I ordered two pizzas tonight with two orders of chicken wings. My total order came out to about $86. I ordered a pizza with white sauce by accident. That was the free one. And I also ordered a $25 Pacific veggie pizza with robust tomato sauce. When the pizza came, it did not have robust tomato sauce. It was a white pizza. When I called the store to get the issue corrected, they told me to call the Dahlgren store. I did and was told they do not deliver to my address. When we called the King George store back, the man on the other end of the phone kept telling us that we ordered ranch sauce for our chicken, over and over again. When I became upset and told him we were talking about the pizzas he told me that both pizzas were ordered as white pieces without tomato sauce. I have an email proving that it's not the case. He still insisted that they were both white pizzas, and hung up in frustration. I feel like I should get a refund, at least for the pizzas, if not for my whole entire order $85 for nothing. I have had unusually bad customer service with a store, and have rarely gotten exactly what I ordered on the app. Do not do business with the store. Unless you're ready to get screwed over and not get what you pay for I am not OK with this. The last time I ordered pizza from this place unless I go pick it up in person the delivery person was very nice and kind. I understand that perhaps the store was busy tonight, but the employee playing dumb on the other end of the phone and lying through his teeth is not acceptable. read more

Worse cheese dip I've ever seen!!! Also took about hour and a half to get here. Pizzas were fine but this cheese dip was over cooked and the marble brownies were undercooked! read more

They gave me a deluxe pizza with only one topping. I asked for extra mushrooms but they took it as "only mushrooms" I guess. They didn't put the Italian sausage, pepperoni, onion, or green peppers. It wouldn't have been the biggest issue but the last few times I've come to this location it's been disappointing. read more

This place.. They won't give you just flats on the wings and most disappointing, the manager claimed the computer messed up the order. I asked for a half sausage pizza with pepperoni on the other side. They messed up and wouldn't make it good. The computer didn't cook the food, some COVIDIOT did. Omg. I have not ordered Domino's in years. I saw commercial on Taco Pizza. Wasn't able to order on line so I calledin and they predicted 30 to 45 minutes delivery. Pizza was wonderful and arrived in 25 minutes. Awesome. read more

The food is delicious and always hot. The drivers are always friendly. The prices are higher compared to Pennsylvania but again, the service is great. read more

Food is good, for the most part orders are prepared accurately. If a mistake is made they will fix it no problem. 1 of only 2 places in KG that will deliver and after a long day of work I am very grateful for that. read more

This Domino's is privately owned and doesn't honor a lot of the good coupons and specials. Other than that the food is good.

I will not say that they are the best but this particular dominos is usually pretty good about fulfilling your order and delivering it in a good time window. I have only ever gotten one bad delivery from this location the rest have been to my satisfaction! I will miss the service I have received from this location when I move. It is worth the try if you are a busy commuter or running behind with dinner for the evening. read more

I ordered pizza for the boys last night on Dominoes website. There was a glitch on the website and they said I needed to re-submit my order. I look up my account on my phone to find that Dominoes charged me 4 TIMES.. 4 FRICKIN' TIMES! So I have $60 pending for pizza from last night. And I can not even go to buy any groceries (like the milk and bread I need) because of the pending charges show my account to only have $4 instead of the over $50 I actually have. And the worst part... neither the bank NOR Dominoes can fix it becuse it's in some stupid automatic thing and the pending charges won't clear until Monday or later. I went up to Dominos to ask what they could do about it and the "manager on duty" said that they could refund the money that was overcharged to me. I said, "Well, what will Dominos do about the embarassment I had this morning when my card was declined trying to buy groceries?" She said all they could do was refund the money that was accidentally charged. So, obviously Dominos doesn't care that they left me without money for the next 4-5 days (however long it takes for the funds to come back to me) with no bread, milk, or cereal for me and my kids this week. TALK ABOUT POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Dominos needs to stop bragging about their customer service and FIX THIS! read more

Great service, very good delivery times they don't try to under staff themselves just to save money. They seem to always fix the rare mistakes they make and are extremely friendly! All in all, I would definitely choose this as my go to pizza place for a great pizza and a great deal. read more

My company has been ordering subpar pizza from this location since they opened but my staff seems to like it and we continue to order delivery from time to time. I called to order lunch for my staff today and they processed the order as well as charged my credit card, 10 minutes later they call back to say they will not deliver to my business. The manager says we are to far away, they go as far as across the street from me but not the extra 35 yards! Not only have they delivered here in the last month but the last 10 years. I could hear the manager Jenifer in the background getting nasty and yelling that they don't deliver here, how about checking your computer to see that you deliver here! Insane, I'm less than 8 miles from them! I hate dealing with franchise businesses, poor service, under qualified management, and just a down right rude attitude. Now I wonder how long it will take to get my money back from them... read more
