I was prepared to spend $77 on this order, and the least I expected was the professional courtesy of a phone call to explain the situation and offer an apology, even if the staff was busy or unable to fulfill the order. Simply canceling an order without any communication demonstrates a strong lack of respect for customers and their time. Because of how this was handled, I will not be returning, nor can I recommend this establishment to others. Strong customer service is about communication and accountability, and unfortunately, this experience fell far short of those expectations.

The girl at the register was super friendly and helpful, and the whole team just seemed on it. We were honestly blown away by how fast everything came out.
