So a couple of comments. First visit- I stopped by because I hadn't had their pizza in a long time and wanted to get that crisp crust on the square pan style. it was good but not as good as I remembered. Service was good and fast. Second visit which almost didn't happen because the night before I called from 9 pm to 9:30 several times, call after call. The phone just rang and rang. Supposedly the store is open until ten. Well, whoever was working that night decided they weren't going to take any calls. I was calling to give them a heads up that I wanted 15 pizzas the next day by noon. The next morning I checked out another pizza place and was ready to place the order when I noticed it was 10 am. So I called and someone answered. I told them about the night before. The guy was nice and so I placed the order with him. Did not have to pay until I got there. That worried me a little - both of us taking a chance. How do you know I will really show up and how do I know you will place the order so that it is ready by noon and not just start the order at noon??? I got to the store and all the pizza's were ready. Drove off and realized I paid for 16 instead of 15. I called and we agreed I'd come back and pick up another one to take home. Not sure if staff notified the owner or manager about the night shift but the day shift was friendly and helpful. This store is busy, so call your order in. read more

No complaints with our online order. We were looking for local pizza delivery and decided on the $5.99 medium pie deals. I Ordered online and our order arrived in 30 minutes. The vegetables were very fresh on the pie we ordered and overall made perfectly. I love how easy to use the text notifications are and online ordering. Very affordable and quick when entertaining guests or having an event. Obviously this is no Italian pizzeria but Dominoes serves its purpose for American pizza delivery. Dominoes has really stepped up their game since they were serving small dried up microwave pizzas years ago. They've come a long way ! Kudos to this franchise location. read more

I had a question about the app and ended up ordering from Dominos directly. Of course when I call, my dogs start barking and it was difficult to hear. Alyssa took our order and was very patient as I had to keep repeating myself because of my dogs. 15 min later our order was ready. We did store pick up; Store was clean and service was fast. It seems racketeering criminals have their way with this place. I recently received a pizza not in a bag, no receipt for the credit card total of 5.00. On 7/17/2023 under James Worden. We must criminally prosecute all involved with this meat lovers pizza. No bag was brought to door when delivery as if someone paid some one off to deliver. read more

If I had the chance to give this store a NEGATIVE STAR, I would. First and foremost, the pizza was thin as the cardboard it came with. The crust was burnt all over and tasted nothing like pizza. It was very cold by the time it was delivered at my house, which led me to assume that it has been made hours and hours before or even the day before, but was never sold. And I agreed that it's been busy and hectic for a few days since the hurricane, but damn that pizza was disgusting. I would have rather eaten a nice hot pizza even if I would have to wait an hour . Where is the -1 star? UNPROFESSIONAL, MISERABLE Customer Service. First of all, I love Domino's, but after this experience I don't think I will order from these people again. I have always ordered from Domino's from the Gum Branch location, and this branch was the first time we ordered. On Sunday July 10, I placed an order for $ 105. After my husband picked up the order, we thought everything was fine until we opened the boxes at home and realized that one of the orders was changed, that is, instead of a steak sandwish, there was a LEFT OVER cheese sticks box, even with an open cause (possibly by mistake?). Honestly, I saw this as human error and we didn't give much importance as we ordered enough food. The problem was when I called to report the incident. I have never had such terrific customer service as these folks gave me. The first call they hunged up on me, when I explained the problem, they told me "wait a minute", 2 minutes later the phone crashed, and I say crashed because even hurt me ear. I called the second time and asked for the "manager", this person played stupid and also hanged up after I explained the situation. To all this I was mad then, and humbleness to report "human error" went out the door. I called the third time, and I was able to speak with the first person who answered my call, I guess. The associate heard the complaint, funny she, first she wanted to say that my husband was who ate those cheese sticks, really sweetheart? when I confronted her, she basically retracted and said that the store's policy does not allow them to eat when they are serving food...-Well sweetheart someone violated that policy. After a pleasant discussion, she offered to the missing Philly skeak sandwich, in addition to store credit. We had so MUCH LEFT OVER we could bring back to the store. I never went for the sandwich, I didn't know what surprise we could put inside her. Again, the point here is not the fact we had a left over box because anybody can make mistakes, What really got me angry was the miserable customer service they have. read more

Ordered today, I got the hand tossed meet pizza, Caesar salad and a 2 liter of soda. I really liked how you could see the whole process of the pizza being made. Then a gps popped up showing the delivery! That was even cooler! Delivery driver Andrea was sweet, polite and greeted me with a smile! Always appreciated! Pizza was great and cooked perfect. Every time we order from this location there's a problem with our order. Tonight, we placed an order for the first time in nearly a year. We were hoping the experience would improve but sadly it didn't. We ordered 3 pizzas. One was made wrong and had a white sauce instead of red. The other two barely had any cheese and had a weird taste. The dough was so dry. None of the five of us thought it was even decent. After a long day, the quality of food was very disappointing. I don't know why this location can't get it right but it's time to move on to another pizza place at this point. read more

I don't understand why they don't deliver to my new address, its a lot closer to the store than my old one was by about 2 miles. There is a pizza place..let's call it PJ for short, in the SAME shopping center that delivers to my address. So I've been ordering from there a lot more than I order from Domino's which sucks for me because I'm really not a fan of the other place. I wish this store would widen their delivery to both sides of Piney Green Rd. The food is awesome, I've always had the best customer service from this store, especially if I had issues ordering online with coupons, they make it right. The downside is having to get into my car and pick it up in between 3 school buses dropping my kids off at various times. read more

I called three times, asked to speak to the manager, manager never came on the line. Absolutely ridiculous. I order (online only) from this location probably once every two or three weeks and they never disappoint! My pizza is always hot, delicious and arrives within 35 minutes every time. Plus, their delivery drivers may be the friendliest I have ever seen. Ordering online is even fun because they have this interactive, animated ordering system now. It's really cute! The only reason I can't give them five stars is because they are really expensive! I like more than two toppings on my pizza, and with Dominos, that means $20+ for a medium! And unfortunately, I'm on a tight budget now. I've had to start ordering from Pizza Hut online, b/c they run a $9 deal that lets me have large pizza with as many toppings as I want. Bottom line: Dominos's quality and efficiency is unparalleled. If they would come down on their prices, I would never order anywhere else. read more
