First of all we got a coupon in the mail saying they missed us. Ok. But we have never heard of it so we thought we would try it tonight.( coupon we actually got yesterday) so we ordered a lot of food. 2 pizza, bread sticks, cinnamon sticks. The food came way before we were told so we thought that was great start. But that was all that was great. Pizza was like comparison to greasy gas station pizza. But more cardboardy. Bread sticks would have been awesome but... they had to much Parmesan and some other awful flavor. Cinnamon sticks were Ok not great but ok. I worked for this establishment. So I may sound a bit jaded. Was demoted because they closed a store in Gurnee. They sent that GM up to Kenosha, so I just knew I wasn't getting that store. Quality has steadily declined. Employees are a bunch of dope smoking slackers. I wouldn't trust having food remade their from their constant errors. Last straw was sitting on hold for half an hour when I was just at the store and know they're not busy, all to get another meatball bomber because the one I picked up was frozen, and the steak sandwich I ordered was burnt. Now, I will be finding another venue for food because a burnt sandwich and a frozen sandwich are unacceptable. Not only that, THEY HANDLE FOOD WITHOUT GLOVES. This is a BLATANT OSHA violation. Nothing like a delicious hot pie after a full day on the slopes! After finishing up the day at Wilmot ski resort, we ordered an x-large meat lover's pizza from Marco's. It was delivered very quickly via Doordash right to our hotel room, piping hot and fresh. The pizza was very saucy and loaded with fresh meaty ingredients, dough wasn't too thick and the layer of cheese was just right. Where do I begin.. First of all I normally do not come in the restaurant, I always have my food delivered. I had to come pick up my order because it was below the limit for delivery. I understood. The guy told me to come in 10 minutes. I get there and paid and had to wait about another 10 before I said something! So I approached the counter and I ask how much longer?! This dirty looking guy and a girl just ignore me! At this point I get irritated. I also notice the dirty looking guy touch his face and dirty clothes then proceed to touch the raw dough with NO GLOVES!! I was OVER IT! Demanded a refund and flew outta there! We've had good experience from prior deliveries, so I'm holding back from a one star rating on this experience. With that said, we ordered two pizzas and two salads. The pizzas arrived in a timely manner, but the driver forgot the salads, requiring a second trip. After 45 minutes, we're still waiting. He said, "I didn't see it on the board." The place was clean, the staff was friendly, and they had a contest going where if you knew what movie a line they had on their board was from, you got a free order of cheesy bread. Who could miss with, "Is it safe?" Sure, my teeth hurt a little bit when I was eating the cheesy bread, but only a little bit. I think they meant to punish the winners with that line. The chain seems to have a cooperative agreement going with Family Video. They're connected by a pass-through window, and there was the option to order a dinner and movie deal. Creative, and a good pairing. The Family Video by me in Glenview, Illinois, is about to open a Marco's next door, so I jumped at the chance to check it out. I ordered the Steak Bruno sub. In retrospect, I should have ordered the pizza. The sausage smelled pretty good, but I was driving, and needed something I could eat with one hand. Floppy pizza did not seem a wise choice. I will try it again; the cheesy bread wasn't bad, and combined with the sausage, and the garlic crust topper, would have made for an enjoyable pizza, especially with a movie to boot. I had two separate orders that my daughter ordered from out of state for me to surprise me and each time they forgot to give the driver the soda purposely. They told me it's the drivers fault but the drivers said they asked multiple times if there is anything else. So it leads me to belive they just don't care to send the soda that you purchase with the pizza and brownies thinking you will not notice .them tell you to complain about the driver .that's not cool . SO......delicious pizza, fast delivery, reasonable-great prices (use coupons/specials), great service AND a free movie??? What can be negative about this place?? My husband and I have owned our own pizza place and are VERY picky! With ALL of the pizza places in Kenosha, the ONLY one that we order from is Marco's. I LOVE the options when you order and ordering online is so convenient and easy! You can tell them how much sauce you want, how you want it cooked and you can even get a flavored crust! The 1st time we had Marco's my husband was freaking out at the generous toppings and size of the sausage pieces! They are definitely generous to say the least. Great flavor and great concept. Terrific pizza and delivery! There are typically specials online, so good to review those before ordering. Pizza arrives hot. You can get an email that identifies the time of delivery. Last time, they beat the quoted time by 20 minutes. Drivers are very friendly. Terrific quality product. Glad that they are in the area, as I missed them for many years. It's a shame that the General Manager is so rude and openly stated he didn't care if he lost customers. I ordered the same order I had placed several times before - the website recorded it incorrectly. I called to let them know and exchange it for the correct order and was told they were having computer issues but because that's the way the site recorded it it was too bad. Had the veggie 6" sub . The bread was nice and crispy and the sandwich was full of veggies! Only negative was that the veggies were bland. Sandwich had no flavor. Seems like they forgot to drizzle the dressing. I will go back and try some other menu items tho. read more

Jus' moved to the area from Chicago. Couldn't find a decent pizza place that delivered. Found a spot that had ok pizza but great cheesy bread. Won't mention their name, but they were closed on a holiday. Searched thru YELP & came across Marco's, who was open. Gave their pizza & cheesy bread a chance & haven't ordered elsewhere since then! Their pizzas are great however it is impossible to just look at their menu without typing in all of your information. We just want to see the offerings without giving them our info. As far as franchise pizza chains go, this goes above and beyond ph and d's, and dare I say, t's. The crust is always light and crispy, the toppings are always fresh and flavorful, and delivery always arrives before the estimated time. The people who take the orders are always polite, the online ordering system is ready to follow, and the delivery drivers are always careful with the food and very polite.
