If there was an option to have zero stars I'd give that . Absolutely terrible. We ordered pizza and all we got was a knock on the door leaving the pizza on the cold front porch. We came to the door soon as we heard the knock the guy said that's what they do . If we didn't hear the knock we wouldn't have even known . When I called up to speak to the manager of the location we ordered from she said we always do that . Complete lies because we behave ordered from this location several times and NEVER had this happen. But can reassure you I won't be ordering from them again and will advise others we know not to as well Terrible pizza terrible location and management. Rather than not charging me, they charged me and said they do in store credit. First that's stealing money. I paid you for something I did not receive. Second, this isn't the first time. I seriously can't believe this is even a thing I have to write but I seriously just got delivered a pizza with ants all over it. I would have taken a picture but first instinct was to throw it in the trash. I promise you I wouldn't make this up. So I don't order domino's often but when I do I usually have zero complaints .... but this time. Whew chile.... my first mistake I guess was ordering buffalo chicken pizza. There was more buffalo sauce than chicken and pizza! As soon as I opened the bloody box I was intoxicated with buffalo fumes. When I tell you my dog didn't even want to come near me as soon as I opened it ...... that's a problem. I wiped some of the buffalo sauce off but to no avail... I had to hold my breath while eating the pizza. I could only eat one slice. Whoever made this pizza did not make it out of love. They wanted to send me to the toilet. I never eat dominos, end up stoping later at night, they are definitely busy, manager was very polite and nicely told me it would be 10-20 mins, I was in no rush heading home, so sat for 15-20 watching the group work an get orders fulfilled, great team of people working, food came out promptly drove home an food was amazing! Probably the worst manager I have ever dealt with. I called because my pizza was cold and the person who answered the phone was extremely rude and then the manager came on the phone. He told me that I got the pizza at 6:25 when the driver didn't even call me until 6:40. When i opened the pizza none of the cheese was melted and you could tell that it was definitely not made fresh. The manager was very aggressive and rude about it. I'm not sure how this guy even got hired as a higher up or how the owner thought this guy was a good manager. I have owned a business and i have worked in the food industry for many years and have NEVER heard a manager talk like this to a customer EVER. read more

Have to be honest; these guys have always been pretty decent; save for a couple of slip ups. It was very rare (and generally with a driver I had never met before so probably a newbie) that they would forget one of my drinks or a dip that went with my bread twists. I found it was a lot better for me to order a medium pizza and it cut down a LOT on the grease. Personal pan pizzas always were overly greasy, which is a shame, since that's about as much as I can eat. I do kind of wish there was an option for non-dairy cheese, but I can also understand why there isn't one (at least there wasn't from the last time I ordered). This is just a nitpick being lactose intolerance though, not a legitimate gripe. That being said, though, I will never order anything with bacon in it ever again. Every time I do, the bacon is so undercooked, it might as well be raw. Again, this suck because I LOVE the jalapeño bacon stuffed cheesy bread. I know all the meats come in precooked (or at least par cooked), but undercooked bacon never seems to be a problem in the Andover store. Hopefully something can be figured out, I miss getting the cheesy bread. read more

This place should just be put out of business so they can make room for a florist or something just as useless, I've ordered for delivery 5 times over the last month and 4 of those times my orders were cancelled. (One of those times I got a somewhat legitimate reason that the drivers car "literally just broke down" ) So they finally brought my food tonight and it's more disappointing then they're service, you ask for a topping and there's 4 total pieces of that specified topping, ask for sauce on the side and it's never there, the boxes are soggy and covered in grease because these kids don't know how to drive to save their lives. Okay this is the worst Dominoes I have ever had!!!! I have tried them numerous times to no avail as a result, I am left to leave This horrible review to warn others!!! Was in a pinch to feed a very big group of hungry people late at night. Called around to many local places, and got some chuckles, "Really? Good luck with that!" Then I called Jade, the manager at Domino's in Hamburg, and she said yes, with a smile, despite limited help. Pizzas were ready when promised, and she was still so kind despite the pressure. I love this location. I've had other dominos in 5-6 other areas in North Jersey, but this is by far the most consistent, and friendliest group I've ever encountered since moving up here 4 years ago. This is a fantastic crew, super nice, always happy to help and they've only forgot my sauce once and they felt horrible and corrected it immediately. That's all I needed. They are THE best. All Domino's are not the same. This is an independently owned franchise not subject to very much corporate oversight. Unfortunately, for the customer the staffing is sub par to put it mildly and lacks any on-site ownership management supervision. How difficult is it to place toppings fairly evenly on top of their below average size pies instead of piling them on top of each other leaving other areas void of any toppings? Next time I am passing by this Domino's in Hamburg, NJ I'll keep on driving until I get to a real neighborhood Pizza place. read more

