The others at my table ordered the beef burger, salmon with mashed potatoes and pasta with shrimp or chicken. The ladies who did not order burgers mentioned that their orders were lukewarm (i.e the pasta & mashed potatoes), so they ended up taking them to go. One of the ladies requested plasticware and the server mentioned that plastic ware was typically reserved for to go orders. A little later, Ramee brought out my friend's birthday cake & the crew came with sparklers and a birthday song to celebrate her.
