I'm impressed by this Dominos pizza. This one is huge with dining booths inside have a drive through pick up window to get your order. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch sandwich, and it did look a little crispy. The bread was super fluffy, and the chicken pieces were a good size. So they delivered the order to the wrong address or something, then one of the staff members was insanely rude when I went there in-person to see what was up and offered to wait for a new order and carry it out (they turned that down, telling me their online tracker didn't actually work and the order just hadn't been delivered yet). I wasn't all that passionate about it, so I left and just got my family food elsewhere. Later, once it was very clear that the order wasn't coming, I called and asked that I be refunded. The lady I spoke to was super polite about it and said that'd be no problem, but then failed to actually process the refund. So at this point I guess I've just been robbed. Just picked up our pizza and got it home and it was truly disgusting to look at. The pizza was way overcooked and the crust was so thin, and the grease was everywhere. This is the second time in a row we got our pizza there and it was way overcooked. We will never be back. The manager needs to earn their wage and manage the employees better! We pulled up in the drive thru to pickup our pizza that was announced done a handful of min prior, we were behind 1 other car and after waiting for several min. a pile up of cars started behind us. The car in front had not been greeted or anything after 15 min waiting in that line the window opened to get the first cars info and hand her pizza out after she drove off the line went by very quickly as if they completely forgot to check the cameras to see they had a lot of customers waiting for a prolonged period of time that wasn't acceptable. Food is 10/10! Its quick within maybe 20 minutes or so, Delivery drivers are good, I haven't been inside the new location so I can't say about the ambiance. I reccomend if you like pizza, You need the chocolate lava crunch cakes. They are so good, eat it while warm though, aren't as good cold. read more

I waited until my anger died down to post this... On March 11th, I had family up from Oregon to celebrate my birthday. They arrived hungry, so we ordered pizza. We ordered $60 worth of pizza, and waited, and waited... Finally I got an angry call from the driver who yelled at me "you didn't answer the door, so your pizza is outside" then hung upon me. SHE DELIVERED IT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS, THEN WAS RUDE WITH ME...? I called Domino's and talked to manager. She had to verify with the driver that this happened. So... we waited again for another round of pizza. Then they made another order and sent that out. This all took over an hour and a half. You know how the "made this right"??? They waived a 2nd delivery charge. That's it. I still paid $60 for bad service and rudeness. Also - Hoquiam's rudest pizza delivery person got a nice fat tip- as we tip well. They ruined our evening. I ordered a pizza online at 5:28 my Domino's tracker said my pizza was ready at 6:01. I was in the lobby waiting and questioned it and was told that the tracker isn't accurate. At 6:15 I asked for the manager. The manager was extremely rude and told me "she could either cook pizzas or talk to me what did I want". I finally got my pizza at 6:32. No offer to make the wait right. After all that when I got home and looked my pizza was wrong. I called and asked to talk to the manager I was told she was to busy to talk. I let the person on the phone know the problem and they said "well it's going to take over an hour and a half to redo it. I don't care how cheap your pizza is, how many coupons you offer or how much you advertise... if there's nobody there to take my order I'm going somewhere else. Used to be my favorite place to get pizza but the last two times it has been less then subpar not sure what's going on but when I order a Hawaiian I would like canadian bacon and pineapple on the entire pizza not just bits and pieces here and there. For a locally owned franchise I would expect better quality control it has definitely gone down hill recently and I drive from Montesano to Hoquiam just for their pizza but probably not anymore. They double charged my card, then when I called to get it fixed they told me they didn't have a manager on and couldn't fix it. I had to contact my bank to get the second charge dealt with. Then when my food arrived it was either over or under cooked. There are more than enough pizza places on the harbor, this one should be skipped over. read more

Excellent Pizza! I have become a crispy thin crust fanatic and theirs are the best I've had. Prices are reasonable. They have stuffed bread that is superb! The only problem for me is I live exactly one mile outside the city limits (on the highway) and they will not deliver to my house. They have always been very friendly and now you can watch them make your pizza. read more

