I'm sorry Dominos Hollister but there is a reason why you only have two and half stars. We ordered two pizzas via their app on our way back home. We go there I tell the girl it's a pick up for Nick, she screamed...for ICK? I said uh yeah ..Nick. When I went to pay the system wasn't taking my card. They kept saying it's my card I told them can't be, I use it like 5 times a day...I tried again, nothing. I tried another card, same thing, again their system declined it. I was beginning to wonder ... I used a third card it went through. Pizza was ok, nothing special it's Domino's - you're having it if you're super hungry and need food in a pinch. After I was looking at my accounts, all transactions went through. Great. Now I have to sit there and call each one and try to get them to void it. It's not something I need to be wasting time with. If in Hollister, just go to Round Table..at least they're honest and much better pizza. read more

Not sure why Domino's gets a bad rap. Everytime I order from here, the pizza is fresh and delicious. The price cannot be beat. Especially if you are comparing it to the medieval pizza which I will not name. Now mind you, I am not a cheapskate. I don't mind paying for really good food. The problem is that other pizza isn't really better than Domino's and the price is 4 times the price of Domino's. No thanks. The app told me that my pizza tonight was prepared by Kristiana. If I could rate at 0 stars I would. Ordered my pizza for carry out at 6pm for 7 pm, I get here and they don't have my order ready saying they never received anything despite me showing the charges/address and order. They tell me to come back in 20 minutes ; I came back and nothing yet, there were 8 people in the kitchen some of them in their phones laughing and other people there waiting for their order. Store is clean, sometimes the employees are blasting music way too loud. The pizza is decent, but there's nothing outstanding about it. What did stand out to me on multiple occasions when ordering from here is their deliberately rude manager. I believe her name is Janice. No idea why or how she is a manager. We are STUNNED at how awesome Domino's Pizza is now!! You're our new favorite local pizza restaurant, even over Mountain Mike's and Round Table, (which says a lot.) Today I went in after a beautiful day with my family to get my 6-year-old son stuffed crust pizza. I asked for a large and was told they cannot make large stuffed crust pizzs to which I politely replied, "That's okay, I'll take a medium stuff crust pizza." I also asked for a marbled cake. When it was time for me to get my order they realized they had forgot to charge me for the marbled cake and told me to come back. The male employee seemed visibly upset but I assumed it was with his fellow employee. I still remained extremely polite and kind. I came back, got the marbled cake which they did give me for free and came home. Once I got home and opened the pizza it was not in fact a stuffed crust pizza. I called back and said I would return the pizza if they could please replace it with the right one that I paid for. When I got back I was met with extreme hostility especially when I told them I wanted a refund for the $5 tip I had initially left. I was then asked for the marble cake back. I left it at home and stated I would pay for it since I was there and left it at home. No big deal. There was a Mexican woman that appeared to be a manager whom was extremely rude and when I pointed out that she didn't need to be hostile, she said in a hostile manner "No one's being hostile sir" which made me laugh and I left. I'm a God fearing man, especially when people are being mean. I just don't understand how a business can be so rude and disrespectful to a paying customer who was still trying to be kind despite the mishaps. We're humans and we all make mistakes but they need to learn and practice grace. Rather than replace my stuffed crust pizza, they decided to give me a full refund instead. Hit and miss. Mostly miss. Pizza dough is somehow always undercooked in the middle, cut really uneven and just always really bland tasting. Idk what the issue is? False advertising on the app of store hours for pickup till 11:00pm on Friday and Saturday. Also the employee admitted to false advertising and he told me to report it to corporate. They also seem to close whenever they feel like. Quite a few times the store has closed 30-45 minutes before the advertised hours. read more

Ok, I have never been a Dominos fan. I just believe there is better pizza. However, this experience today was awesome. First off, I order extra olives on my pizza and RARELY, when I order from here do I get more than a sprinkle. Well today my pizza was PERFECT. Also our delivery driver was so nice! I report this pizza joint with a heavy heart. I love dominos pizza! It's just this place needs to focus more on food production and less on social media. I have been here NUMEROUS times over the years and always see the employees playing with their phones and inevitably, my order 8times out of 10 is wrong! In regards to COVID protocols, just park out front and look through the window and you will see employees without masks and masks pulled down around their chins. I usually love Domino's but my recent order was awful. I ordered a medium pizza, half with extra mushrooms, half with spinach, extra mushrooms and no cheese (for the lactose intolerant one). The hand tossed crust seemed quite thin and couldn't hold the weight of the cheese and not so extra mushrooms. The side without cheese was especially floppy, but not in a good NY style pizza way. The oily stuff they use to brush the edges of the crust was excessively salty and served no purpose other than to make the crust greasy. I would have given this a 1-star rating but the pasta we ordered was pretty good. read more

Ordered a sandwich tonight with a dessert brownie and waited over an hour for my order to be delivered. When the delivery driver showed up (short/older man, darker skin, glasses) I gave him my money and he didn't even offer to give me my change. When I did ask for my change he rolled his eyes, gave me a dollar back and left. Didn't say anything to me. I found it very rude. I believe the pizza tracker said his name was Luis and he drove a white SUV. but the worst part: when I went to eat my brownie dessert it was completely BURNT and inedible. I am 4 months pregnant and this was a major craving, and I was very disappointed that I couldn't even indulge in this dessert. Terrible. read more

Where to start.. First off this place has a serious sanatary problem. When i viseted the supervisor looked like he just got out of bed. He looked unprofessional with his hair all over the place. One of the young girls was sitting on baggs of flour playing on her phone all while the other young ladie was fixing her long hair. The supervisor cheching his phone every other minute. Then walks to the sink to get tissue, then blows his nose and doesnt wash his hands.No one had gloves. I was sure they were going to wash their hands before cutting my pizza but no... Worst service ever... Always use online ordering... ETA usually between 20-35 minutes but takes 1- 1.5 hours. Food arrives cold or wrong. Always inconsistent. Once the manager blamed the fact that he hires high schoolers and there wasnt really much he could do about it. I ordered a gluten free pizza a few weeks ago for my friend. Drove to the store (after waiting the 20 minute wait time), paid with my credit card and the guy said " oh, we were out of gluten free crust so we made it on regular. Hope thats ok".
