Ordered a large pepperoni for my son a few weeks ago. Was told it would take about 20 minutes. When I got there, they had no record of my order. They kept asking me if I called a different store. After I showed them on my phone that this was the store I called, they checked their records and after some time, came out to tell me that I supposedly told them to void my order because I was coming from Palm Desert and it was too far. ????????? I literally live half a mile away and the words 'Palm Desert' never left my mouth. What should have taken 20 minutes took almost an hour. I sat outside in the hot sun watching as others who came after me got their orders and left. To add to their unprofessionalism, they refused to give me a phone number to their corporate office. Best I could get was an online email. I've sent several emails which are form emails. I can't even type what I want. Not once have these emails ever asked me what the problem was. I have left my phone number numerous times and not once has anyone called me. I get a generic email apologizing for my troubles and offering me a coupon. This problem was about a month ago and despite regular emails from me, they still haven't looked into my issue. Any time I see a business that has a website but no phone number, that tells me that they don't care about their customers. And this location is clearly the worst. They have lost my orders several times, given my order to the wrong person, and always deny any wrong doing. In all fairness, the manager I spoke with was very professional, even when I wasn't. What he needs is more training for his staff, because trust me, if you eat there long enough, they WILL screw up your order. Oh, and interestingly enough, since I contacted corporate via email, I have been swamped with email offers from Dominos. Talk about a kick in the ass. Worthless company. read more

Probably the most tasteless pizza I've every had in my life. Paper thin cheese and sauce. Cheaper than round table but its worth the extra money. Never again at this location. The owner of this franchise needs to pull his head out of his a$$ and make some changes. read more

Just had my pizza delivered and this is the 3rd time in a row it has been wrong. I order a simple 2 topping pizza and it always is wrong.

This was my first experience using online ordering for this location. The driver delivered our order with two items missing. We made a call to report this issue and the customer service was rude and blameful. They were saying it was our fault for leaving it at the store when we went for pick-up. After the second time the deliver came to our home, we had received the meal made incorrectly. By this time our friends and family were hungry and had disregarded the mess up. I did not get to eat that evening because it had meats when i asked for no meats. Thanks for the horrible service Domino's please hire qualified representatives to serve your pizza. read more

My family and I ordered pizza at 12:09am midnight and the pizza did not get here until 1:10am!! The pizza was cold and it had no taste. The employee said that they had bigger orders before ours which i would understand since it is coachella fest weekend. But the pizza was not even near to being warm. read more

I work at a local-owned business nearby and we order from domino's pretty often, like multiple times a week. I ordered our usual order and when our delivery driver (who has been here many times before) came to drop off our food he had me sign the receipt as per usual but yelled "no tip?" And I replied "No I'm sorry this is not my card" to he then yelled again: "so you're not gonna give a tip?" And I replied "no I'm sorry if this was my card I would, but this is my managers card and I can't put other charges on it without her knowledge" so then he grunted and yelled "mhmm. ugh whatever it's fine" then stormed out. I understand the value of tips, I've been there and worked in the industry and maybe he was having a rough day. But getting pissed off because of no tip is not okay. What was I supposed to do? Add another charge onto my bosses card without her consent?? I don't think so, even if it was a couple bucks. We then discovered one of our pizzas wasn't cut which was just the cherry on top. I used to love getting Dominos for dinner when I wanted something quick and easy, but that is about to change. The last 3 times I have gone in there around this time I have gotten nothing but really bad customer service. I would order and the cashier would give me an attitude about things or walk away from me when I was ordering and not come back. Today really pushed the limit, I went in and was asking about some specials and the cashier kept trying to change my order into a large instead of a medium, I was also asking about some toppings and the cashier just walked away from the register. About 5 minutes later the "manager" comes up and asks if I've been helped and I said that I was being helped but the cashier walked away from me and decided to do a delivery instead; the manager was also giving me an attitude and not listening to anything I was saying because they were too busy paying attention to their coworkers and laughing. I finally was able to get my order done and they told me it would be 15 minutes. Waited 30 minutes and still nothing. Have to find a new pizza place to stop for dinner on the lazy days. read more

Really disappointed with the service. When you order online and do curbside pick up it ask for your vehicles information so an associate can know what car to take it to. Once the tracker states that your order is complete it ask to click HERE when you are parked in front of the store also to turn on your hazard lights on. So I did as instructed online and my order was ready but was sitting at the store getting cold because apparently I was also supposed to call the store. After waiting about 20 minutes I called the store and the associate that answered the phone told me that I was supposed to call or how did I expect for them to know I was here to pick up my order. I suggested to her that they should re write the instructions online because there was three other cars waiting for as long as I was doing the same thing and she said well they need to call or else we won't know they are here too. Honestly it is sad to see that one other employee kept on going outside and noticed us waiting with our hazard lights on and not bringing to anyone's attention. Okay so we ordered a couple pizzas from this place, I guess the dominos pizza closer to where I live has a power outage so this dominos was the only one accepting orders in my area. I had no idea because when I called & asked to speak to the manager after an hour of waiting, she very rudely kept cutting me off "Ok well your food is on it's way already, what you do you want from us!?" I believe her name was Bertson, or Britzen. Not too sure. I ended up getting the discount but after waiting another 20 minutes, after my food was on "it's way", I called again. This time my boyfriend spoke bc I was about to go crazy if I had to talk to the manager again. Another worker picked up and I think his name was Isidrum, I'm really not sure how to spell it. Sorry! Hehe but he was so helpful and polite. He actually explained what was going on with the dominos closer to my house. Had she explained and been less rude I would've understood. He guaranteed us free food, which I really appreciate! Thank you Isidrum! You should be the manager. Very fair & professional. read more
