Detroit style was very good and on time delivery, the toppings were very fresh and crust was perfect.

First of all, I made an order at 4:19 this afternoon did not get an order till almost 6 PM when I got my order it was burnt cold and gross. They refunded my order and sent me a new order that was correct when I got the second order at about 7 PM, it was disgraceful to say the least I was over it. I will never order from there again. We used to love Mr Jim's. The past year or so this place has plummeted in quality and service. Tonight we gave them their last chance. At 620, we ordered pizzas to be delivered at 0730. After multiple calls back to them, the pizzas finally came at 0815...cold with overdone crust. We always try to give our business to locals but the Haslet Mr. Jims is finished. They used to be good. Absolute worst service ever. I have used for 2 years with no real problems. Last night placed an order and 90 minutes later it was still not here. Called and waited on the phone for 10 minutes for someone to pick up. The lady that answered told me she was the manager and my order was in the oven. All she had were excuses why it was taking so long - oven was broken, equipment problems, phone problems, lack of staff. It took over two hours to receive the delivery. Order was wrong, pizza was undercooked and items were missing. Never an offer to make it right or to compensate us in some way for all the problems. Order at your risk. STAY AWAY. read more

We've ordered from Mr. Jim's for years and have always been pleased. However, when we use a coupon (they send to us) or the "rewards" pizza, they clearly use as little as possible on this pizza. It's horrible. Every. Single. Time. That's pretty lousy business. read more

We love Mr. Jims delivery. The order is ALWAYS right, on time, and the drivers are always so friendly. Their salads are a great healthy option for me and my teenager loves the Pizza D'lish. It's too bad that the new owners of this location don't really care about customer service or order accuracy. I've been a longtime fan of Mr Jims Pizza... Even worked there when I was in college. I was told by the manager that the only way I could get my order accurate was to do it myself online. Doing it over the phone or even in person wasn't good enough. Didn't take a pic because I couldn't put the sub down! But, I never order subs from pizza joints, but let me tell you what! This is my sub place from now on! Fresh and loaded with fillings. Got mine with lettuce, olives, mustard, ham, turkey, and jalapeños, my usual subway order. This sub was way better than subway! Absolutely delicious! Mr Jims is my go to spot here in the Haslet Area. Even with the New Competition coming in, I will only get my wings and pizza from them. Since moving here in late 2013, Mr. Jims has most often gotten it right and when they didn't they fixed it with a smile! I love the small town feel and the owner is always at this location so give him a heads up if you are not happy with something. read more

Pizza is incredible. Service not. My family and I were always looking for the right pizza. Nothing gimmicky. Nothing gourmet. Mr Jim's was right on, and has become our exclusive pizza stop. Never tried delivery. We eat in. Place is small, nothing fancy. But it's comfortable, and we like it. Only complaint is the staff. I would not call them rude, but clueless. It feels as if they have the owners tied up in the back, and they're manning the front counter until their buddies clear out the safe. Regardless, it's tolerable and we'll keep coming back. It's a shame, I think if they hired or trained some better workers they would get more cars in their parking lot. read more

DO NOT EAT HERE....The service was (is) HORRIBLE. I ordered the calzone with the sauce on the side. The unkempt slob at the counter gives me sauce from the refrigerator and when I question putting COLD pizza sauce on a hot calzone, he tells me to leave the sauce in the car to warm it up. If this type of service Mr.Jim's has to offer, he won't and shouldn't be in business much longer. This is definitely my first AND last visit to this establishment. read more

These guys know how to make a pizza! Always generous amounts of toppings and cheese. This is my wife and I's go-to pizza place. The prices are a bit higher than the nation-wide chains, but you more than get what you pay for with Mr. Jims. I love Mr Jim's pizza, but this one (Haslet) is awful. Every time my wife and I have ordered from them they mess something up. I ordered a large pepperoni on our way home one evening. They said for pick up it would be 20 minutes. I got there in 10 and then waited another 45 minutes. Several people came in, ordered their pizza, received it, and left. They kept telling me it would be right out and that they were sorry (sort of). I'm not a difficult person. This Mr Jim's pizza is just really bad. They always say 30 minutes for delivery I've never gotten one in less than an one hour and ten minutes. If you do decide to ignore my warnings an order from here don't ask for half of something on one side of the pizza and something else on the other side. They will mess it up everytime! read more
