Eat at your own RISK! Never make a complaint here you'll end up with a nasty surprise on your next order. I found big pieces in one of my pizzas. Went to the hospital and everything it was a lot of fun. Needless to say it will be long time before I end pizza again and never from a domino's again. Anna and Michael (the Manager), were absolutely wonderful. They went above and beyond when my pasta was prepared incorrectly. Due to a food allergy, I returned my order. Not only did they make me another one. But they also took care of the entire order. I didn't have to pay. Despite the fact that I offered. Pizza delivers and half the pizza did not have cheese due to large bubbles. That means the person on the oven and the person on the cut table both cared not about the quality of the product going out. I called to get a replacement pizza and they sound concerned yet I got no priority. 31 minutes later I called to hear the pizza was leaving the store now but they were very busy. It seems as though the people working at this location don't know how to put toppings on a pizza. If you order pepperoni and onion don't expect to see any of it on the outside perimeter. Also don't expect to see much of it in the middle part. Even if you order extra. This location is 5 minutes away, but if we order from a dominos again it will be the one that's a little further away. read more

Best delivery guy ever! My kids wanted to give the delivery guy a "secret knock" to make sure he was really the pizza guy. Received the worst service ever tonight. I purposefully ordered online 3 hours ahead because I knew it might get busy due to Halloween. My online tracker showed the order was in process and on time, but I never received it. At 30 minutes late, I called the store and it took another 25 minutes for someone to answer my call. She said she would check on my order then left me on hold for another 45 minutes until I hung up! This is not acceptable customer service whether you are busy or not. Tell people what's up. I ordered WAY ahead of time, paid online and no one bothered to tell me what was going on. I slapped together some PBJs cause the kids were starving and we left later than planned to trick or treat. Legitimately every time I order specialty chicken or cheesy bread they forget to put ranch and marinara sauce. Every. Single. Time. Ordered chicken and bread today, like an idiot, and color me shocked, no sauce! I called to see what was going on, gave my name and homeslice popped off with attitude, "Uh, yeah, I don't see your name." So I had to spell "Josh" for the enthusiastic Domino's worker. "J-O-S-H" Amazingly he found our order and advised us that there was no order placed for ranch or marinara sauce. Well, here's the thing, since this happens so many times, I had my friends listen in while I ordered for the "unordered" sauces. 4 people heard me order these sauces. So now I'm a liar too. With the preamble of "I haven't had a good pizza since 1967", Domino's Pizza on 48 in Maineville keeps the string going. Their Philly Cheese Steak Pizza made me gag with an overload of American Cheese... no Provolone whatsoever. Their wings were so hot from generic Franks Hot Sauce I couldn't eat them with out having three more beers to cool the fire. I have just put in a $30 delivery order, it took 2 hours to make and the food got here cold, as well as we were missing a whole pizza. We did not care enough to call back and order another one because we are done with this dominos and will no longer be ordering pizza from here. We have ordered here 3 times and everytime it has gotten messed up. Judging by the look, taste and temperatures of the pizza it tells me that 1, either there is a bunch of immature teenagers working here that don't care at all about the food they are handing out or a bunch of adults who do not know what they are doing. 2. Fast and good... can't ask for anything more from a delivery joint like Domino's. This location is always super quick delivery and the pizza is great. If you want some wood fired artisan pizza go to one of those places, if you need a few large pizzas delivered while you and your friends watch a game, no problem. read more
