I could never create an account so never ordered and never will I am done with D's pizza. In the past I ordered a medium or large ROUND pizza that was cut into squares. It sounds like most of these reviews are concerning the long delivery times. The fact that this place still delivers is pretty amazing as most have stopped or have pawned it off on 3rd party companies charging an arm and leg. Also, most of these reviews are from years ago. With that said, I've actually had a really good experience with this location. I pick up my pizzas and they are always on time and delicious. Service is so bad. We ordered a pizza and they sent it to the wrong address. When we called to find out where our pizza was they said it was delivered already. We have ordered a few times recently and it has taken anywhere from 1.5 hours to 2.5 hours (even with me picking it up); aways nearly double the estimated time. Staff is unapologetic and apathetic. When calling to check on the order status it is tough to listen to the recording rave about high pay rates and get such bad customer service. This Domino's has been my go-to pizza place over the last few years. Unfortunately, it has lately been a great disappointment. The last two pizzas have had very little toppings. This time I ordered an Extravaganza. The only flavors we tasted were crust and sauce. In the two slices I had, the total toppings on the slices consisted of a half slice of pepperoni, 2 slices of olives, a piece of ham, a little piece of sausage, and no visible cheese. It made us wonder if the staff has been instructed to cut down on ingredients. If this had only happened once, we would have thought it was due to something like too busy staff, but this second time on a specialty pizza was definitely uncalled for. I have never had a bad experience with this Domino's. Pizza always tastes delicious. They can be kinda stingy with the toppings so i always ask for extra toppings. The wings are delicious as well. Good service all around and the delivery drivers are pretty good. read more

I'm not usually one to post reviews unless I want to share how amaZing I think something is, then I have a huge desire to share it with everyone. However, that is NOT the case. I have never in my life experienced the service I just received. I did a mobile order, as I have in the past with no issues. This time I decided I would pay in cash. When the driver arrived, about 45 minutes after I ordered he said, "sorry, I don't have any change. They didn't give me my bank. Can I take your money and bring you back some change?" I said no so we stood outside my door with him saying he didn't know what to do for a few minutes. I said that I could pay by credit if he could do that and he said he could do that. I tried looking up the phone number but it kept going to the mobile ordering and I couldn't find the phone number so he went and got his phone. When he called someone put him on hold. We literally stood outside of my door for what seemed like forever, probably 5-10 minutes while he continued to wait, while I was holding the pizza in my hands. Eventually I got tired of waiting, aggravated, wondering why he wouldn't be empowered to do what is right for the customer in that moment. The pizza was getting cold and I had just worked all day long. I told him that he could take the pizza and I would call somewhere else for my pizza. He took it back and left. By the way, this was my free pizza that I was using my reward for. The only thing I really needed to pay for was lava cakes and delivery fee. Way to lose a customer Dominos, all over $7 and an employee that wasn't empowered to make it right. read more

My delivery driver showed up smelling of beer or liquor to deliver my pizza. I stood in disbelief as he fumbled with his keys trying to start his car to leave my driveway. I called his home store and reported it to the person who answered. From there a lady give a sigh and partially cover the phone. Though the was a bit of muffled speaking I made out, "Dan" and "drunk again." Then after some scratchy noises, the phone hung up. I attempted to call back but no one answered. I notified the police but have not heard back. I can't suggest using this dominoes for delivery because the delivery alight accidentally kill someone enroute. read more

After four years of delivery from this location and decent customer service, they have now just lost a repeat customer. The manager, Jodi Hall answered to take my delivery order and proceeded to tell me that they do not deliver to my address. When explained that we, as well as our neighbors have always had delivery, he continued to over talk me and refused to resolve or over ride this issue. Again, this has not ever been an issue before and he refused to offer any further assistance. In fact, when asked for his name because he clearly decided to refuse to provide us any service, he hung up on me immediately, without providing his name. I called back to obtain his name, as I intent to escalate this issue until I receive resolution. I have spent entirely too much with this establishment to just randomly call, only to be treated like... crap! He was VERY rude, condescending uninterested in resolving any of my concerns, unapologetic, and basically DID NOT give a care! I am so hungry (hangry) and disappointed!!! My favorite Domino's pizza is the pacific veggie with a thin crust. I've ordered this pizza for years from the Dominos in Leland, with a perfect crisp thin crust. The pizza came with a wet box, an the crust was soggy. I called the store, but was told that there was nothing that could be done to solve my problem. Sad to think that customer service has gone so far down hill. I'm thinking there won't be a next time, I'll just make it myself at home. read more
