Placed a Large order with the MANAGER for Saturday at 3:00 evidently, he does not have the ability to communicate dates and time correctly. We arrived Saturday to pick up food for a party of 12 year olds, only to be told the order had been made and thrown away Friday due to non pick up! They finally got him on the phone and told us they could remake it but we would have to pay for it again! Claimed our refund for previous order would take 5-7 days to be refunded. We are talking $250.00 worth of food. So you screw up and we have to pay again? No, I dont think so. I ask for corporate number they claim not to be allowed to have it there. Worst pizza I've ever had. Very dry. Hardly any sauce. Very few pepperonis. Would not recommend.

Left both the cheddar cheese and the sweet mango habanero sauce off my Chicken Habanero Sandwich. Delivery almost passed up driveway even though we order from them a lot. When I received my order tonight grease was all over the boxes and they didn't deliver all of my order. When I tried calling the local number it goes to an answering service. They tell you they are transferring you but the push a key and disconnect you (every time). I called a few times just to see what would happen. It wasn't a mistake. It's intentional. GILBERT LOCATION = TERRIBLE. Now let me go on by saying as a chain Domino's has improved their product light years ahead in the last 5yrs. Hands down my favorite chain. The thin crust garlic sauce pizzas can't be beat by the hut or the papa. Also Brooklyn style is really good. THAT SAID: the GILBERT location is ALWAYS TERRIBLE. They consistently burnt/overcook the thin crust, they do not give you extra cheese when you actually order and paid for it and they messed my order and even my freaking change up many times. I mean folks Not Once or Twice but like 85% of the time I went there it was bad to terrible and I love Domino's. I NOW DRIVE 20 MINS OUT OF MY WAY and PAST the GILBERT STORE to another Domino's where they actually make a great pizza and seem to have a clue. I visit about 3 other Domino's in the area dependent upon where I'm at and have never had any problems. read more

Good customer service is hard to find. Keep looking because you won't find it here. The manager, Brooke is extremely rude. We called to resolve an issue with the order and after repeatedly being told it was our fault that the order got messed up, we asked for a delivery at a discounted price because we couldn't eat the one delivered. She refused. Then she hung up because what is customer service without a good phone slammed down. The buck doesn't stop there though, Brandon, the other "manager" has the same great care for customer service. He kindly ended his conversation with a phone slam too. I rarely give 1 star, but this Dominos deserves it. Ordered a carry out special with thin crust . Now I realize thin crust means less of everything but this was ridiculous. I ended up with a pizza like cracker. Being a former business owner, I understand portion and cost controls but a large pizza with fewer than 8 pieces of pepperoni in pushing it. I can't blame this on a rouge employee either. The employees all did their job of suggestive selling to the point of being annoying. Obviously they were trained and the training/ policies were enforced. In short, I received a crappy pizza like substance, intentionally made that way. Will not be back. read more
