Ordered on line the ExtravaganZZa with mozzarella stuffed crust. Excellent pizza. Ordering on line was easy. Went through the drive up and the girl could have had a smile on her face but didn't. Pizza gets 5 stars, staff gets 4 stars for not smiling. Shop was not busy at 11:30 am. Outside of the building is clean but the parking area to get to it has huge pot holes, so be careful. Management should ask the property owner to fix the parking lot. read more

message intact: I don't usually leave negative reviews, but I feel this is necessary in hopes the issues can be addressed. My husband and I have been ordering from this Domino's location for quite a while, and until recently, the pizza has always been hot, delicious, and cooked perfectly. A couple of weekends ago, we placed an order (asking for it well done), and it arrived undercooked in the middle. We called the store, and to their credit, they made it right and gave us a credit for a future order. Tonight, we decided to use that credit. Since you have to call in to redeem it, we did--and again, we specifically requested the pizza well done. It arrived hot but unfortunately, once again, raw in the middle. We're really disappointed. This used to be our go-to Domino's because the quality was consistently great. Something has clearly changed--whether it's a new oven, new management, or just rushing orders out too quickly. Whatever it is, it's affecting the food quality, and we won't be ordering from this location again for a while. I don't mind waiting a little longer if it means getting a properly cooked pizza. First off I want to say our delivery driver was so nice and friendly! But our pizza crust was so hard on top I actually thought it was cheese and realized it wasn't it was just the crust, there was hardly any sauce , my drinks were very warm and instead of icing for my cinnamon pretzel sticks I got ranch. read more

So I just ordered chicken Alfredo and I asked for extra sauce, I was okay to pay extra if need to be. When the delivery lady came she was confused on whose order was whose, and I opened my food and it was burn and dry no sauce just pasta burnt to the tin foil, I asked if there was someway to get it fixed and she told me "no, I just deliver so you deal with it with them,". Ordered a pasta meal. First the cooks were not wearing gloves while preparing food. Seemed to not have any respect for the meals made before my order. When I got home with my meal that cost short of $7 dollars and opened it, it was less than half full and I had to search or the few pieces of chicken that they put in it. I waited in line for 10 minutes on the drive thru on a single vehicle.. waited at the window for 5 minutes and no one bothered to even look at me.. proceeded to park and get down. Once down everyone seemed to noticed my presence but still received no greeting or anything like such.. once employee who was on his phone for more that 5 mins finished his call I simply asked for a refund where that also took over 10 mins.. no food and no receipt of refund either.. employees here are a joke. I ordered delivery tonight through the app and none of it was made properly. Both pizzas came without ordered toppings, pizza was burnt, pasta primavera was ordered with no mushrooms due to allergy and it came with mushrooms. I called and explained the situation and was placed on hold for over 10 minutes. Someone picked up the phone and asked if I was ordering delivery or carry out. When I said I had been placed on hold over 10 minutes ago after calling about an incorrect order, I got a very nasty attitude from the employee who said it would be over an hour until the proper food could be here meanwhile the food was here within 25 minutes of the first order. I will not be ordering again after the disrespect I encountered from the person who answered the phone. read more
