The staff was friendly and professional and the experience was an overall pleasant enough one. We've been going to this Domino's Pizza location for years. I constantly get great service on the phone & the cashier always are friendly. Their pizzas are always ready in a timely manner. From what I seen, the preparers in the back work as a team. The only area I an't say anything about is the delivery service because we haven't used it. Well that was an incredible experience with Domino's last light. Specifically Store # 5136 at 1717 Babcock road. Ordered a Pizza and got mugged by management. Myself and business associate had a vital Webinar meeting with overseas client. Thought we'd get a pizza to celebrate before going home so we ordered a FUTURE date. The calls are recorded and we're going to subpoenas them, and we've already contacted corporate and the local police dept to press charges. It was just plain theft. The discussion to start the pizza in a future time that same evening was necessar, no details needed. At the time the pizza should have started it arrived. They called, the guy who ordered the pizza, my co worker, discussed the late delivery multiple times with the manager. He intentionally started cooking it immediately and NOT at the agreed upon start time. He tried to NOT set up the delay multiple times during phone order. Something was not right from the get go. The order arrived, co worker left meeting early to go pick up pizza, but couldn't leave directly. Pizza was cold, and it was smashed. Tried to call office, and they put you on hold for 20 min 2x. Hung up and called from different phone. I told them I needed to speak with management and they lied dating no manager on duty. When the driver specifically said 2 managers where on duty That night, they alternate. They lied.. the last time I called asked for manager they put me on hold. Screenshot evidence of my phone it was 1 hour and 25 minutes on hold. No one answered till closing time. I just wanted a new order at first. Then a refund on my pizza. They can come by and pick up the trash they left me. I have zero confidence That the over the phone CC info I gave wasn't compromised with this group. I've never in my life seen a low down disgusting criminal operation as this. This is Upper managements fault, not these low level managers. This is the Regional Management control hiring these known thieves. This is NOT the first time I'm told this store has attempted to anuse people like this. Accidents happen. You talk it over and appologize and move on. They systematicaly run a corrupt office and hide from public. The guy who left office thinking he could just do it and come back.. was fired. The pizza is usually burnt and dry. I don't care if the order is accurate and on time when the quality is zero. It's happened too many times at this Dominos. I will drive to the next closest if I ever want good Dominos again. read more

Great customer service! We arrived to pick up our pizza shortly after we placed the order. We checked out promptly and waited a few minutes. Someone came out and let us know one of our pizzas wasn't started on time and they offered us a free dessert to make up for it. It wasn't a big deal but the fact that they were so quick to make things right showed their spectacular customer service and we really appreciated it. read more

the service was terrible, ordered online, said about 49 to 59 mins. called the store on aurora rd in melbourne fl around the 1 hour and 30 min mark. the shift manager on duty woudn't sry sorry or try to fix the problem. just keep offering excuses. canceled the order. and the driver still showed up around two hours and ten mins after i ordered, a full hour after their promise time. . now this driver was on the road before i called and stopped at two different neighboorhoods according to the tracker. is it dominoes policy for driver to take more then two orders at a time? driver call and seemed to mix up the names and addresses of the orders. asked for someone's else name. took the order back to the store and wanted to make sure it was canceled. they wouldn't give me a recipe. What Really bothers me is that they didn't even call the driver to come back to the store 40 mins after i canceled, when i went back to the store to drop off the canceled order there was two insiders on their cellphones. they clearly had time to call people. read more

I had told an employee I was going to pay with cash and that I needed two dollars back for the tip and I had called and asked if I could get the two dollars back from the pizza man because I didn't know if they Exchange money. I'm 41 and have been ordering from this location for almost 35 years. 242-2202 was the third phone number I memorized. I'm very sad to say I will order from this location no more. My wife went in to pick up 2 pizzas and soda that we were told would be ready by 7:45. She walked in at 7:52, told them her name, and was told "it'll be ready in just a few minutes". At 8:15 they asked her: "what was your name again?". She told them again and was handed two half hour old, cold pizzas. She asked what they could do about the price since they were cold and was told: " We can take the two liter off". Unhappy, but tired she left. When she got home the pizza was cold and the cheese was hard. I called and asked for the manager and asked her if she thought it was fair that I paid $21 dollars for two cold pizzas. She first tried to tell me that my wife told her the wrong name... if that were the case shouldn't the cashier have said "I'm sorry, we don't have a pizza for that name." Instead of making her stand around for 25 minutes before asking her name again? To which she replied " I'm actually just an assistant manager and can't really do anything". Which I don't believe. As a business owner, I understand mistakes happen. It's how you handle those mistakes that define your business ethics. I suppose I actually feel better now that we'll be taking our weekly pizza night business to locally owned pizza parlors from now on, rather than a national chain. We hadn't ordered from Domino's in over a year so decided to try it a few weeks ago. The pizza arrived on time and hot, but that's where it stopped. It was very bland, hardly any sauce, toppings or cheese. Our bad, we ended up eating only one slice from each of the two pizza's we ordered and threw the rest out. I decided to contact their customer service department and left my complaint and considered that that end of the subject. A few days later a local Marketing Director reached out to us and let us know if this happened again what we sould do and stated she would send a certificate to replace what we had ordered. I replied and stated we appreciated the offer and since we were not impressed with the pizza, I was passing the certificate onto my son. Tonight he called to use the certificate and they refused to accept it stating it was not a valid certificate and told him that they did not care who signed or sent the certificate, they would not accept it.....and all in a very accusatory and rude tone. I have come to quickly realize this location lacks all aspects of customer service and respect for it's customer. I would never order from here again! read more

I had an issue with an order and they were very helpful and offered to replace the entire order on the house so I was very happy they took it on themselves to do this. However when I got my replacement order the only thing edible was the lava cakes as the pasta bread bowl was obviously made in a way to make it bad as I have ordered over 20 of these since moving here and have NEVER had anything that tasted remotely like this one did. I'm not one to go to Italian restaurants and order their pizza so I cannot compare this Dominoes to that, but when comparing to other pizza chains in the area, this one has hands down the best pizzas ever. They pile the toppings on and we have never gotten anything other than piping hot orders. I agree with the other reviewer that the ordering process is very simple. The people both in the store and the delivery drivers are always very friendly and courteous. We have ordered from here for about 2 years now and we have NEVER gotten a wrong order. I started ordering from this Domino's 2 years ago and was amazed at how good the pizza was. The first 6 or 7 pizzas were absolutely delicious! Now in the last 6 months they have been major disappointment. The taste and quality of the pies were not good at all, a total reversal. I just ordered another pie for delivery.
