Absolutely the worst Domino's experience I've ever had. The pizza wasn't even sliced--just one uncut, sloppy pie. The order was wrong, the food was gross, and to top it all off, there was a hair in my chicken bites. Completely unacceptable. The staff was unprofessional and could be heard loudly cussing in the background when I picked up my pizza. Everyone there was messing around. The franchise owner seriously needs to watch the cameras and take a hard look at what's going on inside this location. Employee tried to tell us our toppings were "INVISIBLE"! Can you believe it?! Dominos now has invisible toppings y'all! TWO trips for pick up, over TWO hours wait, and TWO remakes to get the correct order! We didn't even order anything special! One Stuffed crust Pepperoni and jalapeño pizza and one stuffed crust with bacon. How hard is that? We ordered online for pickup from Domino's and when we got home realized they gave us the wrong order. I called the store and they said there were two people with the same name who ordered and they accidentally switched the orders. I asked if they could remake our pizzas and told them I would bring back the ones we received by mistake. When we got there, they hadn't even started remaking them yet because they said they were waiting for us to bring the other pizzas back first. So we waited another 20 minutes. When they finally brought the pizzas out, one was supposed to be pepperoni with jalapeño and one with bacon. Instead, they brought out a pepperoni and jalapeño and a plain cheese pizza. We pointed out that there was no bacon on the pizza, and the employee actually said, "Oh... you just can't see it!" We asked for a manager, and were told "She won't come out". Another employee confirmed there was indeed no bacon and that it definitely wasn't "invisible bacon." At that point the person up front said, " Well now you will just have to wait for us to remake the bacon pizza". I asked for a refund for that pizza instead, but they said they couldn't refund it and could only remake it. So we had to wait another 20 minutes. So now the first pizza is nice and cold while we wait for them to try to correct it AGAIN. We placed our pickup order for 5:00 PM and didn't get home with dinner until 7:00 PM. Extremely frustrating experience and very poor customer service. We will not be returning. Worst Domino's experience ever. read more

Ordered 2 pizzas, the gave us 3 and it was the wrong one. When I called to fix the issue they gave us a refund and said they would resend my pizza. I waited an hour and called and when I got ahold of somebody, they told me they just canceled it with out telling me something changed and told me I wasn't in their area. We have had issues with this location the last two times we have ordered from here. I wish it gave you the option to leave 0 stars, or even negative stars. The first time we waited two and a half hours for our pizza to arrive couldn't get anyone to answer the phone at the store so we had to drive up there to get them to refund our order. Tonight we decided to give them another try because we really wanted pizza. We have currently been waiting an hour and a half for our order to be delivered (the app says it was take out of the oven 59 minutes ago) and I've been sitting in hold waiting for someone to answer the phone for 25 minutes and counting. Avoid this location at all costs, even McDonalds would be a better option. This place is a joke. If they're this short staffed, they don't need to have their doors open. If I could give a zero I would! Years ago, this Dominos kicked ass, now... not so much. It has declined in quality and professionalism from the staff! The cashier Marissa (or whatever her name is) turns out she may have been giving a fake name, but she is extremely rude and disrespectful! Ordered online at 1259pm and thats what the email confirmation said... my husband finally got a refund at 230p after waiting at the store for an hour, on top of the 30 mins we gave them to prepare our order totaling in a complete waste of our time! The wait time on the email said 19-29 mins. The manager who finally intervened after "Marissa" was no help what so ever, said 2 of our pizzas got "misplaced" and we would have to wait even longer! I called the store and asked for Marissa, because she was helping my husband, I didn't wanna bother the manager yet and the little girl on the phone said nobody by that name worked there. I asked to speak to the manager, and you will NEVER believe what happens here... the same girl I was talking to, puts me on hold for 2 seconds and picks back up and says she is the manager! LOL After asking her what was going on and why we are still waiting almost 2 hours for 3 large pizzas and a coke, SHE HANGS UP ON ME! So you have disrespectful employees lying about their names and