The crust was very good too - doughy enough for the sauce but singed on the tips/edges like it should be by a high-end commercial pizza oven. Someone put real thought/effort into the sauce-cheese-crust balance and it shows (bravo!). The pepperoni and sausage were there, but not nearly as memorable compared to the cheese, sauce and crust (which is a good/smart thing). BOTTOM LINE Do it.
