i order buy one get one free, gave my address, name, phone number, i gave my order, the person who took my order did not give me a time, so i gave my phone to my teenage son, after an hour i took my phone and noticed i had 5 missed calls from one number, so i called that number back, it was the delivery man who told me he came to my home but no one answer he gave the address, it was the wrong address so i gave the delivery man my address, a half hour later i got my pizzas, they were ice cold, i did not mind the time it took, i do mind the ice cold pizza, so i called in, and i spoke to the owner, by his choice, the owner asked me what do i want him to do about it, i told him i order hot pizza, i want hot pizza, the owner told me i gave them the wrong address, i reminded him no i did not, then the owner told me he tried to call me from his cell phone, from the store phone, and even the delivery guy tried to call me, if you have notice only one number called me, so the owner lieing, i called him out on that, the owner told me there is nothing he can do with a nasty voice, i told him i could do something put up the truth reviews, the owner with a nasty voice asked me if i am threating him, as i laughed asking how i am threating him, he said " by shutting down my business" i just laughed, i put up a yelp review big surprised it went to a business in calif, the owner from this business said gee glad i do not own that one, so everyone, this monster pizza does not care about you, does not care your pizza, he is nasty, only cares about money and claims if you disagree with him, you are threating him, lol, do not waist your money, so sad, i use to get monster pizza every week, since 03,,, i rather pay more and go some where else which the place cares about you, and if there is a mistake they will fix, this guy does not give a poo read more

rude drivers, the driver banged on my door when I asked for no contact and I left them a tip already. I should have requested my money back. I don't feel comfortable ordering from there anymore. It was very triggering when the driver was so aggressive it scared me and felt very threatening ( I have serve PTSD and mental health issues I'm really scared for my life now). I will not go into the store I feel uncomfortable. The food is fine I guess.. I'm just very frightened now. They report any negative feed back so be careful, please. It would be a good idea to listen to your consumers on these matters because everyone is different. I ask for no contact because I cannot deal with the public due to my PTSD. I still feel really scared, and I have nightmares about the guy banging on my door trying to break in and hurt me. They don't seem to respect peoples privacy at all.
