Updating my review, the place has gotten drastically better. The pizza is always hot now, toppings are better, crust is better, even the chicken bites are better. The staff are a lot friendlier and they own up to their mistakes. They got an item wrong and made it again instantly without any issue, I didn't even get a chance to look at my order, I walked in to pick up and the said "we got it wrong. Sorry, we're making another, did you want to keep the incorrect one as well as the correct one?". Literally 10/10 service here. Out of 20 orders they messed up 1 order. read more

Example you order 24 pieces of chicken you might get 13 pieces and when you check, and confront them, they laugh hysterically. Dominos Pizza did my lil one and I a solid this afternoon. Prior to heading home my daughter decided she wants pizza so through the app I order carry out. We pick up the pie, arrive home and I drop it in our driveway. It's obvious, I must order another pie so I do. The app informs you when the order is ready, I walk in to Dominos upon notification. The young lady, behind the counter, informs me she tried calling and could not reach me. She cancelled the order believing it was a system error. I greatly appreciated her attempt to clarify. I ordered a pepperoni jalapeño pizza for my son I get there and they say it's not ready even though the app says my pizza is ready. They made my pizza with no jalapeños the proceed to put cold jalapeños on my pizza and tried to hold a box up so I couldn't see what they was doing while another worker tried to distract me. It wasn't until the viral Philly Cheesesteak came up on my FYP that I ever wanted to try Dominios Pizza. I have always been a round table or Zachary's pizza girl. Man oh man have I been missing out. Ordered delivery and the service was quick, pizza was delicious and hot. Last night I wanted to try more on the menu than just pizza. We tried to brownie cookies and the cheesy garlic bread. Food: 1/5 Second time now dining at this dominos location. Domino's is usually my favorite fast food pizza. I ordered a half bacon/half chicken think crust pizza with extra garlic parm sauce. The pizza itself seem really over cooked (crust couldn't be eaten), no way at all any taste of the garlic parm sauce, and for once, I actually thought this needed salt or some type of seasoning. For a fast food pizza, it needing salt? This was a first. Service: 2/5 I was greeted a few seconds in, yet no regard to napkins, paper plates etc. In fact, those working, completely ignored me until I waited at the cash register for about a minute. We've ordered pizza here before, for the most part, without issue however this time they put me on their spam list despite the fact I didn't sign up and make sure not to sign up. I do not have an account and do not want an account. Now I get spam every day from them. I have complained and emailed and everything. You can't call because their "customer service" number will not actually answer. You wait on hold, it tells you there are 12 people in front of you, then after 30 minutes they hang up. 3 times I was stupid enough to waste time on this phone number (and make sure you call Dominos, folks - there are a number of phone numbers listed out there that are just scam numbers). I'm sure the people at their "customer service" think it's hilarious to hang up on people waiting for 30 minutes and Dominos approves. I finally got someone to respond after emailing a number of upper management and he tells me to send a screenshot of the spam I'm getting. But he sends it from a "no reply" email and gives me a link to respond (not from an email I can respond to). Where does the link go? To a text box on their site that has zero to do with this guy. Can't attach a screenshot and me leaving a response there would not go to the guy responding to me email (see my screenshot) Be careful of this location folks. I placed an online order using the $7.99 coupon for a church event, as I needed to order 30 pizzas. When I completed the order, I noticed that I was overcharged. I called the store and asked to speak with the store manager, Parumjeet. An employee informed me that the manager would be available around 5:30 PM. When I called back, it took about 15 minutes to finally speak with the manager. Unfortunately, she was not helpful and stated that she could not do anything, was unaware of the deal, and advised me to contact the corporate online office to find out why the coupon did not apply. I was very upset that the store manager was unfamiliar with the promotion and unable to assist. As many other reviewers have mentioned, the staff at this site is rude and does not take responsibility for errors. I sat flashing my hazards, per their text instructions for carside delivery, right in front of their store for over 15 mins while the delivery driver and an employee walked back and forth to their cars on either side of me...and while my groceries were melting. No pizza after over 15 mins. I finally went in and the young Indian girl at the counter just said I should've used the app cuz they didn't hear a ring. No sorry. No refund for not meeting their 2 min carside delivery guarantee. I showed her the text instructions and showed her that I followed it exactly. She kept saying I should've used the app. The Indian male cook slammed his hand down, apparently trying to scare me into silence. Dumb! Poorest service ever and worst carside ever. How can you miss a car flashing right in front of your store when you know your text says to turn on hazards for carside...and the pizza you put on your done shelf (which makes you face me) says carside delivery? My last two experiences were horrible. 