Service is so horrible have teenagers working staying on their phones , hair not in hairnets seeing blonde hair all over the counter , can't get order right forgetting items and when reminded acted like you never ordered it and on top of that it was the worker who took my order in a empty restaurant , $8 for a lettuce only and 4 small tomatoes for a salad you could get at Walmart for $2 for a extra $10 you can get cheese and croutons and bacon bits added. Food and crumbs all over the floor can guarantee they have been there for at least a week since nobody eats inside anymore. I'm honestly surprised by some of the other reviews, because my experience here was fantastic! From the moment we walked in we were warmly greeted, and the place was clean. We ordered 2 slices one pepperoni and one supreme, they came out hot and fresh and it was delicious. (They were also huge!) For the quality and the size of the slice, the price was more than fair as well... They also offer delivery, which is a huge plus and I'd definitely recommend supporting this spot over the big chain pizzerias. Worst Food Ever! Have been having a lot of problems with this place. Either the order is wrong, your pizza is curled in the box because they made it too big and the service, horrible! Tonight, I got sent up there to get a calzone and it was horrible! They had only put five pepperoni and five green peppers in the calzone. There was so much ricotta cheese in the calzone to use in three calzones. He also got a salad, nothing but a joke! Tonight, I didn't bother calling them because every time you do, you get a smart remark and it's ran by young kids who don't care about quality or about how they make your food. I'm from New York and I'll say this is the closest thing to new york style pizza. The Pizza held up on its own and didn't bend when I picked it up. The customer service was great. Also all you can eat pizza for like $12 a person. You Can't beat that. read more

I love eating here when it's dine in but this is the second time I've ordered online for delivery and been disappointed. After my initial order at 6:31, I followed up with a phone call at 724 inquiring about my order. After speaking with a cashier that didn't know if they were doing deliveries or not, then she told me it was on the way then again that it wasn't even cooking yet because their driver was not back from a prior delivery. I gladly said okay and gave it another 30 minutes. Then called back to inquire as the status and was told that it was cooked and waiting in the driver but that the 40 minute wait time initially stated on their website should have never been on there for me to see and they shouldn't be showing times to anyone. Even our simple request to add black olives on a slice of already made pepperoni pizza. We Ordered Pizza and a cheese burger with French fries! 45 minute delivery! Our food was delivered in the allotted time! Sadly we got the wrong pizza and chicken wings! We called and the manager who kindly said we would be sent the correct order! A few minutes later a delivery person knocked on the door and asked for the wrong pizza and chicken wings back! Fail....on every level. We ordered a small pizza with garlic knots and a cannoli. The order was 20 mins late and we were missing part of the order. Called them back and received the rest of the order an hour later. However upon returning the driver says, you had garlic knots. Yes we did but we didn't receive the cannoli. Oh....yeah that's what it is. WTF? Trying to branch away from chains and should have known better. At least with a chain they have corporate offices that will ensure their stores do the simplest of tasks. Oh well. Pizza Hut from now on. Upon my review I was contacted by the manager. He apologized for the mistakes and offered to comp a future order. Not only is this classy from a business but it is greatly appreciated. Food is good, large portions. Employees? Beyond rude. I'd by-pass delivery drivers and pick up. Business doesn't accept tips on credit cards, so if you do get delivery and have no cash prepare yourself for the attitude. Also, make sure to have a pen to sign your slip because the driver sure won't, and will ::sigh:: super loud to let you know what a mistake you made by not having it handy for him. UPDATED: They have also cut the portion sizes of the meat for subs and doubled up on the crappy water logged iceburg lettuce. We did take out from here for the first time and they screwed up the order, which we discovered once we got home. I called and the pizza I ordered was still there and they bothered to ask if I was going to bring the pizza they gave me back: "Are you really going to serve it to another customer?" Main reason for 4 stars and not 5 is because the meatballs tasted pre-packaged , not homemade, and the wait for pizza slices that just needed to be re-heated in the oven took forever. I've been ordering pizza from Michaelangelos for about a year (as long as I have lived here) and have appreciated their crust, their liberal use of toppings and their friendly service. I decided to post on yelp tonight because WE made a mistake and placed (and paid for) an online order for the wrong Michaelangelo's location. When I arrived to pick up the pizza and it wasn't there, they suggested I check the online order. As soon as we discovered it was at another location they told me not to worry "we will make what you ordered and you don't have to pay for it here." Being a native New Yorker, I'd just about sworn off trying new pizza joints. Especially when visiting places like North Carolina that aren't necessarily known for pizza. However, we met some fellow campers and they had a hankering for a pizza pie. I'd already settled on whipping up tuna quinoa avocado bowls. But, we figured why not. As is usually the case when I eat out, we arrived completely famished. Two large (20") pies were in order to feed all the adults and children. We were pleasantly surprised. The pizza was quite tasty. A bit salty, but flavorful (minus the sodium overload). I believe it was the cheese or possibly the sauce they used that may have caused this. It did not appear to be added salt. Easily remedied. Hubby likes his crust a bit more well done as well. True pizza lovers know what I mean about that crisp bottom and dark/ almost black marks from a good bubbly pie. The staff were all very courteous and pleasant. I take off one star for the salty cheese and the fact that they didn't bring our huge pies to our table. They had us get up to retrieve it over the counter. No Bueno. Hey guys you got a 20% tip, what's up with the customer labor? Fix that and you'll get four or more stars from us. If I could leave less than 1 star I would. Unfortunately, they continue to lower the standard. We've been ordering from them for years, and as of tonight, no more. We ordered, they said 30 minutes. We get there at 40 min and they haven't put the pizza in the oven. At the 55 min point, We brought it home- the Stromboli's were Luke warm and the pizza undercooked.
