3 visits = 3 bad experiences. I'm done w/ this location. Possibly all of them. But certainly this one. My 1st visit was shortly after their grand opening. I dealt w/ a rude clerk. The second time was a couple of months ago. That visit I dealt with stupidity. This visit, just a couple of minutes ago. I had to deal with a clerk that had mastered both qualities. He had no interest in talking to me & once he got to the counter he was rude. I pay for my pizza & once the transaction is nearly complete. I ask like I do at every pizza place " can I have crushed red peppers & Parmesan? ". His reply.... " 5¢ each ". Good bye Dominos. It was only out of convenience I'd stop there anyway. read more

Don't usually make reviews about fast food but the Dominos Pizza made the Best veggie sandwich I have ever had!! very clean, staff are very friendly & they know how to cook. This location has messed up my order on three different occasions. Habitually undercooks food, and constantly messes things up. This time they didn't bring the marinara sauce with my cheesy bread, and the 2 liter I ordered was covered in sticky stuff. Covered. And they couldn't give me my marinara in time for it to matter so... what's the point? I recommend not going to this location. Don't do it. They're the absolute worst. read more

Call center sent me to the store line . Didn't say why just that they couldn't help me . Lady from store gets on line I ask her take my order she says you have use call center . I tell her they sent my call to her . She puts me on hold . Comes back says she can't take my order I have place it online or come place it at store and wait on it . I felt like they were punishing me for something I had no clue was going on . Thought even maybe they thought I was rude to the call center or something. Which was not what so ever . So I was frustrated went bed no dinner . I call the manager 10am next day and the lady answers says "pick up or delivery " I said on u can order over phone though you ? She says well yes . So I ask speak manger and absolutely got no where with him seeing that it was simple them just taken my 3 item order over the phone due to call center being preschoolers apparently! But Zak manger didn't understand simple math 2+2 like the other 2 employees that couldn't simply take my order !!! There isn't a great deal you can write when reviewing Domino's Pizza. This particular store, located right on Main Street in Batavia is typical as to what you'll find at any other Domino's location. Small waiting area, counter where you place your order, large kitchen where all the work gets done. Walking into Domino's, customers have a certain expectation. And these expectations are met adequately here. Now some of you might know that Domino's was having a bit of a problem with the competition (Papa John's, Pizza Hut...even store bought pizzas) for a number of years. As such, Domino's went to great lengths (and expense) to talk directly with customers to find out what it was that was hurting the franchise. When they realized it was the ingredients, the quality of the food, they swore that changes were going to be made. And they were. You will definitely notice a difference between what Domino's tasted like just a year ago and what it tastes like now. Does it make it better? Has the quality of their product improved? I would say, sure, a little. One specific note about this particular location. It is very community friendly. They will often have $5 pizza nights for residents of the community. That's pretty nice. It's Domino's. It's pizza. It's delivery. It is what it is. No more. No less. Mahalo, and enjoy. read more

The food is good, the service s good, and I like that you can watch status on line. But I HATE the fact that when you use a gift card, you can NEVER use it again on line to order. I have 3 cards with $7.02 left on each one that the website will not take for payment! This has been going on for months and they KNOW IT!!! Time to fix it DOMINO'S!!! I like the convenience of the internet ordering! I will eventually have to call the orders in just to use my gift cards. Please fix this glitch! Domino's has changed their ingredients. If you haven't had a Domino's pizza in a few years you are missing one of the best pizzas in the business. The online ordering couldn't be easier. The Batavia store has been consistently great. For the last three years, we usually order a pizza weekly and out of the one hundred plus pizzas we have had, One wasn't hot. I won't even stop on my way home to pick up an order because without a pizza bag i can't get it home as hot as we can have it delivered. oh yeah, the hot sandwiches are pretty tasty too. read more

I have used this location for five years and recently things seem to have gone downhill. I understand an occasional error, but it's been pretty often lately. This week, they took almost 90 min to deliver my order. I called to see what the issue was and was on hold for 40 min and finally hung up. While I was trying to figure out dinner, the driver showed up and said the food was free. However, I was still charged. I called this evening and spoke to Tim, who acted like he didn't know how to refund me so he said he'd give me a store credit. I explained that I was no longer going to use this store due to all the issues and that I wanted a refund. Well suddenly he knew how to refund me and never once said he was sorry for all the hassles. I told him thank you for the refund, but that I was shocked he never apologized. He then accused me of being a smart aleck. Ridiculous! read more

Always accurate, always great deals and always good food. Since the recipes changed and the menu had been updated Dominos is a great pizza place. The location kind of sucks because the hill into the parking lot is quite large and in the winter.... it was scary. The time to make the order is always quick. read more
