The store was being run by a handful of teenagers. I did a mobile order and still waited for 45 minutes for my 1 single sandwich. The workers spent the entire talking by the cash register. At one point, a friend of theirs walked into the store with a large nerf gun, went behind the counter with the workers and started messing around with them. He and the workers all took turns with the gun shooting each other (I'm not sure if the nerf gun was loaded or not). They didn't wash their hands or change gloves after touching this random gun from who knows where. I'm also honestly just pretty irritated it took 45 minutes to make one single little John. My young kids are sitting in the car waiting with my husband for all of this time. I want my money back, this experience has been garbage. read more

Ordered online just 3 miles down the expressway. Got there a few minutes later and just had time to use the restroom, which was clean, and grab water and chips before our order was ready. Everything was correct and our sandwiches were great! read more

Went thru the drive thru and ordered a sandwich, the lady working at the window was very friendly, etc. Got back to my office and realized there was NO MEAT on my sandwich (Beach Club). I can understand a mistake once in a while, but this happened the last time I stopped there as well. Same sandwich, same missing turkey. I opted not to call the first time because everyone makes a mistake, right? Well today I decided to call and talk to a manager about it since it seems to be a repetitive issue for that store. He was very unhelpful, said that he had remembered refunding me the last time. I explained this is the first time I have ever called, so they must have had the issue with other patrons. He kind of stammered for a bit, then offered to have a driver deliver another sandwich to me. No thanks. I am done with that store. It's worth the extra gas money to go to a store that can get orders correct. Steer clear of this one! read more

I have been to Jimmy John's several times over the years and this location a few times as well. I have never had a bad experience at this or any Jimmy John's location. The food is always good (my favorite is a BLT). Now personally I would Love to have my bread toasted, but the sandwiches are still perfectly well made. The store is always clean, food is made fast and fresh and the bread is always good. How can you complain for the price, it is relatively cheap and very good. I will be back. read more

Ridiculously fast, not to be cliche. We've timed it...online delivery order on Monday at noon--our office is approx 5 minute drive with traffic lights on Tylersville&Kingsgate-- the driver is pulling in the lot 8 minutes later I shit you not! (Typlically after missing our driveway and having to circle by Entertrainment Junction- don't get me started on that place! Hah) Food is alright I guess. Freaky fast subs is a lie about this location. We have ordered it 3 times now and all 3 were not pleasant experiences. The first time my order was completely wrong. Second time it took 1 hour to get to us and we live 7 minutes away. The third time once again took an hour to get to us. I had to call both times to check in on our foof status. I can't say bad things about the food, but I've never had a good experience at Jimmy Johns. I feel like the goal of this place is to get you through the line and out of the way. Any deviation seems like a chore and the lack of a decent option for a kid makes it tough to go with the family. Try to get a sub with half lettuce and half lettuce and tomato and you get a story about how corporate could be watching - whatever that means. I wish JJ could be a viable alternative to the crap served at subway, but the smugness makes it hard to have the appetite. read more

Never heard of it until it opened recently in West Chester next to Dewey's Pizza and Graeter's on Cox Road. Bread is what makes the sandwich, and JJ's is the best. Good value for lunch and if you are in their delivery area, it's like 10 minutes to your door. Amazing. Sandwiches have variety and all ingredients are high quality and very fresh. Chips for a buck. Fountain drinks. I have tried nearly all their samiches and I like the Italian with hot peppers the best. They have wraps also. read more

Do not have this Jimmy Johns do catering for you. They change pricing at the last minute when you can't decide to do something else We went in on a Tuesday ahead of a Thursday lunch and arranged everything and the staff checked with the manager by phone that the price was ca $60. I paid and thought all was good. On Thursday they showed up at the event and asked for another $30. I was not available and my friend being helpful paid the extra money. When I called to ask what happened, the manager did not listen to me and said that was the price. I do not recommend dealing with them and will not go back. read more

I order Jimmy Johns for my employees and myself several times a week as it is the only place around that really delivers and they are fast. However, today was the straw that broke the camels back. We have been at this new building for about 3 months and I don't think one single order has ever been 100% correct. This franchise is notorious for shorting you on what you order. Either they forget a drink, chips, cookie, pickle, etc. it is always something. They also NEVER read instructions. How difficult is it to cut the damn sandwich in half? I would say more than 50% of the time we are missing an item and 95% of the time they don't follow instructions. I like Jimmy Johns and we sure as heck send enough business there way, but this is getting ridiculous that I am paying for items and not receiving them. I also have to laugh that the bag is conveniently stapled shut so as to dissuade the consumer from checking the contents of the bag before the delivery guy has left. Even when we check the bag we typically don't have enough time to wait for the guy to run back to fix his mistake. It's just piss poor all around. I'm at the point that I am just going to send my own employee on a food run to a more reliable establishment. read more