I'm actually kind of taken back by some of the comments below. My fiance and I have been ordering from this particular Domino's for over 3 years. We both use to work over 10-12 hour shifts a day and Domino's has saved us many an exhausted night. I've also asked for several drawings to be put on the box before and each by far made my night. And I still have the pictures. :) Sure we had the ocassional slip up with an order but all we did was call and bring the error to their attention and guess what? They fixed it! :O No complaints, no extra fees. I did notice the "oopsies" happened on weekends so you KNOW they had to have been busy. Seeing as its the only Domino's in the Sussex area. Oh and for the snooty, posh people who are "too good" to eat Domino's: it's cheap, and (I don't care what you say) a lot of Domino's menu is damn tasty, and lastly your lack of business with them, I'm sure, isn't hurting them whatsoever. My fiance and I will continue to eat their delicious, "garbage" food proudly. :) read more

If there was option to rate 0 stars I would have given them just that. We placed 1 big order tonight and decided to place another one. Mistake on our part that we decided to place it online and secondly split a single pizza. Upon delivery this is how the pizza arrived, not split but missing half the toppings / sauce as well. When we called the manager he said they don't accommodate split pizza anymore, they didn't bother explaining this prior to delivery. When we agreed to pay for the right order pizza again cause it was meant for my manager we were charged $20 for a small pizza, delivery ( 5 min drive 0.3 miles) and no courtesy from the manager - Kevin Bird to even apologize. Who in their right mind doesn't just add it to the $5.99 or more deal but place a separate order for a wrong pizza - charge $13.99 for it and then delivery again. Wow! So in order through the app, 50 minutes go by snd tracker says delivered. I don't see any food outside my house I didn't get anything now I'm calling Neighbours thinking they delivered to them by accident. Now I call the place (Dominoes) on hold 12 minutes then someone picks up and hangs up, called two more times and same. Now it's been 1 hour and 30 minutes. I drove up to dominoes there are two young kids there and I explain to them the situation. Tracker said delivered 30 minutes or so ago and have nothing. Now I've called three times and been hung up on and still on hold 19 minutes so far. Young kids are working hard trying to get it together there and they are scrambling I felt bad for them. There are 5 cars sitting outside dominoes waiting for their order I think not knowing somethings is going on. I ask the kid who's in charge and he said the GM is not there that and doesn't know where he is. He said he clocked out a few minutes ago and still helped me. Now I'm not sure how much time has gone by and no one knows where the GEneral manager is. My food is cold cause now it's been god knows how long. Had to reheat everything in my over when I got home from picking up my "Delivery" thanks to the guy that helped me forgot his name he did apologize 100 times. Was in the process of moving into a new house and just needed some quick food- ordered wings and a pizza from Domino's The on-line ordering system informed me that my address wasn't one they severed to (idiot program- you're 2 miles away) so I called. "Sure we deliver to your street! You're only 2 miles away" they said. "Ok. Great." I said. "Can I just place an order with you?" "Ohhhh. I'll just have to get someone that knows how to do that." He said. Order finally placed. 20 minutes later doorbell rings. Yay! Food! Driver friendly and quick! Yay! Tip applied. Pizza box looking kinda small. Awww. Wings looking like they were previously owned by a pigeon. Rubbery. No crispy-ness? Soo first time ordering from this dominos, recently moved here. Saw the reviews but decided to order anyways. They were quick and delivery was also quick. Pizza was as ordered. This is why I gave them a three. But the wings... I ordered bbq wings. What I received were wings with bbq sauce thrown on top of them... not even covered in bbq sauce. Guess they were in a rush? Place is pathetic. Walked in to place an order for carry out. Guy is scratching his head, barely paying attention to my order as I'm telling him what I want. Three times before he got it right. He takes the money, I tell him to keep the change. Came back in at the time he tells me, 15 minutes later, and the status board on the wall shows my order is ready...but there's nobody there. I can see the two pizzas (unboxed) laying there by the oven...5 minutes...no one there...finally, almost 10 minutes later, same guy that took the order emerges from the back adjusting his pants and still scratching his head...no mask, says "oh hey boss". He grabs the pizzas and I was so disgusted I walked out. The guy was absolutely filthy and disgusting. I didn't ask for a refund or anything. I really like this dominos!! Everyone is always very friendly. I've accidentally fallen asleep on the delivery driver before and they still deliver to my apartment for me. The food is always the same quality and they are very fast at delivering. The food always arrives hot and delicious! We've tried a lot of take out in the area and it usually takes so long for delivery and is always cold by the time it gets to us; but not from this dominos. I would recommend ordering from here for pizza. I especially love how late they are open when everything else is closed! The pizza topping prices are the cheapest around and they are pretty decently priced all around. I love their pizza! read more

Listen I am going to give credit where credit is due and this Domino's is the best! Everyone that works here is so friendly. One time I went in really late on a Saturday when my husband and I were jetlagged and they were getting calls left and right for deliveries. It just always looks like a happy environment in there and our order is always right and our pizza is always hot. I stopped on my way home from work last night. I order a medium pepperoni, a medium cheese, and a dessert. The only thing that tasted okay was the brownie. The pizzas had a weird taste to them, and the kids who normally gobble pizza up wouldn't eat them. The staff was friendly.