5/2/24 I placed my order via app and when I entered the store to pick up I see 5 employees doing various things. Finally after another min I asked if everything was okay and that I'm still waiting. The gentlemen cutting the pizzas asked my name. Turns out my pizzas were still in the oven, but a little communication goes a long way. 5/12/24 I placed my order via app and when I entered the store to pick up I see 2 employees. I stood at the counter for approx 30 secs before someone noticed me. The person cutting the pizzas asked my name. I gave it to her. She repeated it back and looked at the 3 already made pizzas. She asked my name again. I repeated. She looks again. She asked one more time my name. I say my name one more time. She said she doesn't see it and to wait. After 10 mins of waiting she asks my name again. I tell her and she said "oh it's right here". It was one of the 3 already prepared pizzas. I say to her why did I wait 10 mins if my pizza was done. She calls the other woman and tells her to 'deal with this asshole' in Spanish (I understand a lil Spanish) and leaves to the back. Hubbers and I had this bizarre taste for Domino's pizza. (Yeah, I know, there are better places out there, but it was just one of those moods we sorta had.) So, Hubbers took it upon himself to order for pick up. He went for a couple orders of wings as well. They've gotten expensive, eh?! What made it even worse is that they charge for dips! At $0.99/each! Seriously?! Those should come complimentary with wing orders! Lame... FOOD: 3. The pizza was great, but the wings could have been cooked a little longer. They were a little slimy (were they fried or baked, who knows?) SERVICE: 3. They said ready in 8-10 minutes, and I was there at allotted time but it wasn't ready for another 10 minutes. But they were hustlin' and they were friendly, so I'll give 'em that. VALUE: 2. Absolutely not worth it, even with the $5 coupon. And I'm really irked at being charged for the dip. Way to nickel-and-dime your customers, Dominos. PARKING: Shared with other businesses. Not a problem - tons of spots available. OVERALL: 2.75. I'm glad Hubbers and I rarely have a taste for Domino's. I'd hate to be disappointed each and every time. Last experience was not too bad possibly because I got a sandwich instead of a pizza, but this time it made sense why there were so many negative reviews on dominos in general. Ordered a large pepperoni extra mushroom with olive pizza. What's pictured shows what I was given when I showed up. Let me add my mom has to work in less than an hour and now she has to head back into the store just to get the toppings that we ordered on my pizza. Wasted almost an hour before work just to try and get my order correct which they had no problem whatsoever, correcting what they obviously did wrong. But that's not my point my time was wasted my mom almost got to work late she had about two minutes to clock in... Moral of the story I will be back for sandwiches and lava cakes because the lava cakes were absolutely delicious like always they are. They are a bit expensive when you order them in store instead of online, so I'd recommend you buy them online instead. The large pizza was also only supposed to be $11.99 but I'm looking on my receipt now and it says I paid $25.99. Check your receipts and your orders before you leave. Would recommend sweets and sandwiches, since this pizza experience was so hectic I couldn't see myself recommending you to go through the same thing. I was craving for pizza today. So I placed my order online on the domino website for pickup. Here are some of my thoughts: Food: I regret after I had my first bite. Their pizza is super thick, like putting sauce and cheese on top of a huge extra thick flatbread. It's very heavy and doughy. This makes each slice incredibly easy to fell apart. Most of the time, I was chewing on the bread without the toppings. Service: their website, their msg bot, and their individual store doesn't coordinate with each other. I ordered a carry out online. The site told me it's ready. While the bot didn't send me any message except the first one saying "we will send you more msg" later. When I got there, they said my order hasn't even started yet. And told me to wait for another 20 some minutes. So the corporate got to work on their tech if they're trying to do it. Finally, their card machine doesn't work, so either I let them key in everything or pay it in cash. It's weird when a pizza chain has only one credit card machine. I placed an order for a pie, after I gave the toppings I said I want thick crust, the person taking the order said you want thin crust, I said no I want thick, he said ok. When I went on line to track I saw it said thin I called back and told the same person it was wrong he said I made the mistake, and would have to pay extra for the correct one. I asked about a discount and was told no and that I would have to deal with customer support, I asked for his name and he hung up on me. This was the first time dealing with the Hercules store. Actually we had to call twice because we got hung up on the first time. After a bunch of stuttering like the guy was trying to figure out what to tell us, he said he'd void the order. If the system was truly down, that's one thing. But it said the order was prepped 45 min prior. They clearly knew who we were and were able to void the order.
