to be delivered. We had been traveling all day and had gone 9 hours without eating. It showed my food was being cooked and when I checked back later it showed my order was cancelled. I placed a complaint and received a case # but still have not heard from anyone including corporate office which I emailed numerous times. Horrible customer service. read more

The last time I ordered from this Dominos was a year and a couple of months ago. Their pizza tracker showed they had delivered my pizza and they did not. My husband went down to the store the following day to see what had happened and they blew him off. He returned the following Monday and they blew him off again. I wrote an email to corporate explaining what had happened and they finally refunded my money and offered to comp the entire order for free. I was so disgusted with the customer service, after we had been ordering from this same store for at least once a month for three years, I refused to order anything from them ever again. My husband finally convinced me to place another order, so I did. The tracker shows it's gone through quality control at 9:42pm and it's 10:04pm. We call to check the status and the store recording states the store is now closed. The hours on google show to be open until 1am. Once again, crappy customer service. Before submitting this, I see several other less than stellar reviews. Obviously well earned. You have to try really hard to mess up a pizza franchise, takes real talent. Pathetic. read more

I don't understand why this page has a lot of poor reviews, Dominoes had treated me better than the manager at Target did. They always show up with my food before the tracker say they would. Three days ago, my order came in 11 minutes early. I am waiting on Domino's for my delivery as I'm typing this. I specifically use Domino's off of Rufe Snow, simply because they are willing to communicate with me. (I am completely deaf) As well as the fact that the food is almost always fresh. They also don't grumble when you are low on cash and cannot tip at the time. (I've had two grumbles out of 12 years of using that exact location.) read more

I wanted an Artisan Pizza but I didn't like the combinations of the standard build. I wanted a pizza the way I want it. It's only food but I was a little pissed. I went across the street to Tony's and got what I wanted which by the way was delicious. Won't be ordering from this Domino's again. Ordered online with an online coupon for a pizza with bread sticks and a 2 liter. No one knocked or rang the doorbell when it arrived. If it weren't for the app letting me know it had been delivered i would have never known. Open the door to find my order sitting there, no driver anywhere and no mr pib 2liter. I get inside, open the pizza, and it looks like it's been tossed all over the delivery drivers car during delivery. Not only that but we ordered pepperoni and Italian sausage 1/2 w/ jalapeños and 1/2 with bacon. This thin crust pizza arrived cut in 3rds. There's 1/3 of the pizza with all the ingredients on it. I can the store, they offer to replace the pizza, i tell them in not waiting for another pizza to get cooked when i got a hungry child in the house, but i would like the 2liter they didn't deliver if the guy was coming back to the neighborhood. He tells me they're sold out of mr pib. So these guys made the decision when it was time for my order to go out, that instead of calling the customer and seeing if they wanted something else, they'd just deliver an incomplete order and hope no one said anything. I told them if that's how they do business they won't be getting anymore business from me. Order at your own risk. read more
