First time at a Jersey Mike's ever! Service was friendly. Staff was helpful. Restaurant looked fairly clean but they could've used more help. Only 3 people working on a Friday late afternoon. My husband enjoyed his Philly and I liked the Chicken Philly. Prices are a tad high but I'd likely be back. Employee attempted to cut every single pickle, banana pepper, and string of onion (individually) with the board scraper, not even a proper cutting tool. Disgusting. I understand preparing sandwiches might be too challenging for some (most certainly this individual) but unfortunately I do not feel as though I should've had to wait 45+ minutes for two sandwiches while also attempting to train staff/employee in appropriate food safety and handling etiquette. Do not go at lunchtime or even order for pick-up. The store cannot handle how busy they get. I made the unfortunate decision to order for pick-up and ended up with sandwiches that sat for at least 20 min on their back counter instead of calling out my name or placing them on the pick-up counter. The sad thing is that mine was not the only order just sitting there. I requested a refund and let the company know about the service. Their response was "You got your money back". Stopped for a quick lunch during our roadtrip. The service was excellent!! The staff were extremely friendly and the sandwiches were great.

The store was clean. The food was not the same as what it used to be and for the price what they charge one of the employees a gentleman is sweeping the mat with dust going everywhere while patrons are trying to eat the other girl white girl with tattoos on her face, never changed her glove once cleaning everything in the store and restocking with the same gloves on until I left an hour and a half later when she finally changed gloves, I will never ever eat there again. read more

We've always been fans of jersey mikes but I have to say this location isn't what it could be or should be. I placed an online order last week that was suppose to be ready at 1:06, on my 30 minute lunch I got there on time and literally waited 25 minutes after 1:06 to get my order for myself and co workers. I left the store already late for work. While I was waiting there were only 2 people working, on a Friday, during a lunch rush...about 12 people came in after me waited in line and left before me. No apologies were offered and of course my hot sub was the one they cooked first and left it to sit and get cold while they helped the line. The entire dining room looked like a trash bag was ripped apart and thrown everywhere. It was a mess. It's really unfortunate that the management and owners aren't running things the way they should be. Business will be lost, bad reviews will pile up, you guys need to get it together and maybe have the owner and management attend some training classes on how to run a jersey mikes properly. On May 16th we ordered online 3 sandwiches. We were there at the designated time. After 30 minutes from ready by time and several is my order ready yet? We got our sandwiches, they all had something wrong, I had wrong bread, the California club i think had no avocado. There is an up charge. I took mine back for a refund. They credited us for all 3 which was great. When I got home found out they put avocado on it but realized a mistake and removed. There were only 2 employees working and they were slammed. One looked like a new employee. Management failed and they were set to fail.I saw 3 groups walk out after waiting. Complete disaster. This was the 5th or 6th we went there sad to say of those times the messed up my sandwich 3 separate times. We order online so not sure what the issue is. That being said I will never go there again.
