It's a chain pizza shop so what can I say. Actually, the pizza is very good. I love death by pizza. That pizza is super packed with stuff and very heavy. Prices aren't exactly cheap but what is nowadays. Delivery is always fast. I've never actually eaten inside the restaurant so I can't tell you about the atmosphere. Had great pizza here tonight. Friend and I shared two mediums, the Hawaiian version and a pep with shrooms. Tasty sauce, great crust, fresh and seasoned toppings baked well with the cheese perfectly done. Dined in. Saw on the receipt a note about $1 of the delivery fee goes to the drivers. Plenty of tables. Friendly group working. Cards, crayons and board games are out. Small room with a couple arcade games; couple were unplugged or out of service. Beer is available and 2 liters of pop. Seating area needs some paint and a good scrub and the soda fountain was flat or out on 3 different flavors. Food is great. Service is meh - went there a few months back and handed the cashier a $20 and enough coins to get back even bills. Instead of giving back correct change he pocketed the coins. It was just a few coins but still, theft/ dishonesty is not a good look. Will only ever eat here if I get an amazing coupon because otherwise the price is way too high. read more

I was traveling through the area and I saw the big Westside Pizza sign was open. I decided to go in and see how the food was and I do not regret that decision at all. From ordering the pizza at the counter to sitting down only took about 10-15 mins for it to are which was awesome!! The pizza was really delicious, the crust had a good texture to it unlike some other pizza places. The wings were amazing and tasted even better! Only thing I wish was different was the wings being a little bigger in size but none the less still good! read more

How unprofessional and after reading of their poor sanitation practices I won't be ordering from them anymore. Their pizza isn't all that great. When we ordered 4 medium pizzas, there was a long pause and then he said "I've just been informed we're closing."...Needless to say, they didn't take our order. Listed hours are until 9pm, and when we drove by at 8:30 the doors were locked and there were employees behind the counter not doing a damn thing. I ordered a pizza and salad for delivery at 5:15 this evening. My card was charged and my order number was 82. No specific delivery time was included in the order confirmation. When my pizza had not arrived by 6:52, I called and was advised that they were short staffed (not my problem), the person apologized and advised that they were starting my order and it would be about 40 minutes. I waited until a few minutes after 8:00 and called again. Once again I was told about their staffing issue and that I could come get the pizza, but it was going to be another 30 minutes. I advised that I preferred delivery and would wait. At 8:50 got yet another call telling me that they had run out of pizza dough. Then the "manager" got on the phone and told me they had dough, but it would be at least another hour. I explained that it was no longer necessary and to refund my money. I guess it is a good thing their competitors deliver, because I don't care how good their pizza is, I will never do business with them again. If I could rate them zero I would. read more

It took nearly an hour for my order to be delivered. The delivery driver was very pleasant and apologized, but still an hour? I had ordered a salad, a Hawaiian Pizza and a raspberry dessert pastry. The pizza and pastry were very over cooked. The crust on the pizza was hand tossed, but so crunchy, it was difficult to eat. Also was bitter to taste. The dessert pastry was inedible. We had to throw it away. It was straight up blackened/burned. I didn't ask for a refund, because I sent the pizza with my daughter to feed her friends, that I knew would eat it, after a night out. I ordered 3 pizzas, all were cold by the time the delivery driver got there, an hour after I placed the online order. The thin crust pizza was nearly burnt with very hard on the edges. Regular pan crust was flavorless and chewy. The cheese sticks I ordered were also cold and the cheese was a thin hard layer. I'll be going back to Dominos Pizza. First things first , John is freakin AWESOME. We came in right at opening and ordered 21 pizzas. John was alone , we like to use our money at locally owned businesses but because of him being alone we considered going elsewhere. John informed us that he could have all these pizzas done in about 30 minutes. I'm thinking yeah right dude your alone but whatever I like your confidence. I just got asked if I want to pay an extra fee for them taking the risk to delivery me my pizza on top of my delivery fee and so I told them if they expect me to tip them for bringing my pizza I should have them tip me for taking my pizza because I'm taking the same risk. I was in town a couple days and everyone I spoke to said "Best pizza in town" .They were right.I live in King County and it's virtually impossible to find a pie on par .The staff was awesome, I got a medium pizza with a killer crust, replete with fresh ingredients tons of cheese (the way I like) and an enormous salad for a song. This is by far the best pizza in town! The location also has a great family environment and is very fun for kids. The pizza is far superior to any typical chain restaurant and the staff was very friendly. The building was extremely clean, it looked almost brand new. The salad my wife got was excellent as well. Some friends recommended this place as it is fairly new in town and delivers to where we live(no other pizza places deliver this far out of town-6 mi.). I had built my own pizza online, which was a MEDIUM(smallest) w/some extras that came to about $23! I wasn't sure my order got placed as I stopped in the middle and it timed out so I called them on phone and had him enter same order. It now came to $29 and change. I questioned if that was correct and he mentioned there is delivery charge($6-??). I thought, okay that's a lot but I'm hungry and they can't possible expect a tip on top of that, asssuming the delivery chg. would cover it. When they guy brought it, he actually mentioned something about being able to sign the cc reciept & put a tip on it for me...I said that I always tip generously, but felt it was already in the total($30 for a medium!!!). I got slight attitude and almost changed my mind and had him wait while i looked for some cash but though, no way. I can get the same pizza for 7.99 + tax($10 & chg.) @ Domino's and they are comparable in quality. The pizza was good, but the price is beyond rediculous. Back to Dominos...sorry read more
