As a loyal customer of Domino's Pizza I find it VERY disturbing for a customer service representative to argue with me, cancel/refund my order AND refuse to rectify the situation before he hung up on me. I ordered a NY Style Pizza and received a thin crust. The person who answered the phone was also the person who made the pizza and told me, not asked but told me that I didn't receive a thin crust pizza. The ONLY reason I ordered pizza is because my app said I will receive a free pizza"emergency pizza" because prior to this order I had an order NEVER arrive then was cancelled while the location was still open for over 1 hour, nobody answered the phones or anything. So here I am ordering again and now this! So, I need for Dominos to make this right because at this point I'm prepared to delete this app for good, discontinue my consumer relationship and use my social influence as it pertains to food reviews to keep people away from this location as I am a part of the Atlanta Yelp Elite Squad and also my Google food reviews hold proven weight and people in Atlanta care about my opinion of food. They say they close at midnight, they stop serving everything at 11pm. They also have phone ordering outsourced to somewhere not even on this continent, so they'll say you've got your order going but the local store calls saying no. I got my delivery 3 1/2 hrs after I ordered it. I just got done cleaning up after a small get together and went out on the porch to relax. A tired man came strolling up onto my porch at 2:30am with my order done perfectly. IT WAS PERFECT. Everything I asked for! I made such a stink tagging this location on social media he was probably woken up to fill my order. Huge kudos to this guy. I felt bad for him. I always order from here and get the spinach cheesy bread with two marinaras. The past three times they have not sent the marinaras. This time I called back and Natalie answered. She claimed to have spoken to the manager and said they can reimbursed with cheesy bread and one marinara OR they could deliver the two marinaras (last time I ordered and didn't get my sauces my last delivery driver said she would tell them to get me some free points but that never happened) so I asked if they could just send the two sauces over. That call was at 3:55pm--its now 7:16pm and not one sauce has been delivered. On top of that my pineapple and pepperoni pizza was not cut. They sent me uncut pizza. I already cant enjoy my spinach cheesy bread for the third time in a row, and I had to cut my own pizza. I always have a difficult time with Dominos and its at almost every location. Had a better than average experience for such a joint. Ordered online. Tracker was accurate. Got exactly what we ordered. Actually liked the pan pizza option more than the thin crust (which I've never had happen with a Domino's). Wings were good, according to my friend. Arrived within maybe 45 minutes of ordering. I have order from the Thornton Rd location twice now and unfortunately after giving them a second chance this time was the worst of all. It took over 2 hours for I to receive my order. As instructed I watched the online tracking to keep an eye on my order. As it stated my order was placed at 6:57 pm then checked for perfection at 7:37 pm an yet I received a Cold order at 8:55pm. In between this time I had attempted to call the store 5 times, an ever time I was placed on hold for over 15 minutes, leading me to hang up and call once again. I ordered my pizza well done. What I received was the least cooked pizza I've ever eaten. The middle wouldn't come out of the box with the rest of the piece because it was too doughy. If that's "well done" they'd probably be passing out pieces of raw dough for their normal pizzas. They were also super light on cheese. I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from this location. Apparently their drivers are robbed around my neighborhood, so they don't allow deliveries after dark. The stupid part about this is that there is no way of knowing this before you order online or through the app. It lets you go through with your whole transaction, and then (if you're lucky because I didn't get he courtesy) the driver is supposed to call you and tell you that he can't deliver there because the regional manager won't let him go into that neighborhood. So then you have to wait 3-5 business days for your money to go back into your bank account and you end the night hungry. Thanks, guys!!! read more

I live 2 miles from the store and it took the driver 35 minutes to find my apartment because he couldn't understand his GPS. I was on the phone with the driver for 20 minutes because he couldn't find my apartment building in an apartment complex that only has 14 buildings..... The gentleman I spoke with said the driver would call when he was on his way because we were staying at sweetwater creek state park. I ordered online delivery last night and it automatically chose this store and i was under the impression they closed at 1 and not 12 so i ordered around 11:50. Got confirmation that it was being delivered only to get a call at 1 am saying they don't deliver to this neighborhood after dark (not true) but I just took it to mean they were closed.