status, a manager that cannot manage her employees correctly and teach them respect and responsibility!! Little miss makayla or kayla; whatever her name is--if shes the store manager then this is frightening for this company and she should be fired. We placed an order and waited an hour. The tracker said the order was in the "Quality check" phase for 45 minutes. We called to see if they were short staffed if we could just come pick up the order and were told that the order had been cancelled and they had to throw out the food because it had sat out too long and they were closing, two hours earlier than what every website said they would be open, so we were not getting the order at all. No call to let us know that the order had been cancelled, my wife had to sit on the phone for 10 minutes before someone answered and told her. The website still showed the order was in the Quality check. Worst pizza I ever had. Ordered the new stuffed cheese bread, bacon cheese tots, and pepperoni pizza. On tv it looked great. Not the case. The bread was pretty dry and almost burned on the bottom. The tots weren't terrible but not very good. The pizza could barely be called pepperoni pizza. There was basically one pepperoni slice on each pizza slice and I paid for extra cheese, I would hate to see it with regular cheese! There are too many pizza restaurants that are so much better. Pizza was terrible. Took 65 minutes for delivery. 52.00 for pizza that had been sitting in a box for 40 minutes before it was delivered. Arrived stale, cold, and covered in grease. Cheese bread was cold and undercooked. Sprayed grease all over my table when I went to tear it. Don't make people's food and then let it sit there nearly an hour before delivery it cold and disgusting to the customer. I attempted to order online, and attempted, and attempted.... It kept giving me an error saying call the store, so I did. After waiting through 2 minutes of advertisements I finally got ahold of someone. I explained that I was trying to order online and the site advised me to call the store. I wanted to use the large specialty pizza coupon for 12.99 as is given online. She quickly said I cannot do that at the store level, so I asked for a manager. The last time I ordered from this Dominos was a year and a couple of months ago. Their pizza tracker showed they had delivered my pizza and they did not. My husband went down to the store the following day to see what had happened and they blew him off. He returned the following Monday and they blew him off again. I wrote an email to corporate explaining what had happened and they finally refunded my money and offered to comp the entire order for free. I was so disgusted with the customer service, after we had been ordering from this same store for at least once a month for three years, I refused to order anything from them ever again. My husband finally convinced me to place another order, so I did. The tracker shows it's gone through quality control at 9:42pm and it's 10:04pm. We call to check the status and the store recording states the store is now closed. The hours on google show to be open until 1am. Once again, crappy customer service. I don't understand why this page has a lot of poor reviews, Dominoes had treated me better than the manager at Target did. They always show up with my food before the tracker say they would. Three days ago, my order came in 11 minutes early. I am waiting on Domino's for my delivery as I'm typing this. I specifically use Domino's off of Rufe Snow, simply because they are willing to communicate with me. (I am completely deaf) As well as the fact that the food is almost always fresh. Won't be ordering from this Domino's again. Ordered online with an online coupon for a pizza with bread sticks and a 2 liter. No one knocked or rang the doorbell when it arrived. If it weren't for the app letting me know it had been delivered i would have never known. Open the door to find my order sitting there, no driver anywhere and no mr pib 2liter. I get inside, open the pizza, and it looks like it's been tossed all over the delivery drivers car during delivery. Not only that but we ordered pepperoni and Italian sausage 1/2 w/ jalapeños and 1/2 with bacon. This thin crust pizza arrived cut in 3rds. There's 1/3 of the pizza with all the ingredients on it. I can the store, they offer to replace the pizza, i tell them in not waiting for another pizza to get cooked when i got a hungry child in the house, but i would like the 2liter they didn't deliver if the guy was coming back to the neighborhood. He tells me they're sold out of mr pib. So these guys made the decision when it was time for my order to go out, that instead of calling the customer and seeing if they wanted something else, they'd just deliver an incomplete order and hope no one said anything.
