They're street style with 2 small pan fried corn tortillas, topped with meat and pico de Gallo. Chile Relleno - great vegetarian item, comes with an egg. They also have veggie tacos. Red sauce - super hot but SO good. Green sauce - less hot but doesn't seek revenge Jarritos - they have jarritos, which is a kind of traditional Mexican soda. Mexican American born in Southern California, moved to Pullman / Moscow and have eaten all the variety of tacos on the menu and had their steak wet burrito. The tortilla they use is passable, the red wet sauce was uninteresting, the meats are mediocre and don't have a grilled taste to them, the pork adovada had a hint of the marinade that I'm use to tasting but watered down. NO extras are free, extra for salsa, carrots, no radishes, jalapeno etc. If this place operated in Orange County or Los Angeles, they would be out of business for gauging customers for extras and crappy meats, this is one hole in the wall place to avoid unless your desperate. Moscow's first, and long overdue, Mexican food truck doesn't disappoint. Authentic, delicious and affordable. Growing up in Walla Walla, great Mexican food trucks were something I took for granted. Almost a part of the landscape. It's one area where Moscow's food scene has lagged behind. Enter Taqueria Las Torres. At our first stop, we tried a plate of veggie tacos (excellent) and a trio of bean burritos for the kids (reported as excellent, and completely devoured). The entire meal cost $18.50. The service was friendly and quick, and I'm excited to work through the rest of the menu. I asked if they'd stay open through the winter, and the answer I got was, "We'll see how it goes." This review is for the Pullman location. I've been a few times before, and the food has always been tasty. My experience today wasn't so much about the food, as the service. I ordered a wet burrito; basically a burrito smothered in enchilada sauce. There's a picture on their menu board of the item in question. If you haven't had one before, I recommend it. Just don't order it here. When the young kid at the window handed it down to me, I didn't see any enchilada sauce. Like, none. I did note that it was swimming in water. I looked up at the kid and asked him what was going on. He tells me it's a wet burrito. At this point, I'm thinking this is going to be a funny story, we'll all get a good laugh, they'll fix me another one, and everyone's happy. So I said, "This doesn't look like enchilada sauce." The kid replies, "Oh! The guy who cooks the sauce made it light today." The guy who made the sauce? You actually have some guy in your taco truck making enchilada sauce from scratch? What's his name? Old "Bob" El Paso? So instead of trying to make it right, admitting a mistake, the kid decided to straight-up lie to my face. It takes a lot to piss me off, but this is a good way to start. read more

Like others have stated here, the food is expensive except on Tuesdays and really is mediocre at best. My last visit(2 weeks ago) was a reminder to me that I shouldn't' have wasted my time going there. 30 dollars got me 6 small tacos and a taco salad to feed 3 people which left everyone hungry. We would have been much better off going to Taco Time and ordered their normal size tacos(over twice the size of the taqueria las torres tacos)and for 30 dollars we would have been full with roughly the same quality of food. I love competition amongst restaurants so we have more places to choose from, but I can honestly say I will not be going back to Taqueria Las Torres. So me and my girlfriend decided to try this spot since we see it all the time open and a inflatable jumpy house outside. We went on taco Tuesday which is $1.28 per taco which isn't bad. The food quality is good and what I was hoping to get from a taco spot. However the prices are really high for what they serve so unless you can a chunk to spend this is hands down the best Mexican food in town just hope the prices aren't so high. read more