I've ordered from dominoes multiple times, most of the times I've ordered from them they're slammed but they've managed to get my order right every time! Great job. Only once they forgot to bring out my 2 liter so I came back because it was carry out, I called in and told the guy I had forgot it and whoever picked up the phone was kind of rude, but I didn't pay much mind to it. Hopefully that one guy was just having a bad day. This time I ordered I did delivery and I left special instructions to draw smiley faces on the box and they actually went through with it! So I called Friday PM miffed that their on-line system wasn't working, and I was going to miss the discount price. The young man who answered the phone was polite, helpful, and provided me with other discount options - and helped me order two pizzas! I was very pleased. I had just spent over 5 hours waiting in the ER at HRH for an X-ray for my disabled husband, so not having to cook anything at that house was sooooo important. One of the friendliest cashiers I have met in a fast food restaurant works here. I don't know his name, I wish I did, he looks like one of our American Indian brothers (so you know who he is), and he is cool and kind. Ordered a medium pizza - he told me with a friendly smile large pizza would cost me less after tax and gladly offered chilli flakes and dip for free, domino's here actually sells it for a dollar. The service was good, all food instructions were followed and pizza was ready quickly. The location was clean and had parking. I would request the management to have a table or two in the restaurant, so people could eat their carry-out there if they wished to do so. read more

Ordered a pizza there recently and it was very bad tasting like the meat was sour. I called to complain and was told that could not be possible because they have been getting their meats from the same place for over 20 years and they always arrive fresh. Ordered pasta with marinara sauce, mushrooms and beef in it. We had it delivered and the pizza was ok but the pasta was disgusting. The bottom and sides were burned and blackened and the mushrooms were raw and not cooked at all and the sauce and pasta were ice cold. You would think it would have been really hot with it being burnt to a crisp on the bottom and sides but it wasn't even Luke warm. Definitely won't be ordering that again Well it's now July 18th and still haven't heard a peep from them. I order from Domino's more often than not. Of all the chains in the area, it is certainly the best. With that said, the pizza isn't amazing, but it's certainly tasty. It's also consistently has the best deals you'll find. My biggest quandary is deciding whether I need to tip, since there's already a delivery charge. Wondering about this, I asked my driver and he explained that they only see a dollar from each delivery for gas. My question is where is the rest of the money going? The service is always great, the manager is awesome, and so are the employees. The biggest major issue I have is that there is no delivery to Cosmopolis. It's so disappointing that they'll deliver 20 feet within Aberdeen's city limits, so close to Cosi, but won't deliver another 20 feet to the first block of Cosi. It's ridiculous. My two options are either to drive a half hour to Hoqiuam just to get my pizza, or call Pizza Hut (which I'd prefer not to at all costs). I'd be more than happy to pay an extra fee or what have you, but it just bites. read more

The tracker has, multiple times, said my food arrived nearly 45 minutes before it actual arrived. When the food finely does show up, it's lukewarm, at best. I have t say. Domino's has stepped up it's game. I boycotted Domino's for nearly 12 years because it was disgusting and mostly fake. After the revamp to it's current menu choices I tried it out to be fair. Major league now to pull me back in after all that time!! Well done. I wish I could give them a lower rating to the Hoquiam dominos there mistake in making my order and the nastiness of there female manager I have allergies to certain foods and the where put on my pizza I didn't inspect the pizza and just bit into it causing me hives and severe itchiness. We called that night and was told since I couldn't eat the pizza and didn't want it replaced that night we would receive a coupon in the mail for our next order 3 weeks goes by and we never received it we call in and talk to the female manager explaining what happened and what we where told she tells me there is nothing she can do about in a very nasty tone. I am very upset with they way I was treated and know refuse to eat here. I have worked in restaurants and I know people are nasty but management needs to curb there attitude when talking to customers I was not nasty to her until the end when she was done being mean. read more
